Burger King

Only music in the building was coming from the employee's phone. Floor is ALWAYS sticky, Garbages were full, there were piles of ketchup on some tables. 2 clean tables in the whole place. It was barely noon.

Food wasn't bad but the menu was confusing. Doesn't really specify all the meal combinations available. Server seemed unsure himself and also seemed to not know the station. Could have been a trainee but he was pleasant enough so he got marks for that.
Not a bad quick takeout lunch.

Wow that's crazy. I've been happier in a funeral home.and the service was non existent.

My hamburger tasted like it was rolled in pure salt.it was inedible.drive through.was already too far away to take it back!

I have been visited too all restaurants in new Glasgow including A&W but the best customer service i got on this BK love this place and food

My friend and I had amazing service this evening, the 2 ladies working in the drive through were very friendly and gave me a good laugh while we waited for our food, the food was also very well made and the wait time was made perfect with the amazing lady at the window: D nananana batman

A nice bk, as far as they go. Very nice and cool on a hot muggy day. Very understaffed. 4 ppl running an entire burger king. Place was not too busy though, so they did good, considering. I mentioned the understaffing at the counter attendant. She said they are hiring, but it's been difficult. Seems to be true, all over.
Anyway, my burger was good.
My smores iced coffee was absolutely terrible.
Just chemical garbage. Oh well. Never had one before, never will, again.

Dill pickle chicken nuggets.
If you haven't tried them, you really should. They are here for a limited time only. Approx 8 nuggets for $3.97. Order a few packs if you want them fresh and hot!
Unfortunately food is usually cold, this has been my experience in the drive through, unless you order something specific that they don't have premade (multiple orders of something) and sitting in the warming area.

Food was very good and served in good timely manner, however the visit was unpleasant as staff members were yelling at each other in a different language, making the visit awkward.

The fries were ice-cold. And they wouldn't accept the meal deal on the phone.live and learn.
Do not bother to stop there!

I went to get a burger because usually I love there burgers but I got a burger this time and it tasted extremely freezer burnt, there was so much mustard when I asked for only a tiny bit, not only did the food taste absolutely horrendous, I also got extremely bad customer service, as someone who also works at a fast food place, I can truly say that it was a terrible experience and will not be returning, no one smiled and they where really snappy and rude which you should not be when helping a customer, like I said I will not be returning.

Ordered two kids meals (one nuggets one burger) and they completely forgot to add the burger to the one.

Rude, slow and can't even get my order right after waiting 35 mins at the drive thru window.

Great place the people in there today around supper time were awsome.first fast food i had in awhile A+ service and food was great too. Thanks again.

The food is not bad, but the service is terrible I ordered there today and they made two mistakes on my order. I recommend them for their food but I would not recommend them for their service.

Had a problem when I ordered on the Burger King app. I went back the next day and they made it right. The food here has been really good lately, and service has been quick. Their breakfast is unreal. Best fast food breakfast I've ever had anywhere. This restaurant keeps me coming back for more!

Sept. 24/21 -Went to Burger King 18331 New Glasgow, N. S. Food was terrible! Wanted to use my giftcard and no one knew how to use it, when it didn't swipe, they told me to check the balance myself, I paid cash, I know that gift cards can be checked for balances! (There is $25 on it) I think it was their job to call and find out about the balance on it and how to use it!

It was a longer wait than usual but our order was correct and they even put the napkins on top of the bag to help keep the heat in.

Nothing all that special. I ordered the $4.99 meal, there was plenty of food (2 Chicken Junior, fries, and drink), but the sandwich flavour wasn't great. Good, but not great. The Junior Chicken from McDonald's tastes better, but you do get two sandwiches at BK compared to one at McDonald's.

First Visit - Good food, nice ambience, staff could be more courteous and warm but overall good!

Fourth or fifth visit going through the drive thru - HORRIBLE, burger was disgusting - dripping oil, fat, water, outside of pop glass was dripping soaked, didn't get the complete order right, had to park and walk back in twice - TERRIBLE, not living upto the brand that it is. Sorry but won't be back anytime soon!

Nice clean place to eat. Bathrooms are well kept. Service is friendly and quick. Cost wise, its pretty much on par with everything around it. Drive through is always fast

Since when do you place a order&the cashier literally turns around gets the bag and places the order in it.it was a veggie burger&fries.you can't even microwave how fast it was done. The burger was not even warm.not happy: (

Its burger king great burgers chicken fries Mirza sticks much more variety then at most other places. And deserts like cheesecake and pie.
