Canadian Tire

Had a new portable heater fail 1 month in. Lost my receipt and they would not exchange it even though it had their own unique product number on it, you could see is was brand new. Never buying there again. Went to another Canadian tire with no problem at all. Probably a lousy owner protocol.

Went for windshield wipers and they were exactly where the website said they'd be and they had the right sizes.

I found a mistint paint I like.we picked up an online order.had some fun in the store shopping and interacting with other patrons.the staff was friendly.and helpful.

I was helped today by Evan for automotive and Theresa for another need I had. They made my shopping experience enjoyable for the first time since moving to Elmsdale a year ago. The others in the store usually have an attitude when I ask for anything. It was refreshing to have kind friendly help who go the extra mile. If I could, I'd give Evan and Theresa 5 stars. They are model staff and they embody what customer service is.

They don't honor the scanning code of conduct sign that's at every till.
They refused to do it when I was entitled to it because an item scanned up wrong (more)
I won't be shoping here anymore.

If your skin is brown they will not ask if you need help they will avoid you until you go find them hiding out back… also where is the ethnicity in the work place.predominantly white establishment

Friendly staff. Always a deal on something you need. Great selection and availibility. And new items arriving all the time.

Good selection of stuff but a little bit cramped.

Update 10/15/2022: I had my first encounter with the manager today and she was smug, condescending, and argumentative for no reason. Avoid this location if you can.

I was looking for a specific item. Online told me there was some in stock but I could not find on the shelves. I had 4 friendly staff helping me find the item and they found them!
