Wouldn't shop here if there was another option. Canadian Tire points get removed, service sucks and customer relations are a disaster

Although sometimes it is hard to find things, I do use the Canadian Tire App when I remember to. They do however have a great selection of merchandise.

Picked some terrific post-holiday bargains in exercise equipment on the clearance tables. I fo appreciate it when Canadian Tire offers discounts. Good selection. Customer service us uneven. Staff seem too busy most of the time to ask customers if they need help. Really like the addition of self-checkout.

Canadian tire as well know has everything but the service is beyond despicable considering these ppl are in customer service for a living. Besides the workers my husband and his father have known since this canadian tire has been here at this establishment. The gas bar people are very friendly and we alwys have good laughs and conversations. As for in- store at least fake it till you make it! If you're not good with ppl.simple don't work with the public! My fiancé returned an axe that has a 5 year guarantee that he got last year. After much argument they replaced it and told him it would be the one and only replacement. Even knowing Canadian Tire is supposed to replace the item brands for however many times they break for however long until the 5 years or whatever the length of the guarantee. Also same problem he had before with a Mastercraft item (which anyone knows Canadian Tire brand is lifetime warranty)

It hard to ever find someone that is willing to help you find something. They all seem to work in a different than the one you need

Was there to get karoseen and had to ask a clerk was taken right to the isle. Great store to shop in

Canadian Tire, for me, is always a disappointing experience.

There is never any staff to assist.

The prices are not always comparable to Walmart and Bumper-to-Bumper.

This time, the item that was said to be available on-line could not be found after 15 minutes of carefully exploring the aisle in which it should have been found. A waste of time and had travelling for 100 kilometers and just one more disappointing visit to Canadian Tire.

Their website inventory is not good. In-store computer displays to assist shoppers in finding items are not accurate

Very disorganized store, lack of competent and caring management is evident in our dealings with Manager Devin. We waited over a half hour for them to retrieve the Kayak we ordered online from the truck, the Kayak had some damage on the underside, and although the store had another in stock at their storage facility, Devin told me that it would be in no better shape. (I think he was just too lazy to go back to the storage facility and check) He also tried to tell me that the damage was normal wear and tear (on a brand new Kayak) and said all he would do is take $ 15 off my $ 649.00 purchase.
Will not shop at Bridgewater Canadian Tire again.

We went to find a bike for my partners 12yr old. While no one was present, an associate in the party supply section close by was quick to page someone to us.
We got some great advice from the bicycle rep and we're quick to make a purchase of a 26inch CCM multi speed. We were also shown where the safety helmets were and made our selection.
Upon proceeding to the checkout a young lady was able to help us use the self checkout. That didn't end our experience because my hatchback wasn't large enough to hold the bike without taking the front wheel off.
I came into customer service and the ladies were happy to try and help! Sadly, not equipped with wrenches. A young man was walking by who actually assembles bikes for CT on his way to break and one of the girls stopped him to ask about helping us.
He did go back and get an adjustable wrench and show us how to set up the front brake once we put the tire back on. He was shy but very helpful and brought the Canadian tire experience to a complete circle.
I highly recommend this young man for praise by the company. He was selfless and in this day in age, that is a rare find!

They are not like other Canadian Tire stores, most workers go the other so they don't have to help, then the ones who will help do know not no what you are hunting for even with picture of it, give 2 stars instead of 3.

Great place to shop as long as you know what you need. As any help from anyone is almost impossible

As far as I am concerned this is the best Canadian Tire in all Nova Scotia. Great staff that are always on hand to help. A great assortment of products so you will likely find what you are looking for. Keep an eye on their clearance sections for awesome savings.

It is a smaller store that doesn't carry everything. Disorganized plan, seems the norm with Canadian Tire lately.

