Burger King

Messed up my order. Filled up the poutine with half the fries and no fork. The manager offer "we can replace your poutine". So I have to drive back there and you won't even offer me a meal replacement. Unbelievable this manager is so unprofessional. I'm going to write a email to head office!

I ordered a Double cheeseburger with only mustard add onion they were sure to charge $0.50 for the onion and threw everything else on the burger even though it was a special order the Chicken Fries box was so small 4 small chicken fingers the size of fries plus the whole box and the poutine were cold. Called the store 28 times but they don’t answer. This isn’t the first time they messed up the order and don’t answer the phone. $20 just to feed the dog. Don’t worry I threw the onion rings in the garbage as it’s not safe for dogs. Will be calling back another 28 times until I am off work and then I will be going in personally to speak to someone cause this isn’t the first time they messed up the same burger. Not happy. Can’t even fill out their review for a free whopper cause they ripped off the top and I don’t have the store number. Way to go to lose my weekly business plus I ain’t taking my friends there so you lost all our service as I am the driver.

Got a completely burnt burger multiple times in a row, it was hard it was so burnt. I will not be buying from this store anymore as this is typical

Whoppers used to be my favorite fast food burger but at some point within the last year everything served here seems to be inundated with salt (not just the burgers). Now I'm disappointed in myself for ever trying again because it's always the same inedible junk.

Went through the drive-through Sunday by the time I got back to work I realized i got the wrong order, no big deal people make mistakes, went back Monday for lunch the same thing happend. So now it's Tuesday and I decide to go back again and the exact same thing happens, wrong order. Definatly not going back again

Whopper is one of my favorites but I also like the King deal. It's enough for my wife & I to share when we're not real hungry

They forgot to add the extra vegetable and condiments when I ordered, the cashier was kind, but the manager was really rude and didn’t trust me and opened the burger to see if I was lying.it’s not the first time, my little brother has nuggets every time but they always don’t give 2 dippings and sometimes they put less nuggets, he cried.and one time they didn’t even give me the nuggets and refused to give my mom it when she went back, making her to buy another pack of nuggets.and today was the last straw.

Really disappointed with the food here today, went by to grab some breakfast and my spouse also got a roadhouse burger - both the fries and the hash browns tasted so disgusting as if the fryer grease hadn't been changed and the Roadhouse king, onion rings tasted absolutely disgusting, tasted absolutely awful — not sure what happened here, we spent over 20$ on food we actually couldn't even eat: (

The fries were a little cold the oreo milksake was not made very well buy a drive thru person.and they made us was at the drive thru when you order.

Well I went for breakfast, no sausage for the breakfast sandwich, lady at yhe counter was polite and apologized for the inconvenience. I then went to the bathroom, how disgusting! I'm not sure it has been cleaned for the last 3 years it was that kind of yuck.

I had ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and they forgot to put the meat in the sandwiches. This happened 3x now in the last 3 months. Very incompetent

Saturday to listen more closely or repeat order back confirm it I ordered the sausage egg and cheese English muffin they gave me a bacon egg and cheese English muffin which is not the same.

The workers were more interested in their cell phone than the customer.the employee took my order and almost missed my hand with my change looking at his cell phone. All the employees had on gloves but was using them for everything.handling money and touching food. Not very great service.

It's a standard Burger King. I've gone here multiple, multiple times with no real issues. It's fast food and it tastes like it

I was in there long enough to eat food and experienced the worst customer service ever!
Some lady was ordering and this “boss” came over and started to talk to the employee in the middle of ordering and then when the lady spoke on it he decided he was going to fight with her in front of other customers basically saying he can do whatever he wants and she’s in the wrong which she definitely wasn’t! Then the whole staff were yelling and talking and laughing in different language. Then someone received a phone call from their cell phone and had the lady on speaker phone for all the restaurant to hear. Very extremely rude and unprofessional. I feel bad for the young guy working there he was the most respectful one there. Never will I go back to that restaurant!

The drive through is ridiculously slow. It seems like the server is taking only one cars order and the cook, cooks just that order instead of taking multiple orders at a time and having the cook flip more then one burger. It took around 15 mins to get through 2-3 cars. When you get to the order box sometimes it takes 2-3 mins to even tell the server your order. On top of that I can’t recall ever having a whopper that’s actually hot. I’ve been going to this location since the 90s and lately the prices have gone up and the service has gone down. Your better off going somewhere else

Big king burger was great. More places need to have the no tomato or lettuce option. THAT WAS 4 YEARS AGO
Had the big king meal for the first time in four year the other night and all I can say is GAG. The burger tasted like it was sanitized somehow. None of that BK flame broiled taste. The fries where the same size as a kids meal and if there where 20 fries in it I would be shocked.if I didnt have a car full of drunk people I would have taken it back in not a nice way.probably won't be back.

