Love visiting Brow Queens! Cait is my go-to for any beauty services but based on my interactions with the rest of the staff, you can’t go wrong here. Everyone is so lovely and kind.

The kindest ladies make this such a comfortable space to go! I get my brows done here and they were beautiful! I wish I had photos to share! SO excited to go back and get some self-care done but also just to have such a pleasant experience and chat with the lovely souls that take care of their clients so well here? 12/10 recommended.

The service was friendly and although the waxing job was good the price was very high for not getting my brows trimmed or plucked. I had to go home after and do it myself

Brian is fantastic. He has a wonderful personality and works with quiet confidence. I was a little apprehensive at first but my apprehension was replaced with calmness and trust. I underwent brow many blading. Had some swelling the next day but that dissipated. They look natural and my bald spot is now gone. Brows give a more youthful rejuvenated appearance.

I got a lash lift and could not be happier with the results! Aside from the great technique and cleanliness, Renée was so sweet and just absolutely lovely to spend time with. She’s a total pro and put me at ease from beginning to end. I’ll definitely be back

Edit: they let me come back in to re-do my eyelashes when i said i was disappointed.i was much happier with the result and the service was much better!

So friendly and professional, the place it's self is hard to find the first time but it is IN the salon suite 114!

This was my first time here. I had booked a manicure and was quite apprehensive as to how it would go, since I am new in HRM, but I had one of the best and most relaxing salon experiences ever. I was made really comfortable within the first few minutes itself, and I left as a happy client with my nails beautifully done.
Shout out to Renee, she’s just the best! Everyone in there is just super warm and welcoming. I can’t wait to be back to try out more of their services.

I had my first experience with Brow Queen on Sunday. I had a dermaplaining facial with Cassie and I was in heaven. I've had dermaplaining several times before but never felt that released or clean and light afterwards. Cassie was so welcoming and lovely and professional. The best experience I've had by a long shot. I'm going back for waxing services because she made me feel that comfortable and welcome.

I went to Brow Queen for the first time recently for a Deluxe Dermaplaning Facial with Cassie. I knew it would be great, because she came highly recommended by a friend with great skin, but I’ll give the specifics. The space was lovely, the products were awesome, and Cassie is a treat. My favorite part was how carefully she explained each step of the facial and why she was doing it - this is awesome for someone who is interested in skincare and likes to have some comfort and understanding of what is being done to their body when they’re lying with their eyes closed. I will recommend Cassie and Brow Queen to everyone I know. 10/10!

I first started seeing Shelly back in 2018. She saved me from a nightmare manicure that I had done at a different salon in the HRM. We got to talking about my brows, and Shelly said I would be a perfect candidate for a tint. At this point I had virgin brows. I got my fist tint in December 2018 and I haven’t stopped yet.

Might I add that I am a ginger, and Shelly is always so considerate of the tint and shade and will often whip up a blend to create a seamless match. Not only that, but Shelly has also helped me with my recklessly dry skin in the winter too.

Best brows and aesthetics in the city! Cassie does an incredible dermafacial that is like getting your baby skin transplanted onto your face. The brow lamination services combined with a tint are better than micro blading. Go go go!

Shelley and Cassie do an amazing job making every client feel comfortable with them. The room set up and both of their vibes are so inviting and warm always.
Shelley has done my eyebrows for the last four years and they are the best shape I have ever had. She always does exactly what I ask for and makes suggestions when I ask for them. Brows are so important, so if you want your brows to be amazing I highly suggest seeing either one of the girls at the Brow Queen.
Also the facials they provide are amazing they leave you feeling relaxed and fresh. I highly suggest going for one if you haven't already! The girls work with you to give you a treatment designed specifically for your skin type and concerns. Shelley always gives me the best advice after the facial for aftercare treatment and what skin care products to use to achieve my over all skin goal. There are lots of options to shop for your skincare needs there as well. Can't explain how amazing this team is.xo

This was my first time seeing Cassie for a brow lamination, wax, and tint. Cassie made me feel right at home with the welcoming atmosphere of the treatment room, and her personality. The suite was very clean, organized, and adorable! I was very happy with my eyebrows after the service! 100% will be booking in again, even though it’s over an hour drive for me! So worth it.

Cassie is absolutely amazing, she pays great attention to detail while being extremely gentle, proficient and HILARIOUS. No matter what service you receive you will leave feeling like an 11/10.:)

Shelley does an amazing job! I can’t have waxing done because it hurts my skin so she plucks my brows for me like an angel I typically get a shaping, lamination, and a tint! She always does an amazing job and makes sure you’re happy with it and provides the cream and oil for your after care! Her space is so relaxing and she even will sometimes put some relaxing eye masks on you! Overall she does an amazing job and I would highly recommend her services Especially to those who find people take too much off their brows she is the perfect person to go to!

I had been debating get my eyebrows laminated and tinted for awhile and usually only go to places that friends have been or endorsed. I saw several friends on Instagram who had posted that they went to Brow Queen for their services and looked fantastic. I booked right away and saw Cassie for a brow lamination and hybrid tint. She was very funny, personable, professional and overall a highlight of my visit. We had a great conversation while she preformed my services and made me feel very comfortable. My eyebrows turned out amazing with great shape and colour. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in HRM looking for a eyebrow glow up!
