Cambridge Suites Hotel Halifax

I really loved my time in this hotel. Well located, hot tub on the last Floor, Nice view from the Roof. Included breakfast. I will definitely come back!

Well located and decently priced hotel in downtown Halifax. Was walking distance to pretty much anything we needed, which was much appreciated.

Included breakfast with eggs, hashbrowns, toast, fruit, cereal etc.as well as juice and coffee. Not high quality, but enough to start the day and not a lot of hotels provide this anymore.

Our room was clean, but had some obvious signs of wear and tear. Oddly, the AC unit seemed really musty, a smell that lingered on a jacket that I had on a chair near the unit. It didn't seem to be the whole room that was musty, specifically the AC unit.

The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful anytime we had a question or a request.

On return trips to Halifax, we would consider staying here again.

The hotel was a bit dated but clean and comfy. We had an amazing harbor view. We found the hotel quiet when we were there. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. I only had coffee. Great price, close to QEII.

The staff at the Cambridge Suites Hotel are fantastic. They really took my stay from being a stay at just another hotel to being a wonderful visit. They are so helpful and go out of their way to accommodate. And the complimentary continental breakfast completely exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay again!

Nous y avons passé trois nuits en couple. L'hôtel est très propre et les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortables. Il y a un service de restauration sur place et la terrasse sur le toit est vraiment géniale. L'hôtel est également bien situé dans le centre-ville à deux pas de toutes les activités et zones intéressantes à visiter.

Le déjeuner est gratuit, il s'agît d'un déjeuner continental. L'hôtel aurait toutefois avantage à ajouter des fruits à son déjeuner (bananes ou pommes ou oranges), puisqu'il se limite qu'à du gruau, des viennoiseries, du café et du jus.

Lorsque je retournerai à Halifax, je vais fort probablement considérer retourner à cet hôtel. Félicitations pour l'accueil chaleureux!

There are better hotels nearby for the same or lower price. The room was shabby — peeling paint, squeaky bed — only one bed side table (strange!), no lotion in the bathroom. Noisy. They couldn’t accommodate late check out (the other nearby hotels do). On the plus side, location is good and the room was spacious. Just very mediocre.

I was travelling with a paraplegic person on July 14,2021. The NS Health Authority had booked the room, and he called to verify it was accessible. The person on the phone implied it was not the best but would be ok. We arrived late and once checked in, realized he could not get in the bathroom. No sympathy from desk staff. Just a blank, ”Oh well, you said it would be fine. ” Even after he said that he called and asked ahead if he could fit a wheelchair in the bathroom. No one offered to look for a room with a larger bathroom. No one cared that we had to leave late at night to try find a room that was accessible somewhere else. The lack of help and apathy throughout was truly surprising.

Rooms are a little dated but the staff is amazing and very accommodating. Centrally located to all of downtown Halifax. Would stay here again

Over all very good experience. But please keep an eye on the bill. They charged us for the slcohol while I have a medical history that I am allergic to alcohol. They did refunded but however they tried to charge me more than I was suppose to pay.
