Burger King

Food was cold fries were old and dried out. This is the second time this has happened, 17.23 was the price I payed for throw out the fries and take the burger home to heat up.

Food is always good there. Service is fast. Staff are friendly. I usually go through the drive through but when I eat inside the place is always clean. Never had any issues with the New Minas location.

The food was alright just like any other fast food type place. However when I whent through the drive thru they literally missed half of my order. I was a little upset so I decided to call them. The Manger I spoke with was very understanding an gave me a code to replace my entire order for free next time I was in. When I whent back there was lots of people inside enjoying there meals an laughing, great place I'll be back to give them another chance:)

The tables weren't clean, the burgers and fries were still good. My granddaughter really likes the cheeseburger.

Got food this afternoon and usually it is good.today they were lost, food was all cold and tasted like it's been sitting out for awhile.

But apple turnovers were perfect so not to sure why the food was off.

Tried that new ghost whopper and I wasn't impressed at all, I got 1 slice of onion no veggies and that black sauce, I had to remove that sauce as much as I could and put ketchup and mayo to make it taste better.
I will not order that burger again. 1 put 1 start that's because of me adding ketchup and mayo

Usually when I go to burger king the food is at least edible, today my chicken nuggets were under cooked, my burger was cold and the fries were cold

Did a online order and waited over 15 mins skipped over my number and just left it sitting on the table. Until they realized it was there. Food was cold. It's not normally like this.

Back to the way BK was in the 80's.
It's like someone cares if your meal looks good enough too eat, sure does now!

First off got the order wrong, second they did not know the prices of food, and when informed that they overcharged based on the giant signs all over the restaurant 3 staff grouped up and rudely argued at me. They don't know what " mix and match" means and badly need training on customer service. However, the burgers were above average for a bk restaurant.
Would avoid to not deal with those staff again.

If I could give you no stars I would spent over $11 on a really bad chicken sandwich. Mayo on top perfect but the gross sour mayo/tarter sauce made my stomach turn. Tried to talk to the manager she said that it was mayo and that's how it gets on the bottom so I ask for my money back but no she wants to make me another one if that is how it was supposed to be made then tell me why I would want another one. I tossed it in the trash and will never be back.

I received bad service through the drive thru. This is the about the third time in a row where my order has been wrong. Staff needs to pay attention to what they are doing.

Did a mobile order and didn't get the order right. Had a link in my mail receipt and told then the issue and they quickly issued me a refund

Decent food, can't complain about the prices compared to other fast food restaurants in the area either.

I think the biggest issue I've ever had at this bk was one time I ordered 6 nuggets and got 4. I also probably go here way too much.

Clean Restaurant and with a coupon, the price was right. Loved the Whopper and Whopper JR. - asked for extra onion and we got it. Their fries are great and the cups are a good size. We will come again.

This place always has the friendliest dude working he loves dogs and he's always super personable I love going to Burger King even though the food is half washed sometimes the customer service makes it all worth it

The line up for drive thru is crazy. However the food has absolutely gone down hill. My pop was moldy never have I ever had that with take out anywhere. Wish I didn't have to give a star.

Bought a bacon king here and one patty wasn’t cooked, one was burnt. Tried to call but no one picked up. Couldn’t go back as I was quickly grabbing some food and heading back to the hospital and I didn’t open it till I got back.

Ordered 2 x jr Whopper and a drink the price seemed high but with covid who knows. Paid got my order which was nothing like I ordered. Go back after 10 minutes talking to several people the on due manager (no at all a manager) tells me it's my fault for not reading their menu board. Great customer service lol will never go back. All I wanted was what I ordered.

I took my family for.lunxh and.i have never been so impressed with the employees! Very polite, aimed to please and I will definately be returning. GOOD JOB, BURGER KING!

They have no whopper Wednesday, like in Ontario but 2 whoppers for $8. Which could be better, missing topping no onion or pickles just very little lettuce and a tomato. I never get sauces on my whoppers. They drown it in that stuff.

I almost never have an issue at this location. I can order my food and I get exactly what I order. Some of the other fast-food restaurants in town mainly McDonald's get my order wrong quite frequently. This Burger King location is very good and very clean. The staff are friendly and polite and almost never make mistakes. There are sometimes when I haven't got the upsize on my drink but in the end I really don't care. It's a simple mistake and I don't really need that much sugary beverages anyway.

Got most of what we ordered. Minus the apple turnovers that we paid for. Food was actually warm for what we did get. Called to let them know they forgot something and got no answer. Went to do the survey and all we were given was the "Bagging Ticket". Did not even get an actual receipt so I could not complete a survey. Below par even for fast food.

This is the 3rd time I've been through the drive through in a mth n no napkins straws ketchup specifically asked for bbq sauce got none asked for a plain cheese burger cheese only n there was condiments on it I'm not one to ever complain I work in the food service industry and I get it times are trying in the industry right now but 3 times is a bit much: (

They have messed up our order multiple times and today was the first day I called as I could not go into the store as its drive thru only. I asked them what they were prepared to do to help as I would no longer be able to eat half my order and they said nothing.

I usually have a fantastic experience with this Burger King and that is why I gave three stars. But tonight the girl working drive-through at around 5: 45pm was very short with me. I had forgotten that I had coupons so while I was waiting to pay for my food I tore a coupon out. When it was my turn, I drove up to the window, she told me the price was $10 and some change. I then produced the coupon. She grabbed the coupon for me, threw it in the garbage and then proceeded to tell me the same price and not the discounted price. I paid for my food thinking maybe the coupons were expired and she was just mad that I tried to use an expired coupon. But when I checked my other coupons after I had driven away and paid, I realized that they don't expire until April. Not impressed.

I am very unhappy. AGAIN!? , to find out, after I got home to Middleton, that my order was wrong AGAIN. This time I ordered a crispy chicken meal. OK. Double whopper. OK.

BUT THE DOUBLE BBQ BACON WHOPPER WAS NOT AWHAT I ORDERED. IT WAS A REGULAR WHOPPER.

I paid approx approx $3 more for an order I did not get. Again. I am fed up. Hey BK manager, check out Order #8 from today. If I wasn't so far away I would be having a Chat with you!
The person I ordered from did not mess up the order.the behind the scenes person did.
I am so mad right now I could scream. What is so darn complicated that the cook does not know the difference between the two whoppers, or maybe they just don't care. I am so done with the New Minas Burger King.

Staff were very unpleasant. Food was not hot. Washroom could use a good cleaning. Had a very long wait and it was not even busy. Maybe the owners could do a better job

Love the food. Also like maybe 3-4 employess there. But the ignorance I receive when Im there from the Managers or Franchise persons. Unbelivable. Jus bcos they dont like me personally. Dojt bring it to work place. I am human. I deserve to be treated with respect. I treat everyone good when I walk into Burger King.

Very clean and professional spot, newly renovated.doesn't feel like you're eating at Burger King. On some new age, modern chic type flow. Lovely staff. Nuggets are fire. 10/10.
