Excellent service for both of our hyundais. Scott was professional and found ways to save money.

This was originally a 1 star review where we felt insulted by offers and comments made during the purchase of a car.

Kayla did reach out to apologise and confirm mistakes were made. From that moment forward they were courteous and professional as I had expected from the purchase of my first vehicle.

It is very difficult to win me over after I feel insulted but they did it.

Almost bought a car that I wanted and they were forcing me pay a $1500 accessories package and $399 tire and rim warranty and wouldn't remove it with a promise of a down payment. Even with the down payment I agreed on paying for the accessories package just at a reduced rate to match other dealership pricing ($800). But they still wouldn't.don't like dealerships forcing you to pay for things that you don't need and they don't need to charge you for its not right.

Customer service is excellent as always. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership with no complaints with regards to employees or vehicles.

I was trying to inquire about the availability of Hyundai Tucson and Santa Fe models, and after exchanging several emails asking about availability I was scheduled a call with a salesman who never got back to me. I tried the follow up with another email the next day and got ghosted. Not my favourite customer experience ever.

We dealt with John Cox, we needed a car within 1 week ready to go and thankfully with John’s help we did it in 4 days, leasing a 2023 Tucson which arrived just off the truck. His knowledge and experience was extremely helpful and he could not have been more punctual in getting back to us when leaving a messages.

Kierra, the service advisor went above and beyond what was expected from her and I can't thank her enough. I would have blew up my motor if it wasn't for her personally calling me to tell me to put oil in the car I just purchased from another dealer. She was so honest with me, where the other place was so Shady. This girl should be promoted for caring so much about her customers. She made my experience so amazing, I would def buy my next car here!

An extremely disappointing afternoon. Were interested in an Ioniq 5. Stephanie confirmed our appointment "to test drive and have all of our questions answered", and were advised to "present yourself to the sales staff. You are assigned your own Product Ambassador for your visit and they will be expecting you". We arrived to find that not only was there no car to test drive, there was no car to even see. The salesperson we talked to was the 'correct' salesperson assigned, yet was not expecting us and was unable to answer even very basic questions about the car satisfactorily. I outlined three specific questions in my original e-mail to Stephanie because I wanted to discuss them with someone at Hyundai who knew what they were talking about. Instead, the sales person, when I asked about Hyundai Highway Drive Assist, said "We don't have anything fancy like Tesla". When I asked him who manufactures the cells for the Hyundai Ioniq 5, he told me "they come from 'the Ukraine' and that's why supply is so difficult right now". That isn't true. The correct answer is SK Innovation, which is South Korean, and has no operations in eastern Europe.

This was a massive waste of time. I left work early specifically to be able to pick up my spouse and, together, drive well out of our way to see the Ioniq 5 and have some specific questions answered. Instead, we got the wrong information about a car that didn't exist. I'm pretty disgusted and I have no idea why I would pursue a Hyundai vehicle, or recommend that anyone should, given this complete lack of professionalism.

Furthermore, I sent a follow up e-mail to Bruce Hyundai 9 days ago outlining the experience I've described above, and was ghosted.

I cannot imagine making the mistake of buying a car from Bruce Hyundai and having to deal with them for any kind of support.

When I was in crisis over an engine failure on my 2014 Tucson I was stuck in Fredericton. Upon contacting Bruce Hyundai I was treated with compassion, sensitivity and fairness. I received exemplary treatment and a fair trade for my 2014. Their trust and ability to work with me meant I drove away very satisfied in a 2022 Tucson. They have met my loyalty as a five time purchaser with business and expertise that went well beyond just another business transaction. Thanks to Scott, Jason, Kayla and general manager Brittany.

We bought our 1st Hyundai Santa Fe in 2019, the experience was so great and the vehicle has been the best vehicle we have own, believe me we have owned a few!
In saying this, we always used the service department obtaining exceptional service.
We decided to look at trading in this past April, with the trade in value it was a no brainer, a new 2023 Santa Fe was ordered and we are anxiously waiting for it’s arrival!

VERY disappointed and unimpressed with customer service and professionalism. I inquired about purchasing a new car that they had available on their website. It turns out they had sold the car months ago and nobody knew or bothered to check. I talked with Marilyn Rafuse and Megan Samson about financing and features about a car they didn't even have on the lot. After our initial conversation they never called me back and when I called them I was always sent to voicemail. They also never returned emails. Complete WASTE OF MY TIME dealing with this dealership.

I brought my vehicle in with concerns, and the experience was great from top to bottom! When I first called in, the lady who booked my appointment (Wanda, Wendy?) was an absolute delight! When I was there, Candice and Scott put all of my concerns at ease, and they make you feel at home while you are there. I can not recommend them enough!

Just another dealership ruined by the monopoly that is Bruce auto, prepare to be scammed into paying too much for a vehicle by a company that isn't willing to work with you.there's a reason I bought my car from hyundai before it was bought out by Bruce, at least the old owners admitted to being crooks.hard to find a place to buy cars in the valley that doesn't buy the Barkers some new veneers.

Bruce Hyundai is an exceptional Dealership. Everyone is more than welcoming and friendly. The whole experience of buying a new vehicle was made to make you feel special and like it was your first time all over again.

Despite the renovation, service area has lots of room. Scott went out of his way to make sure that I understood the service work being performed on my Hyundai! Dogs are welcome too and appreciated.

I was immediately looked after; actually most of my transaction took place over the phone! They easily surpassed other offers for my trade-in, and also tried their best to ensure that I was getting the best deal. Of course, I have not dealt with service and parts often yet, but when I did I was immediatley made to feel at ease and that my needs being met were paramount.
Thank you to Andrew and all the Hyundai staff for making the usually nauseating job of purchasing a vehicle a very pleasant one instead!

We called about our hatch not opening on the 27th of december and still haven t recieved a call back. Not very good customer service.

Sales rep Jaison was great, but not happy with the finance manager. Tire and rim protection is mandatory and took extra money for accessories without any.

Been there a couple of times now. Have always treated me well. Will continue taking my vehicle there!

This morning I went to pick up a Hyundai vehicle after having asked to have the car placed on hold last night, telling Bruce Hyundai that I wanted to buy it.a verbal agreement.
Yet, while I was driving to the Dealership to do the paperwork. Bruce Hyundai allowed another Bruce dealership to sell the car I had requested a purchase hold on and took a second offer to buy, knowing that I was on my way to New Minas to get the vehicle. The sales rep informed manager, but I'm led to believe - was ignored.
This dealership effectively bypassed my offer to give the sale to another of their dealerships this morning for cash knowing I was driving from Halifax to get the car! SO BUYER BEWARE. Bruce Auto group dealerships are likely to take a second purchase offer made while you are in the middle of buying from them, and you might find yourself arriving at a Bruce dealership, only to be told they sold the vehicle out form under you! Bad business ethics.most disappointing treatment of a customer.leaving a very negative opinion of the Bruce Hyundai.

The customer service here is above and beyond! They really took the time to get to know is as people and not just customers, they made our visit "personal" not just another person coming in to buy a car. I really liked how they went threw everything as well and not just straight to numbers.
