Canadian Tire

I bought an ac not even two weeks ago, it doesnt fit my window so i brought in the receipt to return it and they wouldnt return it because it didnt have the box. So im now out 700$ because they couldnt resell it. Ill never go to Canadian tire again.

Had a flat tire and they wouldn't change my rear tires when I continuously begged them since I had to be in Saint John, NB urgently that night. I get it that they were busy but were happy to sell the tires for me and Coast Tire were the ones to change them. They were happy to let me suffer. Thanks for almost ruining my week and enjoy making other people suffer in the future. Only reason I don't give 1 star is because one of the employees was very nice but the manager was a prick

I wish I could give 0 star. The employees are very profiling kind. Managers are super racist. Their tone of speaking toward brown people are so awful.

We were in Halifax on vacation and found we had a flat tire. I called, and was able to drop the tire right away at the store, and it was ready when
promised, and repaired under warranty
(in Ontario) and they even installed it with no charge! Thank you Dave Warner and your staff for your excellent service, and for getting us back on the road so quickly!

Staff were lovely. Everything is easy to find. Store was open while during very bad weather and the employees should be thanked for that. I appreciated it and it saved my home.

Not enough staff to with customer service.however, well stocked.and the blonde lady at customer service is a very ignorant person. My 84 year old mother and I returned a wet mop because she didn’t need it, and it wasn’t even used. The lady at customer service basically said she didn’t believe her and said it was used when it clearly wasn’t! She made my mother re purchase it after giving her a refund! I’m blown away by her lack of understanding and begin to wonder if she speaks so calllously to all seniors in the manner in which she did. I most certainly won’t return to a business that allows employees to speak with such disrespectful and ignorant tact.

My experience at Canadian Tire was great I asked someone where a product was and they right away told me and showed me where it was thanks Canadian Tire

I have left this store annoyed and empty-handed too many times. So many items are locked behind cages. Even things like $5 drill bits. And there’s nobody to unlock them. You basically need an employee to be a personal shopper to accompany you through the store to unlock everything. But good luck finding one. Everyone you ask either says “I don’t have the keys for that aisle” or “I’ll radio someone to come help you”. I just left after being told by three different employees that they’d radio someone to come open the cage for me and nobody came. I just wanted a drill bit and a clamp. Guess I’m driving all the way to Home Depot for it….

Tired to go get my fishing license they gave my boyfriend one but they didnt give me mine because i dont look 28 when im almost 29 like wow that was rude, and they were EXTREMELY rude about it

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation and gratitude for the exceptional service received by auto team.
I had purchased new winter tires 17-19 months ago from same store.
Initially i went there as I found big screw in tire to puncture but it was unfixable and they replaced the tire under road side hazard warranty by charging only environmental fees. Undoubtedly best in business.

I don’t remember the gentleman name whom you can find all the time at front counter of automobile department. He is amazing and help you in every possible way to resolve your issues.

We recently moved to Canada and bought a lot of home appliances here. Good prices and selection of products.

The staff that greet you and try to lure you into signing up for a credit card are aggressive.
