There was this hot kid named gabe I edged at the sight of him I almost exploded great service wish I got his number I was gonna explode

This guy took my Order I think his name is Evan burger best service evermy kids told me after I want to be like him when I’m older I was such proud parent give him a raise I couldn’t even edge to this clean up aisle my pants

Wait 10 mins in a 1 car line up at drive thru only to spend $12 for a cold whopper and soggy fries. Never wasting gas to eat here again.

Not a clean table to be had. Burger was ok, just slapped together. We were there just before the noon rush and the place was not busy but all the tables were dirty and not wiped off.

Updating my review. Used to be quick and nice but has gone down hill recently. My last visit with two people in front of me took over 25 minutes to get my food and I only ordered two meal deals one for me and my child. Completely absurd, with staff just standing around.

No hate but guy at night shift was rude and saying he is manager. Trust me If thats the person handling ur store rating soon gonna be low.

Raised his voice and talking with an attitude arrogant body language. Just asked for extra sauce.

I am owner my self trust me guys I haven't posted reviews my self to any business. But the way was not good.

If u are not happy with ur job simply don't do it.

This location is awful. The staff are rude, the store manager is one of the most inconsiderate people I've ever spoken with. It's unbelievable how they would treat a customer. My last order they refused to give me a refund when the wait for my food was too long. The manager told me "I can sit there and rot waiting for my food because I'm not giving it to you". Unbelievable.

'A good place that I often go to! Can be slow if they're short staffed but the staff show their best effort and serve customers as quickly as they can. Restaurant tables and washrooms are clean, and I also like that they have hand sanitizer available.prices are reasonable and the food is very good. The only problem I have had is more than once they have forgotten to put my fries in the bag, so that taught me to never drive away without checking to make sure they gave me everything I ordered. They're humans and humans make mistakes, but one way they can improve is not forgetting to put things in the bag. Otherwise a good place to eat, much better than McD's!

Bayers Lake location
Very dirty and food was not good. Took my Big Fish back as it was dried out and tasty nasty. They gave me a fresh one but it was nor much better. Then my fries and onion rings were cold.
No Offer for a discount meal for my next visit.
Disappointed

The worst burger that i had and they forgot the mustar in the burger and topping was does like the big mic med size and soft drinks were not good and if you want the best burger in town the five guys 100% true home made burger and fresh fries and 100% the best soft drinks from downtown ns and burger king is cheap food onwed by tim hortons onwers burger tasted salt and bun was over salt and fries under cooked dont recommend it

My wife and I tried their BK Big Fish sandwich. Both were dried out and not what I would usually expect. It was mid-afternoon on a Sunday, Aug 14th, and not very busy. All tables were dirty and we had to request to have one cleaned before we could try our food.

Haven't had burger King in a while, and probably won't again. Really long wait after ordering and some how the food was still cold? !

It was dirty as heck. From bathrooms to tables to floor and windows.

Whopper Wednesday still exists but they don't advertise it. That seems dishonest to me. They also still have cutlery and condiments behind the counter making it inconvenient to get them. Otherwise, same great burgers as they've always had

Dining room was extremely filthy, almost every table was littered with crumbs. Floors are sticky and the garbage cans were overflowing with trash. The onion rings were stale and cold, plus they made my order wrong. I ordered my burger with no tomatoes due to an allergy and they still added them on. I could've gone into anaphylactic shock, I was very lucky to have noticed. Also saw a roach on my way to the bathroom (which smelt terrible) and a fly. Manager is extremely hectic and made little effort to show he was sorry. Stay away from this place, seriously.

This place has gone so far down hill its crazy. The service is terrible and you never get the right thing. And if you ask for fresh onion rings, they take ones from the bin and refry them. Yea.i watched them do that personally.

Terrible food. I ordered veggie burger and the patty was terrible. Onion rings are worst. Also they first charged for cheese and there was no cheese in the burger. All the veggies and sauces were on one side. This is a place where you wanna go after you are drunk. I have had good experience at some other burger kings.

Only use the drive thru which is fast, the burgers and fries always good and staff friendly. BK usually has two sandwich deals!

I went to Burger King in Bayer's Lake today and ordered a roadhouse meal with a junior whooper on the side. I was served by Christine who was friendly, helpful and effeciently processed my order. (5 stars to her for her service)

My food was served quickly and it was warm. The fries were medium warm so they were okay. The burger was hot and fresh and tasted good.

At the drink dispenser I noticed only one ice machine was operational which did not cause me any issues as I was able to get ice from the other dispenser.

All in all the everything was great. The only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because I looked around to find a table but there were many that were not wiped down so although there were a lot of empty seats there were very few that had been cleaned. To be fair, perhaps there was a rush of people before I arrived and they just had not gotten to wipe the tables down yet which is quite possible. However, there were very few tables that had people at them while I was there and I did not see anyone cleaning them while I was there.

I will still return back another time as the service and quality of food were both great.

A hit and miss experience as depending on who's working you will either get good food and excellent customer service or bad service followed by terrible food.

Just an OK BK for service and food quality. They have never got my order wrong. I was a little disappointed that their king deal cheeseburgers are marked up from their advertised price.

Trash the Indians that work there are very very rude so just watch out cuz they will kick u out the restaurant for no reason

So expensive for a family of 4,7100 but all worth the awesome customer service and fresh and delicious food for a night out of cooking

Very good take out meals you can try there, we tried this burger king several times and the restaurant was outstanding.
Highly recommended.

Bayers lake cannot get nothing straight.they would not take my call.angry.error. Can't get a hold of them to say they did wrong.sick of burger king.

Seemed clean and friendly staff. However there was a complaint of a hair in a burger while I was there. Handled professionally so I can't be too hard on them.

Honestly why can you get 4 mozzarella sticks for the same price as an entire poutine? I can't get my favorite mozzarella sticks anymore because I just can't justify the price.

Pretty good deals for a quick bite. Nothing fancy or kills your entire week of grocery budget place. It's fast food restaurants.
Kids will love it. So does working people who just wants a quick one before going or going back to work. Can't go wrong with their King's Deals.

The best thing about burger king is the desserts. They're incredible for fast food desserts. The rest of the food was tastey enough. There are a lot of sides options beyond the basics. This location is nice and bright with lots of space. The bathrooms, however, are incredibly tiny and not well maintained/ cleaned. The high chairs for toddlers are nice and fit nicely under the tables. They have no trays, however, which can make it difficult for shorter children and results in more food in the lap. They were also FILTHY! This location uses plastic straws.

Usually gets our order wrong. I love BK and it's the only one close to me, but if I could go somewhere else o would. Would not recommend drive thru and make sure your order is right before you leave.

Cold food. Slow Service. Restaurant was not clean on the inside. Fruit fly are a problem here. All has been observed on 5 different occasions over the last two months.
