I've been purchasing my eyewear exclusively from Butler's for over 40 years. The staff there has consistently excelled in all aspects! From attention to detail, quality and dependability, to efficiency with a personal touch, they've always left me feeling confident that something as important as my eyesight has been meticulously looked after. Highly recommend!

I recently had a lovely experience with Butlers! The staff is very friendly. The owner is fantastic to deal with. - very knowledgeable of the business. I will probably continue to get my glasses at Butler's moving forward. They did a great job on the lenses that I put in. I'll probably still go to my old optometrist for any problems I have with my eyes. The reason for this is I just really prefer my old doctor more than the optometrist at Butler's. There's absolutely nothing wrong with her, very nice lady. I just prefer my old doctor more and I've seen her for over 18 years. I'll most definitely be back the next time I need new glasses again.

Butler Opticians have been handling my glasses for over thirty years now, and they've always done a superb job. Today a very capable employee adjusted my glasses after a minor bicycle accident had twisted them out of shape. They're practically as good as new now.

This is the first time I've had an exam and purchased glasses with Butler. I felt confident that the staff knew what they were doing and felt they addressed my needs. Catherine picked out a number of frames for me to try and I ended up choosing two pairs that she recommended. I look forward to future business with Butler Opticians.

Always friendly and approachable. I had Justin help me pick out my glasses and he was awesome. He took the time to help me find the right ones for me, and really made me feel good about my decision. I would recommend that if you are looking for an optometrist, definitely go to Butler's you won't regret it.

Excellent service! Galen Butler was really prestative, and the contact lenses sitting process was the best I have ever seen. It helped me choose the best lenses for my eyes, which were actually the cheapest ones. I cannot recommend enough this place.

Customer Service is incredible. This place is completely out of my way but I remain a client because of the above and beyond customer service. Galen is absolutely delightful!

Don't go there for an eye test unless you are planning to buy your glasses there. I had a concern about the accuracy of the prescription I was given after a $110 eye test and was told it would only be addressed if I bought glasses from them using the prescription I didn't think seemed accurate, and wore them for two weeks. Also as an FYI contact lens prescriptions cost an extra $25 for regular contacts and $50 for multifocals.

I have been purchasing my glasses from butlers for a number of years. I am always greeted with friendly customer service! I have trouble picking out frames, I’m usually limited to sizes. The staff is always so patient & ready to help me find the best pair for me!

I love these guys. I have purchased 2 pairs of glasses from them. I have to wear progressive lenses now and they have a very narrow corridor of vision so upon a lot of research I chose varilux x series which are one of the best on the market but not many people carry them. Butler has them and many other brands and know them very well. I wasn't interested in discount glasses, I wanted the best, and a satisfaction warranty to stand behind them. I am a birder and hobby photographer so my eyesight is very important to me and I need to trust my opticians to help me make the best choice for my vision. Well isn't eyesight important to all of us? Very happy with Justin and the rest of the opticians there.

First time buying glasses, wasn't sure what I was looking for. Butlers was very helpful with selecting a frame I liked and gave me good information of the type of lenses I should have for my best vision.

Went here about two weeks ago. Staff were friendly. Very pricey $110 for base eye exam. I wanted to get contacts and I told the optometrists this she say not a problem. I got my base prescription nothing else. I asked the desk if I could get my pupillary distance. They said "we dont do that, we and will only give that out if you buy our glasses. " Overall disappointed

Purchased a gorgeous pair of designer sunglasses frames with the highest quality lenses you can buy - and it was so worth it. Their pricing is extremely competitive as a family owned business (opposed to a chain) and they treat you like you’re family, too. So happy I converted here from the chains. The warranty they carry is wonderful as well. I will absolutely be continuing here as a lifetime customer.

Great Service! Great Selection! Recently went to Butler looking for my first ever pair of glasses. Catherine was a huge help. She showed me all kinds of different options, helped me find a pair that looked good and fit well, then finally went over all the pricing and payment options. Complete service from top to bottom. I was very happy with the whole experience. I definitely recommend Butler to anyone in the market for a new pair of glasses!

Had the pleasure of dealing with both April and Wanda at Butler Opticians. They helped me pick out my frames and even called to give me updates on when my frames would arrive! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the service is fantastic! I will be back!
