Received two packages over two weeks. On both occasions, the package was delivered on the date mentionned on the tracking page. The driver handed me over the packages at my door.

Had two people waiting at home for my package. Driver didn't bother buzzing my unit, just left my package in the unsecured entrance of my building. Really goes to show just how little they care about your package, and a lack of professionalism altogether. If they had actually buzzed and no one answered, it would have only taken a moment to write a pick up slip, and I would have been more than happy to drive wherever I had to. Fortunately I signed up to their text notification, so when I got a text saying "delivered" I called home, and sure enough it was just sitting out in the open outside the doors of the buildings entrance. How can you claim something as being delivered, when it hasn't actually made it to it's destination, and no one knows where you left it? Hopefully I don't have any more shipments come in through them.

Delivery person leaves the 'Sorry we missed you" sticker outside the building without even making an attempt to deliver the package. On reaching out to customer care, they don't answer your question. They restate what you already know and terminate the session without even asking you if your question has been answered.

Hours on hold, three failed delivery attempts when I work from home and was 100% available. Left instructions for drop off after the first attempt, but the delivery person tried to drop off at the wrong door (different street address) on the second attempt, and didn't get past the unlocked external door on the third attempt. Literally no issues ever with any other delivery services.

Travel to the pick up depot will cost me more than the items I ordered.

They will just pass by your house and say that no one is answering the door. Customer service are not helpful. They even directed me to go to a pickup spot where they don't have an office.

Every Package was late and I don't mean by one our 2 days. The latest packages are late by a week. Took me 2 hours to reach someone there, the told me they would call me back and never did. Still waiting for Package the child's birthday is here and gone and I had no money left to replace the gift. So my child missed out because of you Csnpar. I didn't even want to give you one star.

Tracking of parcels is a sham. 2 days straight tracking said “delivered by end of day”. So far I’ve been waiting 5 days for a package ship 300 km. There is no customer service only bots.
They have a lot of complaints with BBB.
Avoid at all cost.

Avoid at all costs! They said there was an attempt to deliver our package that was very important and needed that day but because the driver read the wrong unit number the attempt did not go through (mistakes happen). When I got the delivery notice I called customer support 5 times for 2 1/2 hours and got hung up on 4 times. I was told on my last call (fifth) that I would get a call back from a supervisor quickly and after waiting for another hour no one called back! I tried calling them back and after waiting another hour no one even picked up. I am unbelievably frustrated and still do not have the package. Every time I called was when they were open. Do. Not. Use. Even if it’s free.

Received excellent service. There was a minor mix up in delivery but was corrected same day by local staff. Thanks for the effort!

Package wasn't delivered today and returned back to the depot. Reason given was "Unable to get access". To an open building, in which I was home.

No attempt to call me and no text update even though I had signed up to receive them through the website. 100% a lack of effort from the delivery driver.

Horrible and pathetic delivery system. Customer service tells u something then the opposite happens with the drivers. I was home yet not notified in any way. I have no car and to get the 13kg item i have to walk 23mins from their nearest bus stop. Pathetic service to say the least.

We were home and the driver didn’t even attempt to use the intercom. Intercom system is straight forward and sorted by name. Really need to enforce with their drivers to make an effort to contact the customer, maybe corporate encourages this behavior by expecting unreasonable drop off speed. Some reform needed for sure.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced! No one can find my parcel for my business! It's been sitting for 10 days in Dartmouth according to the tracking information. Totally unacceptable! No explanation. Nothing. I've called 7 times now! I just want my product for my customers but they don't seem to understand that!

Get no way to contact at all!
No result found by the tracking number they provided.
No one answered the call and always ask customers go to their website.
However there is no one answer the online chat neither! Even in their office hour!
If could I wish to give 0 star instead of 1!

The delivery person was lazy and incompetent 2x.so I had to go out to the middle of nowhere to the depot and retrieve my package and I don't ha e my own vehicle so it took a 2.5 hour bus and cab ride round trip.
This company is literally hired just cuz they are bottom.of the barrel cheap.

