Burrito Jax

This restaurant is very clean, great music I was jamming out while eating my burrito and chips. I ordered the large whole wheat pulled beef burrito with chips and pop as a meal. Came up to $18 which is super decent compared to boujee restaurants around here. Give this restaurant the business it deserves while construction is happening affecting their profits. If you want them to stay go and show your support! <3 PS: The lady who served me was super nice and welcoming, her name was Bhavna!

Ordered vegetarian burritos Was not made accordingly as per instructions.
Didn’t put anything as I mentioned. Worst 30 dollars I spent.

The food was outstanding and the service was incredible, i usually don’t like this type of food but it surpassed my expectations.

I had a great meal for a reasonable price. The service was impeccable ever since I’ve came for the first time I’ve been addicted

The SERVICE was impeccable! We went in the evening and there was one man working, he was busy with other customers orders and a few online orders. He was so incredibly nice to us and kept apologizing for the delay (we really didn’t mind!)

He was so kind to us. He went above and beyond for us as well.

I had a quesadilla and my husband had a burrito bowl and they were both outstanding! It all tasted very fresh and the meats were flavourful. And the fries? Delish! We really enjoy Burrito Jax and we’ll definitely be back.

I don’t know if the man that was working last night was the owner or not, but we would come back for his service alone! Well done!

I was visited on yesterday i ordered Vegetarian Quesadilla it was so delicious. Me and my friends really enjoyed the meals.
I suggest to everyone plan our visit and share our experience.

The burrittooooss are amazing, I guess it’s the only place having great burritos in town. It’s a must try thing in sydney. The service is fast and food is fresh. The location is awesome for take out or dine in. Will keep coming back here

Food was ok but very disorganized - waited a half hour despite there only being 2 other customers at the time… they were very stingy with ingredients and had to ask for more several times. Staff were nice but one employee asked me six times if I had a combo - each time I answered yes. The burrito was poorly rolled and had to eat it with a fork and knife. Fries were soggy and had to air fry at home. Overall, it was a pretty frustrating experience and don’t feel like you should have to ask time and again for a reasonable portion of vegetables on a $15 veggie burrito.

I got a small chicken quesadilla and had to wait a total of 20 minutes to get my order. No one had indicated where I was meant to go or even if I was to sit down or keep standing at the counter. After a few minutes of standing there and no one acknowledging me I went to sit down thinking the quesadillas came with a pre-set amount of ingredients and that they didn't need my input. 10 minutes later someone finally asked me if I would come pick out my veggies.

Got diced tomatoes, diced green pepper and corn and while all the veggies looked and tasted fresh the amount was not nearly enough. If I am to go back I'll definitely ask for extra veggies. I would have liked to have it a bit more toasted but that is pure preference. The chicken was well seasoned and not at all dry and I enjoyed the amount of cheese. The salsa looked homemade instead of the standard jarred variety usually found in such places. The portion sized for salsa and sour cream are generous and was more than enough for my small quesadilla.

The menu was a bit hard to read as the text is small and close together. That along with the background being plain grey with jpegs of food slapped in the corners made it look sloppily put together. The dining area while spacious leaves a lot to be desired decor-wise but I can see this improving as time goes on.

Overall, the food was delicious but customer service leaves much to be desired.

I tried the burrito jax in sydney today and this tastes the same as in Halifax, guys loved it
Go there and have a jax, i promise you will like it
And its really affordable in price

Staff is very friendly and location is spacious. Lots of options for people who don't like hot sauces and spices.
