Excellent store, a little confusing but that was down to the rebuilding work going on. Products and staff were brilliant

Aisles are small and tight. Freight in aisles and people makes shopping uncomfortable. But product and selection are great.it's a get in, get out fast store.

Store is well stocked and they have improved on floor staff being available jn most departments.

I have been calling automotive for an hour plus. Trying to get an inspection and oil change. Since our regular shop burned down we are trying to find a new place to take care of our vehicle. Having tried for 2 hours and just music I guess maybe they aren't in need of new business. Canadian Tire does all this TV advertising saying all the things they can do, which of means nothing if you don't answer the phone, not good business sense. David

Made an order for a generator at 8AM. There were 7 in stock and it was guaranteed same day pick up. At noon got another email saying my order would not be available for 9 days. The web site still said they were in stock. Called and was told they were sold out and I'd have to wait. Why even have an ordering system if you're just going to sell what you've got reserved.

They need to update the fuse section it was hard to find basic fuses; but definitely the cheapest tires in town.

Usually always have ad items and staff are ok! Today August 5th I want to say a hugh thank you to the young lady that helped putting my purchase in my vehicle. Just didn't catch her name.

As someone who ends up going to for the odds and ends I find that every time I come it the items I need are never there, so I have started calling in advance to make I don’t end up waste a trip or gas. I find every time I call I end up on hold for nearly 30 minutes to an hour before some answers and askes if I can hold for a little bit long only to end up waiting even longer. Just spent close to 2 hours on hold.

Well I was looking for something but couldn't even find a employee to help.wasn't going to run around looking for one.so I left

Never find staff, bad attitude, 0 help for questions. Worst experience.

Left store very mad. Was told my points card was not activated.card I used for years. Phone app didn't work and was not able to get or use points already had. Sales girl didn't know how to use the app, manager was no help nor was the other sales girl that also came from the.next register. Then was told to go to customer service. Needless to say I drove 40km for nothing.

Clean and well organized. Helpful staff. Easy five stars for web site telling you what aisle number to find what you are looking for.

They don't always have their sale items that are in the flyer.even if you're the 1st person there in the morning.they do give rain checks though

It was a good trip and got the item I was looking for at a very good price. Pleasant trip for sure.

Looking for skates to fit my granddaughter. The kind that was on display they didn't have in stock, and the only person who helped didn't have the knowledge to assist with looking for equipment needed and took off before we could ask him anything else

Asked where the air conditioners were told they were out of stock.started browsing around.at least 30 air conditioners right in front.thats what i call "customer service" train your people better.typical canadian tire though

It’s a typical Canadian Tire but this store is somewhat disappointing because items are not always available or in the correct shelf where you would expect to find them. Inventory can be limited due to size of store, so shop early when a sale is on. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful, if you can find them, but it’s hit or miss depending on the item you’re looking for and the knowledge of the staff member. Some items are on sale and noted online or in the Cdn Tire App, but price stickers on the shelves may not reflect the sale price, so do your research before arriving in the store.

Just made an online purchase. And got email regarding order was ready within a few days. Pick up for the order was trouble free!

Got awesome service from the lady in the paint department very sweet, great paint super friendly an helpful love that store, color was called petal brightened up our home

Basically everything a man can ever want for is right in this store. There's a lot for kids/mother, plants, outdoor furniture, all kitchen appliances, bikes skates roller blades helmets you name it it's pb there

The ease of online shopping with instore or curbside pickup, their automotive department is where my two vehicles go for servicing, and with the Triangle rewards program quickly adds up towards future purchases.

Great selection, 'most' staff are excellent, although, some coaching on being professional in the workplace needed for others.

Excellent app. You can find the Flyers and product isle from there-walk in look up and save-ya welcome.

What I like most is that you can order online and have it delivered or pick it up at the store. I would have rated it higher except for the fact that when they have sales most of the time nothing is left by the time you get there. I placed an online order this week and I must say all the staff that I had dealings with were wonderful, especially the fellow that helped me take my bicycle out to the SUV and he even got it to fit in the back something I don't think I could have. When I offer him money for coffee he would not hear of it. I t was a good experience over all.

This store seems to have a bit of almost everything! Some item types seem to be randomly scattered around so it's worth checking as many different aisles as you can manage to make sure you don't miss out on getting the best prices. Clearance priced items sell out quickly so you'd likely need to arrive close to opening time to get the best bargains. Staff are friendly and helpful and opened an extra checkout when more than two people were waiting in line.

I went for 3 items which should be readily available at any Cdn Tire. Pool test strips, didn't find what I needed, lights for my backyard, they only had a couple of the most expensive sets. All the reasonably priced ones were empty shelves so I struck out there, and a pump for camping. Finally found pumps on a shelf that had price stickers for something else. Had to track down an employee to see how much 2 different ones were. I did buy one. Sadly the store was disorganized and messy.

Customer service was terrible! Wanting to purchase product that was behind glass display case.only person with key to get into display was manager.well there were 4 managers in store that was authorized to open.waited 20 min for said person left store with out.or I’d be still waiting very disappointed and a waste of my time! In the past few years I’ve taken 2 different cars in to install the tires (that I bought from the store) and both times during install the mechanics hit my ECU system and when I got home my ABS and traction controls lights were all on. THIS TIME they hit it on my Dodge Nitro and all the lights are on including my esp-brake assistant program. I literally cannot drive my ONLY vehicle with the esp-bap light on because it is deemed unsafe to drive if something is wrong with my brakes. Also when I was in they snapped the bolt while installing and I had to pay for it. And on top of all that, I can’t get through to store by phone to see what they can do to help me.
So now I’m going to have to call a different mechanic to fix my truck so I can get back and fourth to work. Ridiculous.
TLDR: you might be able to get tires at a good price here but skip the install and try somewhere else. Multiple times they’ve hit my ECU system and this time they screwed up my brake assist program.

I like their sales and promotions and that's usually when I buy things from there due to the lower quality. I had returned some equipment in the past, however they were really undestanding and helpful

Canadian tire is one of my favorite places to go.always great stuff to buy there for the kids and honestly just anything we need for around the home

I like canadian tire when I know what I need but if you need any assistance the staff tends to push you off and tell you we dont have it. The employees that look after the power tools however always seem to be helpful.

The store is doing little to nothing to stop the spread of covid 19. The aisles are jammed with stock, the "masking tape" arrows on some of the floors are pretty much worn off. No hand sanitizer for customers at the entrance, and the best one" the push bar" at the entrance is still there. Think about it, every person coming onto that store has to come in contact with that bar. Poorly managed approach to the current situation.

My boyfriend and I went to go get windshield wipers for his car and they made it so easy to find out which ones he need with screens to help hi.
