Their momos are really worst, quality of food was not good, even though temperature was also not good

Great food. Very flavourful. Best Indian food I've had in Halifax with great and authentic Indian spice level. Very enjoyable

Yesterday, my friends and I had a dine in as well as take out from the restaurant.
Dine-in
1. Delhi style layered butter naan was the best.
2. Please give some cutinary to the customers rather than serving like it’s a take out.

Take out
1. We ordered chicken biryani for take out and to my surprise there was only one small boneless piece of chicken in the whole biryani.
Cherry on the cake is that we ordered 2 biryani for take out and none of them had chicken in it and they charged us for chicken biryani.

Please don’t mess with orders especially last minute ones just because the restaurant was closing doesn’t mean that you will screw the order and give us vegetables biryani rather than chicken biryani.

Heard good reviews from friends so I tried with my family. The order quantity was good (dahi bhalle) taste was good too. I am glad as Halifax is experiencing good amount of Indian Restaurants and authentic Indian taste. Chicken labaabdar was fine. It’s like a cafeteria joint. You can dine in or better takeaway.

Got biryani which was pretty good! Butter chicken was good, bhuna mutton was great tasting as well!

I AM OBSESSED. I can’t stop ordering the butter chicken and garlic nan bread on Uber eats. I would LITERALLY eat this as my last supper. I wake up violently craving. It says mild but it has a nice kick of heat to it. (WHICH I LOVE) brothers Punjabi flavours in the BEST in HRM!

I am new to Halifax and this restaurant has now become my favourite. The food tastes amazing and almost close to north of India taste. I personally can pitch for Samosas, Dahi bhalla, lamb biryani, Bhuna lamb curry, keema naan paratha, Amritsari kulcha.
The desserts taste and texture is really good as well but too much sweet personally for me.

Had Malai chap and Veg Thali and being a Delhite, I can say that Dal Makhani is on point. Haven't had this taste in Halifax before.
Momos are also awesome.

We picked up food from this place during our stay in Halifax. We picked up paneer thali, dal tadka and amritsari kulcha combo, each and everything had great and authentic Indian taste, we were visiting from GTA and the food from this place was much better than we get at indian restaurants there. Highly recommend if you're looking for some authentic tasting india food.

Ordered the butter chicken, tandoori and naan. The butter chicken was incredible, a little spicy but not too much. The breads are clearly made in house and so good. If you like rice with your butter chicken you'll have to order it as a side, and even that was good. Will definitely order again.

By far the best Indian food I’ve ate! Great authentic flavour and for a reasonable price.

The chicken biryani was absolute Fiery and aromatic. Its gonna be my only place to explore more menu items. Great work you guys.

This is a weekly stop for dinner in the HRM. Lamb Biryani is spot-on in portion, taste and flavors. I believe this is their number one dish. I would love to try other dishes but this is sooooo good! It's hard to choose something else!

We live upstairs and have ordered takeout a few times, and it’s been amazing every time. Plenty of food for the price as well. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

Perfectly spiced butter chicken, rich and brimming with myriad flavours. We look forward to trying all of the menu items.particularly the biryani and vindaloo.

One of the best and authentic Indian food I have had in a long time. Kadhai chicken and kaali daal

I really liked there food. I had chaat papdi, dahi puri and chana chat. I was so delicious for good sake.

Food was okay. But my rating is low mainly due to the fact that the people behind the counter are not at all happy to see customers, greeting people is least of their concern. I have been to this place thrice and still see the same behavior. People keep waiting for hours.and no assurance is given as to when the food might arrive. The tables were not clean, the service was really poor. Only take out option is good, if you order an hour before atleast (not exaggerating).

We had an awesome dinner. Kebabs, biriyani and all the food items were awesome. Authenticate taste of India.

Really good food. Haven't ate this quality of food in Halifax. Chef is really humble. Tried multiple dishes all are very good.

I ordered twice for pick up and both times they didn’t took much longer to prepare. Food seems fresh, nice packaging. Value for money.
Each item has a good quantity. Reasonable prices in HRM.

This is the best indian restaurant in halifax.if you want to try real punjabi taste then you should go there i will highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and you can get the indian grocery as well.

Food was awsome no doubt but the weird thing is they don’t provide u water which is a need in dine in restaurant and they told us we have to buy one…

Food tastes amazing. Tried many Indian restaurants but this one is now my go to restaurant.

They serve good North Indian veg and non-veg food including thalis. Shahi paneer and dal makhni are great here.

Honestly my new favourite Indian food spot in town. Flavours are spot on, prices are good and the food itself is so darn delicious!

Pure desi food. Lamb biriyani was amazing. It is spiced as delhi style, not for those looking for indian canadian fusion. Chicken dishes, dal were good. We dont even have a restaurant like this in Montreal. Restaurant is attached to a grocery store, has separate entrance. Grocery store itself, very clean, organized, well maintained; holds all kind of indian pakistani Bangladeshi spices and Bangladeshi fishes price is right ️ like Toronto. Well done.

Tried a-lots of restaurant in Halifax but never had this taste before, their whole menu is full of flavour, prices are affordable, i highly recommend this place to try authentic Indians flavour.
