It's Canadian Tire, staff were present and helpful. Found pretty much everything I was looking for

Not a Great Place. But will get you out of a last minute bind if need be. Staff is pleasant and helpful. 1 Major down fall is most stuff for Automotive and Seasonal/Camping (Patio Furniture, Tents, etc has to be ordered online or you ha e to prepay in store and hope you get the product you wanted.

At one time I would have called this the worst Canadian Tire in the country - but it's been getting a lot better. The aisles are tidy, sale items are generally in stock, staff are friendly and easier to find, and there has been more tills open than just the returns desk.

I've never used the auto service here - so I cant speak to that.

In Canada anyone knows Canadian Tire as a supermarket chain that supplies Hardware, garden supplies, tires and needs of your vehicle, kitchen utensils and your household needs. The staff is kind and helpful. This place always has ongoing sales that reduces the price. Less people and plenty of stuff to buy. Unfortunately the Large Garage is not currently functioning because they don't have a mechanic to do the repairs. The management should pay the attention because the small garages around charge a huge amount of money for issuing the vehicle fitness tests, oil changing and other small work although they buy their stuff from this place. If they could open the well equipped garage it will be a huge revenue for this company

I’m usually able to find what I’m looking for here, sale items are generally well stocked. My only complaint is that they never have more than one cashier, generally resulting in long wait times to check out.

I went in looking for an item. Couldn’t find it. Found an attendant. Who promptly found the item. Went to cash and had lovely people attending there also.

I called the service department at this CTC store and Tyler was very professional on the phone. I was very impressed with his kindness. Annie the manager was an absolute delight to deal with. I am from out of town and have to say 5 stars on phone service and information provided. Well done Service Team at CTC Amherst!

Hey its Canadian Tire, what can you say. The place is awesome! Canadian Tire is the ultimate place for any outdoor enthusiasts, gardeners, back yard mechanics. A Canadian institution!

Would rather return an item for $55 than give back the $15 from an item with the wrong price. Claims the tag was faulty, yet was able to turn it back on and then magically the right item and price was there. Don’t bother going there, might as well go to Moncton or Truro instead.

Worst store ever, went to get supplies for a broken pipe and they were closed yet the sign said that they were open for 10 more minutes the manager wouldn’t let me in to get the 2 items I need, yet there were people in store shopping. Never shopping there again!

Hard to find any staff, when you do find someone it feels like you are putting them out when asking for help. Overall a terrible experience. Still no change staff are so inexperienced

Store is looking old now, disorganized. The staffing levels are at bare minimum. Don't even think of going on a weekend. You will be in line forever. I haven't seen more than one cashier working the last 4 times I've gone. There is clearly some issue going on here as management has refused to address this. I was at a Canadian Tire in another city last week and it was a night a day different experience.

Customer service was excellent and, even better, I didn't have to pay because I used my Triangle points!

Small town Canadian tire big store not a lot of people so not to crowded didn't wait at the cash very long

I have been shopping at Canadian Tire for a long, long time. Wedding gifts, Christmas, B Days, you name it. Still using the tree I bought in 1985 for baby first Xmas and now someone has a new bed every year. Thank you Merry Christmas Canadian Tire.

Never usually busy, and prices are fair. But with fair prices, comes fair quality. I dont find much of what they sell holds up for long, whether it be electronics or tools. "You get what you pay for" applies.

Experience was excellent. The service was very well done by the cashier behind the counter very happy with my experience

Consistently under staffed, unreal wait times. If your looking for good service don't bother going here

I called this store on Sunday 8 th of Nov 2020 @ 1236 pm. It was hopeless to get a staff member to answer a phone I tried every extension offered and not one person answered. This is terrible customer service same when you visit in person you can never find someone to assist you and if you do they don’t know where anything is. Won’t be shopping this store anytime soon.

This is the worst ctc store I have ever been in. The people who did know their jobs are no longer there for whatever reason. You can hardly walk down the aisles for carts loaded with products that should be on the shelves. Only one cashier, some times none! Their computer tells me they have a product but nobody can find it. This used to be my first go to store, now it is my last.

Terrible customer service by a disinterested staff. Multiple visits resulted in numerous instances of very poor customer service. Do not take your car to this garage.

Very disappointed that you don't make everyone wear a mask in your store when I asked the manager she says we don't make it mandatory

Awful, poorly run establishment. They don't answer the phone, nobody is on the same page, and I legitimately feel I would be better off having my 3 year old look at my automotive service issue than these guy. Terrible

I find that this particular store seems to have staff that actually cares about their customers by interacting with the customers instead of hiding out back or down an aisle somewhere out of sight. This store is always clean and they always seem to have what I'm looking for and they always ask if you need help to get a larger item outside. I always appreciate the help and I hope they keep up the good work.

Great selection and customer service is great. It can be hard to find someone to get help from though when you do they are very helpful

Most things I bought on sale is defective and doesn't work. The latest is a portal jump start. It was connectedly properly but the yellow alert light flashes indicating that it will not start. It would connect to my truck battery but would not connect to various other dead batteries I had. I'm sick of buying junk which seems that's all we get here in eastern Canada.

Best place to go if your not sure what you need or how to fix something. Helofull staff will point you in the right direction. Collect conadian tire money on every purchase too.

We had been trying to find a place to get u joints replaced (last minute, we are on a camping trip) called numerous places and it was all next week or days away. Stopped here and they actually got the job done. Very friendly and nice people at this garage. Thank you for the good work!

Terrible terrible customer service waited over 30 minutes for someone to show up after being paged several times and they still did not show up.witnessed several people walk out after getting just as frustrated

Staff has no idea about stock. Multiple times tried to get auto parts giving make and model. Only to get home to find wrong parts. This has happened too many times to count.
Went in today to get items asked about "pansies" (flowers) that were $. 99, took multiple attempts to get cashier to understand what a pansy was. Had to actually spell the word.in the end the warehouse, and garage where pansies were and the cashier couldn't seem to get it together. Left with no plants.
It's gotten ridiculous!
