If there was a zero, I would give it! This place doesn’t even deserve a 1.
Terrible customer service from the “service manager” she was completely unprofessional beyond anything I have ever experienced. After charging $300, the problem was actually worse and needed to be fixed by another mechanic. Who fixed the issue for half of the price!
Owner was nice enough but clueless to how this employee was acting towards customers.
In 37 years, this is the first bad review I have ever written. Absolutely disgusted that someone with this attitude is working with the general public.
DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

I brought my car in for a wheel bearing on the drivers side and a health check to see what was wrong. I ended up needing a tie rod replacement and an alignment instead which I'm not sure how an alignment was aloud to be done considering my lower control arm is rotted out to the point its unsafe. It was no where listed on the health check invoice i paid $40 for and they had to of taken the tire off to see the wheelbearing problem I originally had went in for so there is no reason I should not have been made aware of this safety issue. Butts said the compliance bushing needed to be replace but failed to mention the completely rotted lower control arm beside it. I also left with gas quite literally pouring out the front end aswell. Called the next morning and they took no responsibility and I was met with hostility. They wanted me to pay $40 for a another health check to look at the problem. I asked for the owner after going back and forth with the secretary and was able to get booked for them to just take a look at the problem for free which is appreciated but they should have just offered to do it for free from the start considering i just spent over $300 and it was major safety issue that happened after they worked on it. I needed a fuel line replaced which butts quoted me almost $300 for and I got it done somewheres else for half the price and they showed me everything that was unsafe with the vehicle that butts failed to put on the health check I had paid for. I will not be back due to negligence in safety issues, poor customer service and a lack of responsibility.

I can’t say enough good about this experience. Customer service was definitely above and beyond. I feel very relieved to now have them as my ‘go-to place’ for any car issues, and would highly recommend.

Fantastic front staff, knowledgeable mechanics. Honest every step of the way, and fairly priced. I highly recommend.

Butts is my go to garage, for me they are a long drive but still worth it for the excellent service and honest mechanics.
