Burger King

Look I wasn’t expecting much it’s burger king, but my burger was so bad I felt bad giving it to my dog.
Update: the next morning my dog & I both are throwing up.

6: 30am says 24/7 sign is bright saying open door is locked. Most construction trucks don’t fit in the drive through. That’s that east coast liberal voting stupidity with small dic energy. Never wasting my time there again.

This place is simply incredible.

I placed a pre-paid order through the Burger King app. The order included a salad, which I was informed upon arrival was unavailable. I told the staff that it was fine and it could be excluded from the order, but as time passed it became clear that there was no intention to refund me for the salad that had been paid for and which Burger King had no intention of providing.

I had to request a refund, which apparently was not even considered and I soon learned why. After speaking with multiple staff members, which I assume were managers, I was told that they were not going to refund me because the order was placed through the app. Apparently Burger King will advertise the availability of products on their app, accept payment for these products and expect that the customer will not have an issue when the products are not provided and their money is not returned. In essence, a con job.

Despite signs and posters posted throughout the store encouraging customers to order through the app, the store refused to refund me for the item they could not provide. No apology was issued and no attempt was made to correct the wrong. To top it off, the staff were rude and unapologetic.

I am beyond disgusted by the entire experience. This place is disgraceful and should be avoided.

With only a single cash register, flow is slower than other fast food places but the people were very nice and I was not in a hurry.

Two of the employees, around 15 or 16 are making fun of multiple customers and a nice Indian employee. The Indian employee was going to take a seat on her break when the two girls gave her a nasty look, and the lady looked scared and walked to the other side of the restaurant as the two girls made fun of her. They also have a staring problem, i was about to go off on them.

The best fries i have ever tried in my life. If Burger King would have considered their Muslim customers and used Halal Chicken they would have won the 5 million Muslim customers in North America

We went through drive thru got what was supposed to be a bacon double cheese burger. Well it wasn't there was no bacon on it.so by the time I went in side and wait in a line up my fries were cold.not happy at all.

Three strikes and this Burger King is out of our list

We've stopped in three times on our way to Cumberland County, and all three times it was beyond disappointing. The food was cold and stale, my non picky eater wouldn't even touch the fries or nuggets.

Every time we've stopped here, the food was so cold, I wouldn't surprised if it had been sitting out all day before being served.

One of our burgers was so cold and mushy, upon further inspection it turns out it was undercooked

If I could give them a zero star rating I would.

Save your money, go elsewhere, even to Tim's, if you've got the time, go to the big stop. Totally not worth the money!

The wait was longish to order and they gave no napkins, not provided a receptacle to get napkins yourself. Whoppers are messy, but delicious burgers, and require lots of napkins

This establishment doesn't support the freedom movement. I enter without a mask and was asked to immediately leave or get served at the outside window. I told the lady I am in a rig.you can walk around.what's the difference outside or inside.

They claim you can get the impossible burger as a meat replacement but even if you are willing to pay the difference they won’t do it. Employee was rude and asked my vegetarian wife if she could just eat the burger with meat. Worst establishment I have been too

Ordered a whopper combo and got a chicken thing. Also the ketchup was a soup. Very poor quality. Not eating here again.

Went in a few weeks ago. Nice staff nice environment plus great food. Really happy to see the people get along, also really enjoyed watching Jamie and cole make the place feel more then a family place. Wonderful place.

I enjoyed the bacon king burger. (Double cheeseburger with bacon) restaurant was clean, service was fast. A couple of the bench seats could use a more permanent repair (holes that were taped over) but overall good experience.

Food was good but service was extremely slow. Restaurant not the cleanest. Door of one ladies' bathroom stall stuck in locked position; couldn't use it.

Haven't had it in a long time. It was good. Guy on the window was extremely hard to understand and could not understand us very well either but our order was right.

Stopped for a homestyle breakfast, staff were friendly and the price was right! Always a good experience at this location

Been here a few times now and everytime they fill my cup with ice leaving no room for a drink. Other wise good service and good food.
