Bulk Barn

A large Bulk Barn with all the wonderful Bulk Barn stuff. I really enjoy shopping at Bulk Barn and would give it 5 stars if it wasn't so pricey. It's really easy to spend more than you expect.

Do not buy from here, you are better off buying from the regular stores than here. I bought nuts, cookies, chocolates, and all of it was stale and tasted like it’s been sitting in the box for years. Never again will I go buy from there, it definitely changed over the years.

First time to visit Bulk Barn and I was amazed by the business concept. Recommended for your baking/food toppings, add-ins, sprinkles and ingredients. They have several spices, chocolates, candies and nuts to choose too.

The cashier who was not busy would not pack my bag. I am 90 years old and was not happy with this treatment.

"Bulk Barn"in Bayer's Lake seems to have a step up on other local franchises. I would be surprised if the same person owns them all. Their selection is more consistent, they have items when others do not. Simply put, very well run!

The place was clean, the staff was friendly, they have hand sanitizer and gloves upon entering the door, and everyone adhered to the social distancing rules.

Great experience! Lots of special teas that they dont have at the Dartmouth Bulk Barn.
We shall return!

Love being able to pick up just the amount I need to make recipes and not end up with a lot of leftovers that I might never need to use again. Bulk Barn has a great selection of bulk food for everyone and great prices.

Always clean, sadly not fully stocked today. Appreciate the sanitizer AND gloves (optional) at the door. Friendly, courteous staff.

The manager in the night is really rude, he threatened to throw us out of the store just because we were three people talking to him. I hope the management takes care of it.

Just love this place! Can pick how much of whatever! Want to try a little? Go for it. Loved it? Next time buy a lot of it! Staff is always friendly and shop very clean. I have never done it but I read in the shop that you can ask for a sample. That is a nice touch. All-in-All, a great place to pick up as much or as little as you want or need.

I went to pick up an order I placed online. It turned out there was two orders there under the same last name. We identified the problem immediately after I made payment for the wrong order. The manager was called and they were supposed to issue a refund for the wrong order, and charge me for my actual order. Some how, they charged me a second time for the wrong order and then charged me for the correct order. I didn't notice this until I reviewed by bank statement several days later, and long after I had thrown away my receipts.

Since the redesign, I find the stores really clean, tidy and intuitive! I love the peanut butter machines - it is nice to know that it is literally just peanuts going into it. I've noticed that they have also started to get some more main stream candy / chocolate brands and items in bulk which is nice (like sour skittles). Also love all the new pasta choices! The herbs and spices selection is also very large. Never have trouble finding what I need!

I hope this cheap and high quality cake box will be sold here. When I make cake and present it, I use the cake box delivered from Korea.
I hope I can purchase a variety of quality products here.

Great selection, very clean and well organized. Wait time was very quick at the checkout and the staff was friendly!
