Dartmouth Crossing store. The customer service here today was terrible. I do not think I will be back.

No one EVER answers the phone in the automotive department. And when you call the store the prompts glitch and play screeching noise in your ear. No way to contact automotive unless you actually drive to the store. I’m not impressed.

This has to be the nicest Canadian Tire store I've been in. Wide aisles, not junky. Staff seem to genuinely want to help.

Store is set up very well and the asiles on the app match the store so it is easy to go in and immediately find what you were looking for.

Nice big store. Selection is good. Self checkouts are annoying, then the security guy at the door is checking receipts? Give me a break. Just stop it.

Found product I needed almost immediately. Found redeeming CTC points at the self-serve kiosk more than a bit confusing. Other than that, went like butter.

Too many times I go there is someone at the door trying to sign you up for promotions that everyone knows about.

Clean and easy to find stuff. Staff are a little bit stund with basic questions but I assume it was an off day

Went in for a tree pruning piece for the fisker product but was out. I did get a cat brush that seems to work well.

The parts department was not very helpful until my husband came in. However Customer Service was excellent to deal with.

My windshield wiper flew off during a storm. They even installed the new blades for no charge!

Decent store, it's just your average Canadian Tire store. Occasionally it's difficult to find an associate to open a display when you want to buy an item.

Went to this location because the website showed they had items I wanted to purchase in stock. When I arrived it was easy to find employees who directed me to the correct location within the store, also easy to find department employee, who unlocked the case that had my merchandise. Overall, a great experience and very nice store with lots of merchandise in a large store, GREAT customer service, the finest I have personally ever seen at a Canadian Tire store. This was my first visit at this location and will not be the last even though I had to drive from the Valley, it was well worth the trip.

Tried to get any service at the auto section here, was unbelievably poor, staff stood behind the counter chatting to each other, basically ignoring the customers, I left after a 15 minute wait never to return. Really poor customer care as well as being rude.

Canadian Tire never disappoints. I went in for oil for my VW CC, eventually I found it, but it would be nice if there was a book or tablet for getting the proper oil for your car, the way they do for light bulbs, paint, etc.

Tried to return an unopened product that was purchased 7 days earlier from another Canadian Tire location and was refused because they don’t stock the item. Despite it being within the return period and no mention of this on my receipt or online, the manager refused with the added comment, “Why is it such a big deal for you to drive to the store you bought it at to return it. ” Amazing.

The primary benefit of buying from a chain is ease of transactions across multiple locations. Apparently that isn’t a thing at Canadian Tire.

Sue MacRae was very helpful with a product that had to be returned under warranty. She didn't just do her job, but she went over and beyond expectations to make my day pleasant. I left with a very good impression of the store overall. I wish other stores had personnel with the same attitude.

Large store with lots of product, but good luck getting any employees to get anything for you. Don’t rely on online stock, you’ll be disappointed. Even if they actually have it, no one will help you.

I had to hold for 12 minutes waiting to talk to someone about a barbeque I saw in the store just a few minutes prior.

I was previously on hold for 6 minutes before being hung up on.

When I was in the store there had been many staff who seemed to just be wandering around.

When I did get through to ask about whether any instances were available in boxes and how big the boxes were, the only information I could get was that the boxes were "big". Better than no information I guess.

I bought tires in February for my car since they were on a great sale. When the weather was good I had them installed on my car by another garage since it would have taken over 2 weeks at Canadian tire. The tires couldn’t be balanced 3 different balance machine and two different road force balance. So because I didn’t get the tires installed there they would not help one bit iwith the tires. Thankfully the Canadian tire in lower sackville help and replaces the tires they were very helpful. And not a bit of arrogance like the people in the service at Dartmouth crossing

As a Canadian Tire alum, it's hard to give a bad review but come on. 1) the rule to leave backpacks at the front is stupid, if I wanted to steal I would just use a massive purse since apparently the ban is only on backpacks. What I actually want is to be able to carry my wallet hands free. 2) the credit card vultures. Enough said on that 3) no one can cut common keys. If you want a key with a wr-5 blank you might do ok, but a kw-1, which used to be the 3rd most common key blank (after wr-5 and sc-1) somehow confounded 2 people and 1 expensive but apparently useless machine. The employees' overreliance on their machine also doesn't inspire confidence. I was able to tell at a quick glance that the keys I was given wouldn't work. There was no employee step of checking (you have to look at the grooves). Save yourself the trip out there if you need a key copied, go anywhere else

One of my go-to stores. They could use more floor personnel to help find items and answer questions.

Tried calling a few times no one would pick up. Got there and had to wait a bit to pick up my online order
