Burrito Jax

Great burrito bowls. Location looks like it is still finishing opening but that doesn't effect the taste of the food, great and fresh ingredients. The lady working today was very pleasant as well.

They have a numbering system meant to improve ordering but it only made it more complicated when you order as a group. The burritos were good but nothing stellar.

Burrito bowls used to be double the size. Prices keep going up. Portions keep getting smaller.

Been ordering from burrito jax for a while now and just had the worst burrito I have ever had… absolutely unacceptable. No tinfoil, terrible wrap, no sauce, was cold, and the burrito practically fell apart on touch. 0/10 experience. Don’t recommend.

I use to love this place, last few times has been so, so after getting off of work I was walking past and thought I’d give it another try. I am vegetarian and have been for most of my life, today I bit into a chicken burrito… I honestly cannot believe this happened. I will never be returning again. It’s absolutely Unacceptable.

I thought after a year I would give them a try again. I use to love my burrito jax, after receiving the wrong burrito and getting one with meat in it I was disappointed. Now may 25 2023 I get two veggie burritos and one we had found a huge piece of glass in the burrito. I’m taking this as a sign to stay as far away from this place as possible. Not to mention the burrito wraps are different now cheaper smaller and just not what it use to be. Stay away from this disguise food establishment.

Deserves No Star. The only thing for about this place is the container they serve the burrito bowl in. The food is really bad and had no flavor. All the ingredients are wet. The burrito bowl had water accumulated at the end. My burrito started leaking on me half way through. Overall not recommended at all.

I just ordered off of Uber eats, around 7: 20pm Jan 31. First thing is the combo items are missing. Called the driver said he was efficient with time and they only handed him one bag. The rice was cold, hard and stuck together, along with the rest of the meal tasting bland. The order came quick so it was clearly a quality issue. My partners meal had the wrong meat and it was cold as well. I really wanted to give this place a second chance but I’m disappointed.

Terrible. I ordered 2 burrito bowls which came to about $33. Both arrived missing ingredients, cold, and the medium size container it arrived in was 1/3 full.

Uber eats wont give me a refund because “portions are up to restaurant” - having eaten in person there I am quite aware of the portion size and what I received was not even close to the usual portion size and quality.

Seeing now many recent complaints of portion sizes being drastically reduced.

I feel cheated and will not be eating here again.

Health and food safety should check out these reviews. My son also good food poisoning here. Place looked dirty once we sat down, garage and mess on the floor, dirty napkins crusted on the walls. Ingredients were not fresh. I didn't eat anything, but my son did, and was sick afterwards.

Poor hygiene standards. Low quality ingredients which looked expired. Led to me getting food poisoning. Would not recommend

Staff were very nice however a lot of the ingredients didn't appear to be fresh. Food itself wasn't great and made my stomach very sore afterwards. Wouldn't recommend, just go somewhere else.

There is no hygiene. Rude and carelessly staff. They made my order wrong when I went back that guy said your receipt is not match with our receipt. Seriously?
