I would give it no stars if I had a choice!

I bought a 2006 Honda Vamos right hand drive vehicle. Delivery was delayed, new tires were required to pass safety inspection. This winter I invested in snow tires only to find out that the 4 "new" tires they took off were not new afterall. They are actually the original tires stamped with the year 2006. I have learned alot about tires over the last couple of days. Should I have done a complete white glove inspection before accepting it? Maybe. Should the company lie to me flat out and misrepresent the product? NEVER! At this point I also question their competency in providing legitimate Motor Vehicle Inspections. The tires weren't the only issue I had upon receipt of vehicle, i found the wiper fluid lines were disconnected? It may sound trivial but visibility is a key component of safety. Mickey mouse operation all around. I will never go there again or recommend them to anyone.

I recommend Metro Pre-owned. They made my purchase a great experience. Friendly, accomodating staff willing to answer all my questions.

I and Ervin have been in contact for 2 yrs cause I was looking for a certain truck, just being picky I guess but he delivered a beautiful truck that was better than was expected, service from the beginning till end and best service I ever had at a dealership I'd definitely return here to buy again and recommend everyone to buy here and thanks to Pam for making all the paperwork and kind words while going through the process, excellent service!

Bought a terrible rig from this company, more serious issues owning the one I bought here with two years driving it than I did with my previous jeep liberty of 9 years. Breaks seized, air conditioning gone, emissions leak, gas leak, and on top of it all off my motor went recently. Sadly I’m missing things, but that’s all I can remember off the top of my head. Did I mention I still have a year left of payments still? Then when called could only give me something with twice the car payments or a whole bunch of money down as a down payment (depending what I wanted of course), they had me by the balls and knew it. I used to think their customer service was good, but can’t help but be suspicious about that now. I’m personally going to make sure no one I know EVER purchases a rig from this company unless they have a VERY experienced mechanic look at it first. As unfortunately I can’t help but think it’s possible someone made a mistake in the shop with the numerous expensive problems I’ve had. 1 star well earned.

Great Experience. I bought a car with Keegan. He was easy to work with, the process was smooth and no stress. I think it's important to do your own homework about the car you're buying, but Metro was forthcoming with any details when asked. I purchase the 2 year warranty, and am happy with that decision. I would work with this business again if I need another car.

The people are friendly sale staff very nice.the vehical i bought was a jimny a import from Japan was told they did the safety and it passed ask for new tires was told new tires were on it so ok fine drove it home after the purchase I live 80km out of the city bad vibration look at tires there all weather cracked bad so when buying a car from them make sure you see a sticker on the tire if they say there new they dont care after you buy the vehical I learned the hard way heres some pics of the tire after a 80km trip from the shop I bought it

Purchased car 2 years ago from them. Went to get the car re-safety from them and they claimed our car had been in a front end collision, needing almost $1000 worth of work. Car hadn't been in an accident at all from us. I freaked out, went and got a second opinion. They told us there were no major issues but a few cracks should be fixed. Got a third opinion and they also said it was fine. Buy metro lied to us about the car being in a collision - happened before we purchased it. Car got fixed for $100. Dont trust buy metro.

We sold a car to Metro and we dealt with Keegan and Byron. You always want the most you can for your trade or sell, but they were fair. The entire deal took about 30 mins and we left the car there! They both were very prompt and efficient. If I was in the market to purchase, I'd consider them.

My friend bought a car, she had a very bad experience with them. Will not recommend anyone save your money buy from a reliables dealership.
They won’t even care for help her car had a steering issue after a month she bought it, repair cost will be 3k.
The sales manager told her they won’t do anything, it’s her responsibility. Maybe they didn’t know but they should have courtesy to help because it was just after a month.
Imagine buying a car worth 12k then spending 3k on it for repair in the time of pandemic.

First was introduced to them 2 years ago to get a car and help build my credit! They were great to deal with them.fast forward to now I got a phone call from Rob who is a new to the car sales world (he did great in my eyes) asking if I’d be willing to upgrade! The staff was friendly and quick to sell me a car. Wasn't much help when it come to warranty claims. Financed a vehicle for over $15,000 and only had the vehicle for 6 months and having nothing but transmission issues with it. Took it to get a flush kit and fluids and filter done but of course issue was not resolved. It is covered under my Warranty for up to $2,900 but still going to be out money when it
decidess to kick the bucket new Tanny $4,050 and labour $1,000 so not overly pleased at all

What a pleasant experience with the staff here! I was accommodated so that everything could be done online with no issues. Bruce and Leanne were excellent answering any questions I had and made the whole experience enjoyable and easy. The communication was genuine, honest, and caring which is always appreciated.
