Cabot Links Golf Resort

We stayed one night in a double room in the hotel portion of this golf course/resort. The bathroom was spa like and wonderful but the rest of the room fell flat with a price tag of $500+ a night. We were dodging the conga line of potato bugs in our room the entire time.

The views here are phenomenal though.

A golfer's dream. Heaven on earth. East coast perfection. Special recognition to Ed who goes above and beyond. Will be back!

Incredible golf. Absolutely stunning course. Even though it rained we still enjoyed our round at Cabot Links. This how golf was meant to be played. I feel like this is the home of golf!

Worth the trip! Very nice spot, Althought most parks are not dog friendly. Please check before bringing your dog.

The chowder will knock your socks off. We had the green salad and the ceasar salads with cups of chowder and ended up regretting not getting bowls. Great service and atmosphere. Highly recommend - good alternative to the restaurant if you can't get reservations.

What an incredible golf resort. Stayed here for a weekend, played the cliffs and the links. Rooms are nice but very overpriced. You get over this quickly though as you spend you day on the golf courses. The views are fantastic, the courses are in immaculate condition, and they are two of the top ranked courses in the entire world. There are a few restuarants options on the resort and the food is good. Make sure to get caddies if it is your first time playing, really enhances the experience. You need to book well in advance as this is a very popular destination.

Perhaps not worth $500 (what round of golf is?) but it's extremely well manicured, has exceptional views, and a ton of varied holes.

Golf was excellent. Staff were lovely. Food was 2/10. I'd play the courses again but only as part of a road trip; I'll never stay at the resort again. They are charging five-star prices for a two-star experience.

Both courses are awesome, the cliff having better views. The resort is basic but the food at the restaurant is amazing. This is a must visit and use a caddy forsure it’s so worth it!

Great all around experience. I was at the resort for a conference in June 2022. What a great place to have a business meeting. I didn’t have a chance to play the course as I had too much in my agenda, however, the course looks amazing and there were a tremendous amount of players out on the course, even though the weather wasn’t cooperative.

The rooms were great, we’ll appointed with great views of the course. As well as being very clean and upgraded. The conference facilities, although not tremendously spacious, we’re perfectly adequate for 20-30 attendees.

The real standout here was the food. I ate here 4 times during my stay and the food was to say the least, tremendous. I had lunch in two of the days as well as dinner and breakfast. The entire culinary part of the stay was amazing. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a golf getaway, or a small conference or meeting. We’ll done, Cabot Cape Breton!

Wow wow wow. What a stunning place. Definitely a must visit for anyone who loves golf. There are multiple courses to play at. The views and scenery are absolutely breathtaking. The staff are very welcoming and the restaurant and pub serve delicious food. Absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful resort and golf course - pictures are from Cabot cliff but they are both very pretty. I'm not a golf player but still enjoyed the walk and food at the bar. Will be back for sure.

I would give the golf course 5 stars. The hotel is no where near worth the price they charge. The beds were wooden creaky. Just average rooms. No way it should be $500 a night. The restaurants were average as well. If you want to golf stay somewhere else and just book a tee time.

Absolutely stunning location. I can only imagine how someone from outside of the province would react as I have enjoyed the views most of my life. Top notch facility and staff in all of my visits. I will be returning as soon as I am able!

Had a phenomenal time at the 4 person villa at the resort, only had time to play the cliffs during our brief stay. The quality of the service, and professionalism of the staff, on top of the pristine condition of the course were unmatched. Will most certainly be back the next time an opportunity presents itself. Excellent value; every real Canadian golfers bucket list experience. 2 thumbs up & 5 stars!

First impressions are amazing, the staff, facilities and locale are all world class. Night golf on the Par 3 course was a bucket list item I didn't even know I had. More to follow.

This is the fanciest thing that exists in Cape Breton. Beautiful grounds, and for my husband golfing here is better than presents on Christmas morning.

How could it be any less than 5 stars? Scenery was incredible and the restaurant was great and very reasonably priced
