It was not good experience with Canadian tire spry field as I bought few things & quality of motor master engine oil packaging is not good it got leak in my car & when I I came to tell the at Canadian tire manager was covering the thing instead of listening to me
That’s really bad service from Canadian tire manager itself

Alan and Stacy are a dynamic duo! They gave me the best customer care while their service department was fixing my tire. Stacy drove me to work. They went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. I will buy my next set of tires at Canadian tire for sure. Thanks again!

Lazy customer service lady, your job is customer service yet you don’t provide service to your customer so why are you there, lazy lady wouldn’t check on the availability of item in Bayers lake store to save me the trip out there, I was the only person in the line up, not busy at all, she’s just lazy collecting a paycheque for doing minimal work, I won’t be back. I get an electronic message from the owner telling me to contact customer service for further help? Why would I do that? You hired her, your problem. Stop wasting my time with your non service. I’m reading the long list of negative reviews and they all state the same thing, Contact customer service so we can assist you further, How exactly will calling the number provided help me? You obviously don’t care if I shop in your store.

Definitely not recommend changing your oil there they didn’t screw the engine cover well And I almost had accident because the cover fell and went under my tires and i could not screw it back on I was stuck on the highway for one hour.they don’t have good service.

Large Canadian Tire store. Well stocked it would seem. Unfortunately, they were sold out of the 2 items I came to purchase (not ad items). I found it a little bit difficult to navigate as it was my first time in this store and it is merchandised different from my regular stores in Dartmouth.

Parts desk don’t want to spend the time to look parts up for you or till you other stores that may have the part and some of the staff are Rude when you ask them to look up stock at other stores

Good for a simple stop, good prices. Their brand is good quality but, do not compare with DeWalt or Makita. Don't expect anything fancy. When things are not on sale they are more expensive than most places but, good usually. Can also be crowded on rush hours and staff could be overstressed - blame managers and company for exploiting employees. Overall, good for a quick stop.

Great little store. Friendly staff. Have most everything you need. Go there all the time.close to where I live.

Sad to say but I avoid this company at all costs-so many bad experiences in the past and most recently they told us they had 20 lr more of a product when we called on the phone- got there waited forever to find someone to help me find it when my own search was unsuccessful- then when the clerk finally came back he told me that the product I wanted was the one he had brought me- i had even given him the product number- then he argued that I was wrong- turns out I was right- I went else whwhere. I have limited all shopping due to Covid- what should have been a 5 min trip was almost an hour nightmare!

Customer service is a joke, went in to return a defective sprinkler. Explained the problem to the woman behind the counter, she tells me that they dont do refunds on used products. Well okay then, what can I do then? Tells me that they can exchange for another one. Okay I'll go and get one off the shelf them. No tells me to go back out and wait in line to get back in the store. Asked can a staff member get one brought up so I don't have to wait longer. Was told " no sir, we dont have anyone that can do that" (two employees walking by and one next to the lady I'm talking to), but they dont have anyone to get me a product.
Walk out just baffled by this entire experience. End up driving to the Lower Sackville location, walk up to customer service and placed receipt and product on counter explained the problem with the item and refund was complete within a minute.
No plans of ever going back to this location.

Canadian Tire is a CLASS establishment, and this store is no different. Although not as large as say, the one on Quinpool Rd, its not hard to find what you need and more. Staff knows their stuff and is friendly and helpful and the store just has a delightful, old-fashioned hardware store feel to it! Highly recommended.

The customer service staff at the Spryfield location have no understanding of their return policy and are extremely rude. I am appalled by the way they treated my mother when she went in to exchange a defective product. She had the receipt and the customer service staff were arguing the whole time telling her that she could not exchange it for a different brand. I could write a whole page about the other ridiculous things they said, but I’ll end it here. In short, the customer service staff lack common sense and human decency. This is not the first time we had this type of experience. Shame on them.

Great store. But there garage sucks. They over price on parts and labour. They have a huge garage but hardly anyone works there. They use alot of it for storage. When you see a garage full of storage for the store that should tell you no one has much faith in the garage. The people of the service counter just there to RIP you off are very disappointing to deal with.

I've only done the purchase online and pickup in store thing twice so far. The first issue is that you pickup at customer service, which can be a problem if there's a long return ahead of you. Both times they've also had some difficulty finding my order out back when I do get to the counter. It's fine, but not really faster than just grabbing it yourself off the shelf and checking out.

For a small, out-of-the-way place, they sure have a lot of really cool stuff! Not a lot of staff, so don't go if you are in a hurry or if you need assistance - but that's like any Canadian Tire store - but for a place to wander through and browse looking for interesting items, this is the place!

Never see anything thats in the flyer or websitw and its a pain that every single product is behide bars lol and would you think any employees would be around to unlock the tool jail cell ridiculous if your worried about stealing you should have more employees that security measures.

Awesome place to buy everything, just hope they offer different brands of rechargeable batteries soon, because paying $17 for 4 triple A's batteries isn't the best deal.

Made an appointment to get my snow tires on two weeks ago. Showed up today to get my tires put on and they tell me there's no appointment for me. The operator didn't enter my appointment into the computer. They told me there's nothing they could do, didn't offer any compensation for their mistake, and told me I had to wait another 20 days for the next appointment. Horrible service.

Stopped in to check a price. The first person helpful, walked me over to section I needed. As I was about to look at items a second staff member insisted my beg needed to be left at the front, there's a sign she said. I said I didn't see it and no one said anything. I'm just about to check the price on this item and then I'll go. You have to take your bag up to customer service now. I said that makes no sense it's the other end of the store I'll be done in one minute and then I'm leaving. She said I'll take it up for you. I said I'll be done in a minute and then I'll have to find you half way to the customer service desk. She insisted again. At this point a sixty second price check had turned into a 3 minute battle of wits and she was unarmed, with out even seeing the price of what I was looking for I left. As an owner of a store in Bedford I can understand a need for security but I would be appalled if anyone working for me treated customers that way.

Very expensive. Unreasonable and they would tell you should more stuff than what you need (that was about Auto Repair)

Definitely a go to place. I always enjoy the trip, normally I find things I don't need but need to have them anyway.

Shopped here since 1983. Close to home. Reliable products both home and camping. Do not order online. Shop personally. Sometimes staff are scarce but willing to assist.

Good place to get a fishing rod right now, cheap high quality soils and pools are also on sale.just stay away from the service center

Return a product Monday evening and the clerk was extremely helpful polite and smiled the whole time. An employee can make or break a business. This employee was it good hire.

They didn't have the kids kayak that I was keeping an eye out for, but they have excellent t service people. Go there.

Usually pretty good, careful buying bikes though. They put them out on the floor for sale but after you pay for it they won't let you leave with it unless its inspected, then they may take a long time to get it done.

Hit and miss.fair stock of inventory. Sometimes better than Quinpool because it's off the beaten path and doesn't get cleaned out as fast. I like being able to look up their individual stores inventory on line for products availablity.seriously.better than driving only to find its a waste of time or another store has it.

Regular Canadian tire, lots of of parking and looked empty when we were there. Staff was really helpful and knowledgeable.

Went to pick up my online purchase, I was the the only only one in line and still waited almost 20 mins, it would have been quicker to buy it off the floor

One of my fav.stores ppl are so friendly and the Christmas decor is awesome always go beyond to help you
