Drove an hour outside of my area because the Greenwood location had what I needed. It was a very positive friendly experience, lots of knowledge. Glad I made the trip!

Awesome staff and superb customer service! The only Canadian Tire I shop at. Very rarely is the store out of stock with any item.

Cdn Tire 261-8 June 6: 12pm. Bought a gift card displayed near customer service cash. My wife and I were lectured for next time, this is for returns as she processed our purchase. We were the only two waiting. Princess had an attitude problem with seniors?

Place is a mess, they block their products and aisles with massive carts and no employees to be seen. The employees you can see will literally run you down to try to sell you a credit card. No masks either, so stay away as much as possible.

Every time i go here it seems like i get ripped off. Either paying for somthing twice or not honoring a warrenty on a tool. Today i got ripped 15 cents for a paper bag i never got. Not that 15 cents is going to affect me any it is just another reason it is aggitateing place

It's a small Canadian Tire shop it lacks the variety of a larger store but it usually has what you need

Aisles are too narrow. Hard to navigate before covid now just awful. Things are placed all over the place just to cram more shelves.

Went to Canadian Tire in Greenwood specifically because they had an item in stock I wished to purchase, however when I got there they said that they were holding this item for someone else. I wouldn't have minded that, but they were actually holding 5 of these items for the same person. Not cool.

Customer service was horrible, the store itself was a good layout and alot of products in stock. They had what I wanted but Brittany at customer service shouldn't have her position, rude and unprofessional. Too bad I won't return to this store. Employees treating customers poorly is a no go for me. Ill drive to New Minas, always had a good experience there.

I found the item I wanted in a locked display case on aisle 36 and then searched nearby aisles in that area trying to find an associate to help me, however there was no one around. I then walked over to a different department and asked them to page someone to me and proceeded back and stood waiting at the display case a few minutes but no one showed to help. I finally went back to the other department and told them no one had answered their page, they apologized and said they'd try again so I went back and stood there an additional 5 minutes. I finally thought to myself I may end up standing here all day and I should have just ordered this from Amazon.ca instead and saved the hassle. I briefly thought of just walking out of the store but more to make I point I called their customer service number from right there inside the store and someone picked up. I explained that I'd been standing waiting for a full 10 minutes at this display and in spite of asking for help repeatedly no one had showed. This customer service person immediately paged someone over the store PA system and this time someone responded almost immediately. This guy who responded however had somewhat of an attitude with me and made it clear he thought it was somehow my problem that I'd been standing there waiting for them to do their job. To recap the situation by this point it had taken 3 pages and a phone call to get assistance in Canadian Tire Greenwood to buy something that should have taken 2 minutes tops to buy off a shelf. I'm used to getting pretty good service in other Canadian Tire locations so was fairly surprised at this, I know people get busy and wouldn't have even written this review except for the fact I received attitude from the salesperson when he finally showed.
So a note to Canadian Tire employees: Good Canadian Tire locations start assisting customers by saying how can I help you, don't show up with a frown on your face acting exasperated like the customer is pretty much inconveniencing you.
To the store: Modern Canadian Tire locations have the customer service call buttons in every department you press that summon help if no one is around, maybe its time to update your operations a bit. You need to make shopping a pleasure, not an ordeal as we the public have many retailer options for every single item you sell.

To be fair the town of Greenwood is a small town, so to have a small Canadian Tire is to be expected. When we decided to buy a bicycle for our son it was not unreasonable to wait for two days for it to be built. Got it, not a problem, happy to wait.

But.three weeks later when we took the bike back for it's "new bike tune up" the mechanic identified a bent part. "We will have to order it in" he says. "It will be two weeks, those parts are on back order"

Three weeks later.no part. "It has to come from BC, that's really far away you know" the service manager states.

Well I want my money back! You have my money, you have my son's bike and I have a disappointed son who we wanted to reward for doing well in school this year walking around while all his friends are biking about having fun.

Shame on you Canadian Tire

I have dealt with this place over the span of a few decades and they have at least been consistent in their poor service. They are generally not impolite, however if you ever need to do a return they will be incredibly condescending to you. It is the one store in all of Canada that acts like a return will end their lives. If there ever was a case study for a business that went belly up because it refused to keep up with the changing world this particular Canadian Tire would be most representative. They are probably one of the best promoters of Amazon shopping.

I baught some patio chairs tonight and a lady that works there was so amazingly helpful and friendly. We made the chairs fit in my car, thanks to her. Amazing customer service!

The way a hardware store is meant to be tools and guns. Every Can Tire needs a rifle section, yet so few actually have one.

Not enough staff working. In lineup forever to get to customer service. Many people qaiting for the same with only one person working tgat counter. People lined up for regular cash as well. Poor customer service. Will pick a diffrtent Cdn Tire next time. This is the second time this has happened there

Went in looking for shoe goo.found it quickly and easily. Prices usually quite reasonable here.

Usually a great place to shop, but come on. It is February and they are pulling the winter stuff off of the shelf and putting out flip flops and grass sead.
