Can’t say I recommend. I would suggest going to Bridgewater or somewhere instead.
I took over someone’s lease in September and it has been nothing but headaches due to Yarmouth Honda since. Between not having paperwork organized, ready, or fully signed, to not having any information on how long it should take (was pre-approved, was told it would only be 2 days but in reality took nearly 2 weeks without any real apologies), tried not inform me on all of the agreement of the lease (ie.extended warranty had already been paid which I only knew because of previous owner) needed to wait 4 additional days for inspection because they didn’t talk to each other to know the shop people weren’t going to be in. Was not allowed to have a copy of my agreement the day of, instead had to wait for it via email. Still never got a mail copy. Did not have my permit ready, instead had to wait for that as well. Was told my PEI address would be no issue to switch when I switched my license, meanwhile never sent me any Power Of Attorney slip therefore making me play phone tag with Honda Finance now. I never received an original power of attorney slip for NS either which should have came with my lease agreement and a mailed copy.
When the person conducting the paperwork went over the car, was not able to inform me on if they would try to ding me from slight damages from previous owner (ie paint chips) and was not planning to record any of this in the pre-condition slipped until told to by us.
Nothing done to apologize for any of the service or inconvenience.
Back in September, when everything was signed and I was told I would be able to drive my car out the day papers were signed (holiday) as long as my insurance copy sent over liability amounts, proof of full coverage, etc of my policy for the vehicle I had prior (told this by Honda and by the Insurance rep), they would not allow me to drive the car out until the title on my liability card was changed (despite multiple confirmations directly from my insurance company confirming coverage on the vehicle I was buying). When they were asked about the discrepancies rather than stating “oh it’s policy and the person assisting you didn’t know, we’re sorry, ” staff who were not (Gino? I believe his name is) involved whatsoever started shrugging his shoulders and waiving us off, as if I didn’t just sign for over $30k and wasn’t stuck in Yarmouth for an additional 12 days.
Was told the cost of my paint pen (which is null and void, a measly $20) would be waived due to all of this hassle and inconvenience and would be mailed to me. Was not mailed or coordinated with Honda in PEI, instead had to be picked up and was charged for it.

Staff weren’t informed on their own policies, weren’t organized, did not have any regard for anyone else’s time, the list goes on. I’ve had such a bitter taste in my mouth over this whole experience yet it continues.

I was not there to buy I was there to win. 24 hour event. But I lost. I had fun and the staff was amazing. If I buy a new car I will definitely look into them

The Honda crew always deserves a 5 they go above and beyond for their customers. Knowledgeable, friendly and fast service from all departments. I've been a Honda customer since 2013 and there's been no turning back for me. You're all great! Jordans always been my go to guy there. Mike is the sales guy to see 100% Scott is the one for your trades and David was new to me this time around but he worked hard to get me what I wanted! They all did and always do. Thanks guys for all you do.

We came on a road trip from Niagara, Ontario and our car began having issues right as we got in to Nova Scotia. Bruce Honda was able to take our car in right away for diagnostics & repairs. They provided exceptional service and got us back on the road asap. Thank you again!

Bought four cars there, wouldn't give me a loaner when, my CRV broke down for the fifth time, almost 20,000$ in warranty work so far, it's a lemon!

When I purchased my 2018 Honda HR-V EX at Bruce Honda everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The process was easy with no pressure. Taylor, Owen, Shayne, Scott were all friendly, professional and gracious. I would highly recommend Bruce Honda to everyone!

Posting cars for sale that are already sold to the general manager and telling me it's available right up until I get there. If you're going to buy a car off your own lot it should not be posted on kijiji and taking appointments to come see it.terrible customer service right there.

Extremely friendly, and helpful staff. They help you work within your budget, and will transfer any make and model vehicle from any of the Bruce Auto dealerships.

I have had an Outstanding experience at BRUCE HONDA in Yarmouth for sometime now. I have been involved with the purchasing of 4 vehicles through the BRUCE HONDA location here, and ALWAYS get the 1st Class treatment from the time I walk in, to when I leave with my car.

Very happy with the service with my first brand new car!
I thought buying a car from Bruce Honda but going to Bruce Ford because it was closer to my area, may be confusing.
It was seamless, no errors, no miscommunication. I am very pleased and very happy with all the customer service and with my new car. Highly recommend anyone to deal with Bruce Ford or Bruce Honda, and highly recommend the CIVIC!:)

Saw an Accord we liked on Kijiji from Bruce Honda. When we called to find out more info, we were put in touch with Randy who helped answer our questions. He was kind and thoughtful and not pushy in any way. We are very happy with our new car and the overall buying experience. I feel like we met a friend not just a salesman. Thanks Randy!
