Bus Boys Muffler Shop

A buddy turned around in their parking lot after forgetting something at the school. The parking lot was a sheet of ice (unsalted even at 12: 30pm) therefore his manual car with all season tires had trouble maneuvering around but managed without any commotion. Just as he joined the highway again the shop foreman chased him down in his f-150 and tailgated him all the way to the school parking before blocking his car in and jumping out, screaming at him, threatening him and telling him to never come back because he was " revving his car too much". He then noticed a group of other students approach him and peeled out of the parking lot and back on the highway completely ignoring the safety of others (kind of hypocritical). Everyone was left in utter confusion at what had just happened, but put simply a grown adult man tried to fight a student for no reason and realized eventually he was out numbered on school property.terrible behavior

The shop foreman here isn't the brightest. I used their parking lot (which wasn't salted at all and was a sheet of ice) to turn around twice. My car has worn tires and it's a standard, so the tires spun a bit and it revved up while leaving, both times. The second time, the shop foreman ripped out of the yard and followed me around. He got out of his truck, calling me names because the tires were spinning a bit. I never raised my voice or said any insults, but he was screaming at me and throwing insults at me. Kind of sad when you should be running a shop instead of following people around. He yelled at me never to come back and proceeded to peel away. Kind of hypocritical. I can work on my own vehicles, but I still would never trust that guy to be around my vehicle, let alone any of them. Don't give these guys business. Anywhere else would be better

Great job done, in a timely fashion, with a reasonable price. That is why I go to them first. I am very satisfied with the work.

I usually do my own work on my truck when it needs, but this time i didn't have the time for it and it needed to be done right. Friends recommended several places but besides the complaining about the job and the work that needed to be done, they didn't instill confidence in myself that they would be able to do the job correctly. A few people mentioned Bus Boys and i decided to go with them, and was not disappointed. The lady at the front desk was very friendly with great customer service skills, the job was done exactly how i wished and in a timely manor, and the cost was hundreds of dollars less then what others were quoting. I highly recommend these folks.

Very good friendly service! They were super understaffed and only had one guy running the whole show! (fixing cars, front desk ect) I think his name was Kyle and he was great! He was super quick, friendly service was in and out in less than an hour! Also showed me how to change my air filter didn't make me feel silly for being a woman and not knowing that stuff about cars. Super happy with my experience and will be back:)

The guys tell you what needs to be done and what can wait.kind of refreshing since being a woman and an older woman, sometimes you get taken advantage of. Thank you, Bus Boys for taking care of my 2012 Mazda and treating me with respect. I'll be going back! However, try to have staff that is behind you and helping you keep your reputation, not expressing their discontentment with being there.

I just had a manifold (both) replacement done on my F150 here. I was amazed at the speed, workmanship, and honesty of these guys. I'm about an hour away from their shop but it's easily time well spent to get there. I would recommend Bus Boys hands downs any day of the week.

Great, honest and hands on mechanics. Super friendly, very professional and prices are great. We came here with a broken exhaust and a weird mysterious noise. They took great effort in finding and fixing all our car problems and always did it with a smile. The service was incredibly fast and appointments were available without long waiting times. They were also willing to fix things the practical way with welding when it was sufficient and cheaper than to replace the part. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back. Our new mechanic of choice!
