Usually visit this place out of sheer desperation. It is always difficult to find an associate that can help, which is almost always needed because everything is kept behind locked cabinets.

Very strange store hours. Weekdays it seems as though most times when I want to go to this store they’re closed or closing any minute.

Currently under renovation. Store is a bit of chaos as a result but the cashier team is very helpful.

Drove here from the Valley in order to buy some things that according to the website were in stock at this store. The website however did not say what isle, bin etc items would be located at. I went to sporting goods dept.which was a mess! Apparently relocating as well as moving merchandise in this store. After searching for 5 min.for items, I saw an employee walking by and asked for help, was told he was helping someone else, which is fine, however he ne er offered to help once finished with that customer. I continued to look for another 5 min for item when I saw another employee coming by, I asked him to help me. He entered the item stock numbers of what I wanted in his hand held, told me they were in stock room, and he would go get them, which he did, when he returned, I told him I needed 2 more packs to which he replied okay I will be back but first need to help another employee move something. I waited another 15 min.and the guy never returned. I proceeded to the service desk in front of the store and spoke to her about it while also letting her know that I had an elderly woman waiting for me in my car outside which was HOT weatherwise, the girl paged someone from hardware, I told her the items dept was sporting goods then she paged someone form sporting goods # more separate times and received NO ANSWER! I told her that at this point I wanted to speak to the manager on duty (found out later his name was Ryan). She paged him TWICE before there was a reply. FINALLY, when he called, I told her that I at this time wanted HIM to locate the items and bring them up front so I could purchase them. After waiting for a substantial amount of time I was finally able to purchase and return to my car where the elderly woman had been waiting.
To sum up my experience at this location, the customer service was totally inexcusable. The woman helping me at customer service did everything she could to get an employee to help and was totally ignored to the point that I requested the store manager. The first employee who didn't offer to help once through with another customer as well as the other one who brought out a couple items, I requested yet NEVER returned with another 2 need a certain crash course in customer service. They apparently don't realize that were it not for paying customers such as I, they themselves would NOT have a job! SHAME on them as well as the trainer if they even have one.

Good all-round store. Carries just about everything you need for home, garden, car & leisure

The best customer service twice in a row. Anne Marie (sp) was awesome, knowledgeable, helpful, and personable.

Bedford commo ds location is still rearranging the store so until then it's messy but did get help quickly

Purchased a garage cabinet that was on sale from $899 to $599 great deal great product.took 4 kids 20 minutes to bring it to the front to be rang in and then take to the car in front

Best customer service I’ve ever had at a Canadian tire. If you have the option I would recommend this store over any other in hrm

Unacceptable, inaccurate information provided to me when I purchased bear spray. I specifically asked it it was refundable and I was told that it was if package unopened.

I took this at face value as I experienced this same returnable policy at sports Chek. I then tried to return this as was pointed to a tiny line near the top of receipt that says non refundable at a different Canadian Tire store.

They are renovating and I can't wait to see the expanded store. The place is always well stocked they have a lot of people that have been there for a very very long time which speaks a lot to the management.

At the time of this review, the store in this location is renovating where the Mark's Work Warehouse had occupied. A jackhammer was pounding away. The noise was deafening at times. We got the needed item from the paint department but the young fella hadn't been trained on the paint shaker and no one could be located to work the machine. He was helpful as he could be under the circumstances and apologized for the situation. We would have pursued having the issue resolved but the noise was aggravating. Otherwise, we usually have an unhindered shopping experience in that store. We'll be back after the reno. Best wishes.

Very poor customer service at the Bedford location. I purchased and had four new tires put on my truck on April 26.
I drive home that night being very happy with my service. Approximately 1.5 kilometres.
The next morning I was very disappointed to find my front passenger tire was not only flat but the weight was missing.

I am lucky to have a air pump and was able to put air in and go to work.

I stopped at the location today at 4: 00pm thinking someone would be able to repair/fix this one tire.

The manager told me the soonest I could get my tire fixed would be the May 26th….

So I will never be returning to this store again. I have now booked another shop to fix my tire as I have no confidence in CT auto service.

I understand we’re all busy and staff shortages plagued every industry.

Customer service is all I ask for.

Same as all the rest. A great place to stop and grab all or at least most of your house, yard and garden supplies.

The store is like most Canadian tire stores. Usually well stocked good selection.
This is my usual go-to CTS. No major complaints.

Don't usually write reviews- but felt it was more then necessary for the automotive & service team to get a round of applause. Having worked customer service for a long time myself, I know the expectations. I initially came in to get my lug nuts tightened as I had purchased tires recently. As I was at the desk, I expressed a concern I had with hearing "squealing" in my brakes. Rick fit me in for a brake inspection despite them closing in 30 minutes. He was absolutely incredible! He provided in depth knowledge and explanations as to what work needed to be done on my brakes. I have never had an experience like this since being a vehicle owner, and I can say with certainty I will not be going anywhere else for repairs/service on my vehicle. The entire team here is one to be recognized! Bravo.

Bought some heating elements for the hot water heater, checked online first, they were in stock, and it told me exactly what aisle they were in. Suggest you look online first, then you will know the location in the store.