Had a fishing reel that wasn't working and the lady in customer service looked after the situation and now I have a new one to my complete surprise. I only had hoped to be lucky enough to have it repaired. Awsome

I bought this laser projector knowing it was used but got it home and it wasn't usable as it was missing the remote to turn it on and off. I called the manager of the Bridgewater store and there was nothing she would do for me I called Noma who it was made by and they are sending me out a gift card as they said it should never have been resold without all the parts. It will definitely be my last time in Bridgewater Canadian Tire

We went in for an item that showed three in stock. We called prior to venturing in and they "confirmed" the had some in stock. It took an hour of an employee going back and forth from the backshop to the check out we were placed at before we gave up and left. He didn't communicate with us and seemed incredibly inexperienced for such a seemingly simple task of establishing whether if the item was in stock or not. We were rubbed the wrong way by the apathy and and attitude given in the end the clerk said "well, it isn't back there". We will stick to stores with known good service from now on as to not waste our time. Chain lake drive in Halifax for example.

Has to be the worst Canadian Tire ever. They don't care about customers which is evident by the number of people who complain at customer service about horrible service. Presently waiting over an hour on hold for the second time and hanging up about a mobile order. As they said it just came in the one item. So it would be easier and faster to order it "online " because they then have to find the one item they have a lot of stock of. I forsee this Canadian Tire hitting 2 stars in no time. Profits over anything else. I think they forget the customers are the ones who keep them in business. The owner clearly doesn't care at all. Changed from the company policy of 2 weeks for price match to one. I had a call with head office once who was shocked. I have yet to hear anything positive from anyone I know. This is my last big purchase here. I will be going to tantallon as they actually care about their customers.

Canadian Tire is a good store. However, our local store has been disappointing our last couple of visits. Items appear to be in stock, but nobody can find them. Customer service seems a bit lacking depending on whom you find to help you in store.

Very good selection and over all staff. I was in during a season change so the shelves were pretty bare and a few isles blocked off but thats nothing negative with a company with no night crew. I was approached by a staff member asking if I needed help in which I did decline but thats already better then my local C. T.

We were travelling. They were unable to take us before campground arrival but 8 am next day. They took truck straight in and immediately worked on issue. Very friendly, courteous and helpful!

Terrible service today. Not the first time but WOW! So website tells me 15 of my item in stock. Apparently this doesn't mean in the store but instead at their off site location. This was a flyer item on sale this week. How dare I expect 15 in stock to mean they'd be in the store. Stopped at customer service to voice my displeasure and was told they don't have room for everything in the store. Maybe don't show items available in store that you don't have in store. Of the 3 items we went to pick up only one was actually available. We left and spent our money elsewhere.

Found a 15x15 screened house on sale from $351.99 to $202! Always good deals. Also bought black fly jacket.

The propane staff here so poor I have visited here four times always the propane staff makes us wait 15 to 20 minutes.so I recommend but this happened after January before that it was good. Feels frustrated please consider if possible.

Staff or me couldn't find the product instore. Which showed 3 pieces available in store in websites. Ended up buying different product with double the price.

Went to Canadian Tire in New Minas and Bridgewater both said they had what I was looking for in stock. I don't like my time being wasted

Went for a big item that was on sale. Had to wait for a sky lift to get the item. When it should have been down more accessible somewhere. Very time consuming.

Great service, can always find a good deal, just not to Shure about the automotive department not the biggest fan havnt went back for servicesince they told me my car wasn't able to get aligned but when I took it to south shore tire no issues

Ahhh Canadian Tire. Always a little chaotic, and understaffed. Good selection of many items, finding help could be a challenge.

Difficult to locate what I was looking for and not many around to asks for assistance, maybe just a bad day.

Way over crowded, no space to pass in aisles. Only 3 helpful, friendly staff in entire place.
Has potential to be decent but cluttered with bins of junk. Now selling jeans laid out on a 6 foot table. Not Costco, clean up your act & do better.

