It was a tough day for almost all activities due to the wildfires in Tantallon. But the staff at budget still treated me quickly and efficiently, as a long term customer, which I am. Great job. Thanks

They don’t have sense to speak with someone and they are very rude. Moreover, I rented a car for one day and I returned on time but they charged me for a extra day. When I came at returned place at that time they are closed so I returned key one hour latter. That place no good

They were the only place that were able to guarantee a vehicle with winter tires. It costs slightly more but the guarantee for safety was worth it.

I have been renting from them over the past year. It has always been the ultimate experience that I am so grateful for! The last time I rented I tried to go for a deal through Hertz. Hertz made an error and couldn't rent me the car there upon my arrival.it was so stressful and I was very sad as I was in desperate need to visit my father in New Brunswick. I called budget/avis and they were able to find me a car last minute, and for near the same price! Not any car either, I rode in style with a fancy teal Jeep Wrangler! It really made my day, I was so excited by the whole experience. I know this is a personal experience, but they were so amazing, I just want to say thank you and tell everybody how amazing they are! Do rent from them!

Each and Every time i had the best experience. Amazing customer service. Glen is the man! None of the other rental places had a jeep wrangler available that day except them. They are so happy to help you.

I received the best customer service while Hurricane Dorian was hitting the area. An employee of the car rental agency waited for me to drop off my vehicle and called me a cab while the winds and rain started to increase. I am extremely grateful to Kelly for her assistance and the company and operator of this location for her assistance in my moment of stress. I was humbled and will always remember her act of kindness. Wishing her all the best.