I just left this location after getting some lunch. There were 3 people sprawled out in 2 booths and they were very much passed out. The staff did not seem to care in the slightest. That is quite disgusting in my opinion. People eat in those booths. They did not make a purchase, they seemingly came in for a nap. I guess if you need to sleep, BK is the spot for you. Truly bizarre. You may want to eat elsewhere.

I came here after I got off work at the bar at 4am. They were having grill troubles and I was definitely not the first car in a line and they were super nice anyway even though they undoubtedly were dealing with drunk a-holes and couldn't do anything to help them

They will not at all notify you when they are unable to fulfill delivery orders. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was doing my uber delivery and the lady working today Friday, June 10 was hella rude to me and passed me racist comments. I was sitting on a professional spot so I didn’t raise my voice. You better get proper PEOPLE to work for you and not some Aholes.

Not impressed with the "coupon deal" apparently, although not stated on the "2 can dine" coupons, you cannot have two different sandwiches. I'm not a beef eater for the most part & requested one sandwich to be chicken. I was told I could not have two different sandwiches. My friend & I were sharing the coupon.

I also requested my sandwich with mayo or ketchup. I took a bite into the sandwich to find out that there was mail on the burger. When I took the burger back to the counter and pointed out the mistake the guy at the counter went back into the cash register menu pulled up my receipt and said I had only requested no ketchup because that's what was marked on the receipt. The young man was adamant I had only requested no mayo. I respectfully said, " I don't eat mayo and I don't eat ketchup so would you just please make me another sandwich".

I'm not so sure I'm interested in eating at the restaurant again, if I can't get what I order.

It's been some time since I'd had a Whopper, definitely lives up to it's name. Got a good value for our dollar, two can dine for $12.89. Won't be as long a wait till next time!

Well and friend and I stopped tonight at 11: 15pm and got a 2 can dine for 12.49 meal deal off the app. Well I have to say the girl tonight making burgers made the best whopper I’ve had in years tonight. You made a whopper like the pictures show. Great job keep up the great burger making. Skills.

Joke. Ordered through the app and after 14 minutes my food wasnt ready. I showed them both the app AND my receipt. Nothing. Simply shrugged and said "contact head office"

Waited in the drive thru line for them to tell us at the window they are closed - at 10: 46 (hours are until 11pm)

It's Burger King. You know what you are getting. The staff is exceptionally lovely, my dog likes to try to sniff them and she adores the $1 soft serve. Located right on a pokegym for extra convenience.

Service is super quick, Food tastes fresh always. No complaints at all. Moreover parking is big enough to have own space to eat those in a car.

Detail review:
Had "Spicy chicken burger" and Chicken fries.
Spicy chicken actually had spicy flavor in it and chicken was so crunchy from outside and soft n spicy from inside, Loved it! It's little dry though, So, have a drink along with it.

"Chicken fries" What the hack! It also spices in it and different than fries but appears like fries. Really a nice hack!

"Vegetarian burger" patty is actually better than Harvey's and Wendy's and it almost tastes same like cheese patty also it comes with vegetables and pickles, it is so fine alternative!

I was only stopping for a friend. I didn't order anything. He ordered a sausage and cheese English muffin with a tea. The muffin was soggy, and the tea didn't come with sugar, even though it was ordered. Personally I don't expect much at a fast food shop.

Gave me buns when I requested no buns.

When I returned and requested that they fix my order so that I can eat it they were weirdly reluctant, the lady in the window kept saying things like "Did you say that? And "We have 3 headsets back here and none of us heard you"

Once I realized they were calling me a liar I demanded a refund and offered them back the food, they wouldn't even do that for me.

I shouldn't have to be the one to say this but EVEN IF I had made a mistake with my order (I didn't) it would have been SO EASY for them to simply give me the sandwiches bunless after I brought it up to them, there was no need for them to treat me with that kind of disrespect and I didn't even do anything wrong, I shudder to think how others are treated here.

The service here has never been amazing but this was just disrespectful and unnecessary, and I know nothing will be done about it so I will be voting with my breakfast dollars elsewhere from now on, and encouraging my circle of influence to do the same.

Clearly the staff has hearing problems because when i was asked if i wanted bacon and cheese on my whooper which was the first time in twenty years i had one, they didnt even bother. I will spend my money somewhere else where i am treated like a human being.

Unfortunately I can only give a two Star tonight; they were in the weeds, backed up about 10 minutes, and disorganized, however this isn't always true. Everyone has off nights!

First time eating Burger King and the fries were the least tasty of all the fast food I've eaten. Burger was larger then other places but lacks in taste.

Service it hit or miss, both in the dinner and in the drive thru. As sometimes it can be quick and everything is correct and other times it can be slow and your order is not made as requested or your missing an item. Sucks to find this out when going through drive thru.

The renovations look nice in the surface but in practice things do not work so well. There is a metal bar in front of the cashiers and myself and the numerous other customers were all confused about where to stand in line, who had ordered, and where to place the order. The design at the cue is confusing. The food took an unreasonable amount of time to be ready, at least the staff were apologetic it took so long. Food did not taste as it should. I have not been back to Burger King since. Disappointed.