You get everything what you would expect from the place. But pretty overloaded and claustrophobic

Quite possibly the worst CT location I’ve ever been to. Try to ever do a return and staff treats you like you are asking them to open their own wallet to pay you. Always an issue.

Today, my wife went to tap her Apple Watch to pay and the cashier snarkily told her that items paid for with the watch can’t be returned as there is “no way to track them. ” Whatever that means. Anyway. Avoid.

The 2 stars are for the normally very helpful staff on the floors. They alone deserve 5*. I tried to return 2 unused items that I had receipts for, on Dec 30,2020. An arrogant unfriendly person at the return desk refused to consider 1 of the returns. She said it had to be returned by Dec 24. Living an hour away from the Bridgewater Canadian Tire, I cannot just run down to the store anytime to return something. Also there was nothing on the package indicating the return had to be made earlier than other items. There was also nothing posted in big letters where I found the item, nor was an early return mentioned at check out. Since I couldn't use the item, I left it on the counter, a donation to CT. They owe me approx $20 tax included.
I received 3 gifts purchased at CT last year. 2 of them had to be returned because they were faulty. I exchanged for the same item and same brand in each case and the second ones were fine. I imagine the items I returned had already been returned as faulty and put out for sale again without being fixed or withdrawn. This happened at a different CT. Be very careful shopping there and always ask about return policies when purchasing.

This place has everything! Sometimes it feels like a little too much, but the staff is super friendly and can direct you where you need to go. Plus, it's pet friendly!

Went to get my winter tires on, staff was fast but very dismissive.
I asked for my new winter tires to be put on steel rims several times, including when they called me during the service appointment and asked if I wanted them again and I said yes, and they put my winters on my summer rims still.
If you can go to a different Canadian Tire.

I'm not sure of what did buy there that day but they have everything there except groceries it's a good place to shop you will buy something there for sure.

Very crammed space. There is stock everywhere makes it hard to keep your distance from others. Hard to track down staff to help. Not a great experience at all.

This is unfortunately for me a very cluttered, crowded store. I always hurry to get get out because i find it claustrophobic too much merchandise and narrow walkways with stuff everywhere.nothing to do with covid. Employees are friendly. I avoid this store unless completely necessary

When calling to see if they have a product, to save me a waste of a trip, they will put you on hold for more than 10 minutes. There hold music is garbage. And then you can barely understand the customer service representative. I would have given this place a 0 if I could have!

Wasted 45 mins in this store looking for 1 item. Staff have no clue as to what they have in the store or where it might be. Decided to go to gows home hardware and staff had me fixed up with what I needed in mins. Im not sure why this store even has an online order kiosk because after pressing the assistance button 10 to 15 times no staff ever showed up so we could get our order we decided to just cancel the order. Stood there while sever staff just walked by us like we werent there. This is the worst canadian tire store I have ever been in. Staff are very lazy and try to avoid helping customers

I find this location kinda of disorganized. Often there are random items partially blocking lanes making it difficult to navigate the store. A lot of the shopping carts are in need of some TLC. Most of the staff are super friendly and have no problem helping you find what you need. Especially the automotive desk.

Worker was a great help and went out of his way to help me what I was looking for. Great store.

Found a lamp advertised at $29.99, picked out bulbs but once I got to the cash register it came up as $49.99. I had taken a picture of product as I was consulting with the Mrs before making the purchase, and showed the cashier the imagine. I was then advised the 5 lamps on the shelf where in the wrong location and to go have a look for myself. I said what benefit to me is there looking at that? Ultimately they refused to honor the price and I left.

Short staffed! Took 45 mins to get help to lawnmowers? Then over 30 people in line with 2 cashiers only to find out the lawnmower that the website said was in stock was actually across town in another warehouse? Bad experience.

Really like that the cashier don't touch your marchandise you put it in the bags yourself. The staff are really helpful.

Abysmal customer service. Took 50 minutes to pick up an online order. Staff were not helpful and had no idea where to find my order. Only shop here by last resort.
