Check your receipt for hidden charges! The menu says the kid's meal comes with your choice of drink. We chose juice, which was listed as an option with no extra charge listed. We were charged extra for the "included" drink. The reason for the low rating is that the staff didn't seem to care about the inaccurate menu pricing. The manager's suggested solution was to refund my order and then have me repurchase the order with a soda if I didn't want to pay the (hidden) extra charge. Otherwise, it's a Burger King with food consistent with what you'd find at other locations and an average dining room.

Was my first and only time so far. Not much customers were around, made me wonder if they make it. Eat whopper burger for the first time and milkshake - not same taste like the ones I drank in Nigeria.

Great place.

This location has horrible service if you're not from Pakistan or a foreign country they treat you like garbage.
I'm not sure what language they're speaking but it's not English they make you repeat your order three times.
If you enjoy Burger King don't go to this location go to Bears Road.

The staff are nice, the store is in a nice location and their whoppers are good and the french fries dont have much salt on them compared to McDonald's which is kind of close to the one burger king sackville and they have good menu items and it's a good place to vist instead of McDonald's

Good spot that's actually OPEN for a late night supper on the way home from the airport.

A better option if you have to eat fast food. Can be a little tricky getting out of the drive thru.

The worst BK ever, at least in three countries! 3/4 times, they take the order wrong; since it’s drive through, I can’t check what I have till I come home. I just want to have cheeseburgers with lettuce only. Just this. They gave me regular cheeseburgers with no lettuce in it! Why am I still going there? Because it’s the closest one but no longer!

So, the bk in Sackville was just renovated, Now the food needs to be renovated sloppy put together was not hot there was more tomato than beef in the place was filthy very disappointed

This has to be the worst burger King ever.
I just ordered the mix and match, cheese burger and chicken sandwich. The guy said "I have to make the long cheese burger on a whopper bun, I asked if it'll have the same ingredients and he rudely said yes yes it will.
I got home to find out that I have a chicken sandwich and another chicken burger with bacon which I don't eat and threw I'm the garbage. Tried to call the restaurant but they don't pick up.
DON'T GO THERE, THEY ARE THE WORST

Meh, it's been awhile and it was ok.hashbrowns were old, French toast sticks were smashed together. I'll be good for another decade

Whopper is always a good choice

I actually enjoy Burger King as a rule, but I do not recommend this location on Sackville Drive, in Lower Sackville.

The first word that comes to mind when I think of what I saw and experienced is "disorganization". When I walked in there was no one at the cash which is no big deal but I must have stood there for a few minutes before someone came to the cash. It looked like was outback helping the staff. Then after I paid for my order I must have stood there for 10 minutes watching other people come in and leave because no one would take their order.

To be fair it looked like they had several orders on the go at the same time but so doesn't every other take out Restaurant I eat at.

Because of the layout of the store you can stand there and watch them make the food which was pretty scary. They just kind of slapped everything together and I got the smallest little square of lettuce that I have ever seen and the burger was half falling apart in the bag so I had to piece it back together which is when I noticed the lettuce and had a little laugh. In hind sight I should have taken a picture because you wouldn't believe it unless it saw it with your own eyes.

We dined in and the burger was almost cold, almost like the meat was being cooked in advance and being reheated. I am not sure but that is how it tasted.

This location is actually local to me, but I will not waste my money there again. If you want a good Burger King visit the one in Bayers Lake, Halifax. The food is fast, hot and tasty.

The entire resturant including washroom and other are dirty, lack of paper in washrooms, faucets
dirty, window ledges in main resturant dusty, windows dirty. For a recently renovated resturant it is deployable. I have visited many times before the pandamic5 and it was good and clean.

Extremely unprofessional & rude staff. Terrible customer service & extremely unclean washrooms. Same poop smeer on the stall wall for over a month! Never going back again!

I recently visited this place, the staff was really rude and I had to wait more than half an hour for my order. I would have given 0 stars if it was an option.

Good food but they always get the order wrong. I often walked away with less than what I paid for via the drive through

Pathetic service staff being rude all the time. I was waiting for my order for 30 minutes and when the order arrived all the items were wrong. When i complained about it they did not listened and didn’t even bothered to feel sorry for there bad deed.

I ordered at the drive thru and it took 30 minutes to even be able to order. There was only one car ahead of me and it looked as though there was no one to take their order. There was a car behind me so I couldn't leave either. Food was okay, but it will make you feel sick after eating it.

Too many times, in the last 6 weeks, items from the menu isn't available - including whoppers! Your signature item, not available? This place might not survive the renovations.

I ordered a Garlic King it is supposed to have crispy onions on it witch is the reason I bought it and they put on onion rings instead! In no way shape or form do I find this to be a worthy substitute especially without asking. But since u ordered it to go I am guessing that they dont care.

It is fast food as you would expect. Decent meal. Probably the best poutine of any of the fast food burger joints.

Staff at Sackville are excellent, very attentive. Burgers are nice, they have plenty of fresh ingredients like lettuce, tomato, onion.

They got one of the friendliest people working here of any Burger King's I know. Some of the newer ones take a while to catch on but eventually they warm up and become friendly like their mates. They seem to take care of this place fairly well, except for the bathroom which could do with more regular check-ins and cleaning.

I dunno if it's because every person who works their can't speak English, but if they can't make a burger right, why bother working there? You can't get extra something and you can't get stuff taken off. I'm assuming because they can't speak English or read it. No hate, but like, if you can't read or speak English, you probably shouldn't be working in a fast food place.

I stopped at Burger King drive thru Lower Sackville yesterday, I hadn't been there for a long time and forgotten how bad the food was, I very seldom complain, especially about food, but every time I have been to this particular Burger King I have been disappointed! The food is never even warm, I ordered the spicy chicken strips and fries, plus a double whopper cheeseburger for my supper, the chicken strips were barely more than room temp and there was no spicy to them, the fries were cold and shriveled, like they were sitting out in the open for about a half hour, I do not think I will be returning, oh the cost of this was $21. Shameful! There was no way for me to give a less than 1 star rating!

Poor service.burger was cold The cook skipped over one of the burgers ordered amd then got rude when asked about it

Staff is finally listening to the customer's, when you tell them what you want. The best part of the restaurant is Lauren whom has worked there for over 12 years. Good place to eat.
