Burger King

My wife and I ate in, it was somewhat clean but never bothered us. Food was good. They don't have any trays anymore so whether you eat in or take out everything is in a bag. I would go again. TACOMA DR.

Service wasn't great here. And it seems very dirty.

What can I say about a fast food chain restaurant the food will always be the same hot french fries friendly staff and cleanliness are really the only measures, it was clean the staff were great. I love a good whopper.

The employees are really nice and friendly.
Would give 5-stars, but they sometimes have issues keeping it clean, but understandable because it's a somewhat busy location.

I always go out of my way to visit Tacoma, because the inside of the restaurant is usually quiet and it's next to a couple other great stores:)

Employees are nice here and the place is so well maintained. Order taker was very polite, I think his name is Navjot. I highly recommend this place.

Tonight my husband and I went to the Tacoma drive location, as we stood at the cash there was 3 employees that just stood there looking at us then after we stood there for a couple of minutes one finally came to the cash to take our order. When he rang in the first order there was already 16.83 added which I called him out on, to his response was so sorry and started the order over. We paid got our food and went and sat down. We opened the poutine and there was only a handful of fries a few cheese curds and it was swimming in gravy. I brought the poutine up to the counter and showed the guy, which he then took the poutine out to make a fresh one where i witnessed 4 of them laughing at me and I don’t know their language but knew they were talking about me. Once he handed back the freshly made poutine I said to him “I don’t appreciate being laughed at and talked about”, and walked away. We will never go back to that location again

Ordered bacon cheese burger with poutine, onion rings and chicken nuggets with sweet and sour.

Burger was stone cold along wiht onion rings, and nuggets, I paid for two sweet and sour they gave me one honey mustard, gross! Terrible!

Accidently ordered a Whopper meal here earlier today because their app sucks at determining your location and I placed the order as I noticed and there is no cancel button. Guess they get this review with my money.

Visited the Tacoma Drive, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia location on the 28th of August, 2023. Placed my order with a female employee at 09: 49. Shortly thereafter I was given my order by this employee.at this time I overheard the male "Shift Manager" (wore the name tag) mentioned to the employee to take a break. As I was sitting down to eat I observed this same employee enter the dining room and go to a corner booth put her "Burger King" visor on the table and lay down on the bench appearing to go to sleep. This employee laid in the booth turning over once till 10: 26 am (35 Minutes). I have never observed this type of activity where an employee lays down in a booth and appears to go to sleep with the restaurant being open for business. Not to mention the unsanitary action of putting the Burger King visor on the table.

The food is good, but why is the drive through service SO SLOW? There's literally a full 5 minute wait between each car ordering and moving up. You pull up, order, and when you get to the window the food's right there, so I know they can make it fast, but then I drive away and the next car is still waiting and they haven't even ordered yet. Why? Are they totally cleaning the kitchen and prepping before taking each order?

Burger is not as good as others such as Wendy's and McDonald.

Human service is under expectations, not friendly, no eye contact when communicating, questions like a robot and they don't expect you to stay or come back.

The overall atmosphere is quite negative.

Went one night to buy an impossible whopper, was rudely told no and when I asked if they could make any they said they were cleaning their grill at like 11: 30pm I asked when they were open till and they said 24 hours and that they were cleaning the grill 3-4 hours early. Not a big deal - said we could come later on, and the man at the window slammed the window in our face. Tonight I went again, while my boyfriend told the worker which burgers he wanted the person rudely said « WHAT DRINK.  » and when he tried to say what the second burger again, he yelled and said « WHAT SANDWICH.  » everytime we come, we have never had good customer service not even once. Everyone’s rude, and have no respect for customers. I personally work at a fast food chain - and could never disrespect people the way these employees do. If you’re looking for good customer service, don’t come here.

Of the times I've been here, service has never been great.

Lack of bike parking makes it impossible to come with friends

Managament, when advised about lack of bike parking, was like ' We used to have a bike rack, but then it rusted away, with a general tone of apathy'

Having to lock a bike to a sign, which then blocks an accessibility ramp is good for no one.do better.

The guy who worked during night at drive thru is very rude.we took order from uber and he didnot give us drink and lock the window with very wierd face.he didn't know how to greet people.

I queued in line to order, where an employee was collecting chits from the register. I was not greeted. My order was not taken. Rather, I was stared at as though I were an apparition. After a 20 count in my head, no fewer than 3 employees passed by. None attempted to take my order. Pathetic. I walked out rather than waiting further to be ignored.

Food quality has gone way down hill. Poutine was the saltiest I've ever tried. Took 3 bites and tossed it. Chicken fries taste and texture exactly like cardboard. Zero flavor. Pretty sure the ranch dressing provided for dipping was sour. It had a really bad taste.

One of the worst burger i have ever had. Specially in the night they just heated the party from the morning and gave to us. Bad experience

Really happy with the service by the staff and the food was best as considered to what I usually eat at other stores. Everything was perfect and was exactly what the order should look like. Thank you to this wonderful morning/afternoon staff and their commendable customer service.

Last time going here. I do not know who owns this place but this place is terrible! Several times food was not in bag. Lately, breakfast sandwich with a hamburger buns was free. Then they charged. 50 cents extra and this morning 1.00 extra. Croissants cost more than a bunch. These people are sucking every cent out of patrons and not caring. Mgmt told my husband " it is what it is". Terrible people. And have been going for 30 years. NO MORE! Your establishment is a joke!

Had breakfast today, squished breakfast sandwich and no taste, and I mean flavorless. Also greasy. What happened to the real eggs and bacon breakfast they used to serve? I don't complain or post reviews often but this was not a good breakfast in the least. I'll stick to McDonald's breakfasts in the future and to only whoppers from Burger King.

Staff is very friendly, however service is slow and the restaurant is filthy. Had to clean out own table there wasn’t one that was clean!