I am very disappointed and frustrated with Canpar Express right now. I had a parcel that said out for delivery on February 23rd. I spent all day him waiting for parcel, I live in an apartment and my unit # was on the label. Nobody came by because nothing was left to indicate that they were actually here. I contacted Canpar Express gave my situation. They assured me the information was sent to dispatch and that when the courier scanned the label again to go out for delivery I would know. They said they would also le me know what is going on. But I have heard nothing. So it is coming up to 3 weeks. I wonder if they lost the parcel, if so I ant my mone $$$ refunded from the store I purchased from but I have no parcel to send back. ️ Just wan5 to get my parcel

I dont think this company should be working at all, i had to contact 3 customer care person and all 3 did hang up. You are not even worth 0 star. All 3 customer service rep need to be taught how to deliver customer service. I wish if you want to run your business change your people’s attitude and hire a people who know how to talk to customer. They don’t even follow the requests and they are not even specified with their package pickup location. This is worse courier carrier i have ever dealt with. You guys should shutdown your business and learn how to be a employee first

I placed an order from Australia to my relos in Nova Scotia Canada to be delivered before Christmas well guess what "IT NEVER ARRIVED" I have been having email wars with both the main company Hazletons (Canada) and this courier company. I am sick and tired of everything being blamed on Covid. Lets pass the buck fellas, it seems this is all this company can do. My next letter will be to the consumer of affairs in Canada with regards to the work ethics of both companies who take the money and DO NOT deliver.

I would give this delivery service a zero if I could. My item was delivered and I wasn't home, delivery guy leaves tag without a address pickup or phone number. I called the service center which is horrible to get someone on the line. Finally day 2 someone answers and says she doesn't know where the package is but we will send you a text with the address to pick up when avaliable. Day 3 goes by. I called day 4, the lady tells me an address and number. I ask why didn't I get a text she replies with I don't know. Any company that is associated with Canpar will never get my money. Just terrible service.

I had a notice that they were there I Left a note on it to say I would not be home until 1.30 They left another message to say they made a 2nd attempt and I had 5days to pick it up. I called 3 times and got 3 different answers each time The first said would not have to go and pick at the warehouse they would send it to me at a closer location. The 2nd didn't know what I was talking about. This morning when I called again she said for 10.00$ They would make a 3 attempt. I don't get off work till after 1 and if they are there before that I am out the money and still no PKG. Not very happy. Don't even know what the PKG is.

The worst experience I've ever had with a courier service.

I bought an item online from a vendor that uses Canpar to ship their products. In the email I received from that vendor I got a Canpar tracking number. I ordered this product on a Saturday, so the package wasn't shipped until Monday. On that Monday afternoon I went onto Canpar's website to see what the approximate delivery date would be. The date said Thursday by end of day, which was a day sooner than I expected so everything was great so far. On Wednesday I decided to go onto the Canpar website to see if it was possible to get the package diverted to a pickup location because I knew I'm not going to be home when they try to deliver and I live in an apartment so they won't leave it on the doorstep. Unfortunately, on the website I wasn't able to actually select from one of the businesses that can be a pickup point. The links weren't working. So I decided to call Canpar's customer service line to set up a pickup that way. The person who picked up did not sound very professional and the microphone on his headset was very poor quality. Eventually he set up a pickup at a business 1 minute away from my house. I would have preferred picking it up at Canpar's depot closer to my work which is an option but since it isn't on the same delivery route as my house it would take 24 hours to change which isn't an issue, but I didn't want to wait the extra day so I set up pickup at this business 1 minute away from my house.
Up to this point the experience has been average, not great, but worthy of 3-4 stars as I was getting my package one day sooner.
Fast forward to Thursday. I get a notification that my package is available for pickup at this business 1 minute away from my house. After work I go to this place and I tell the clerk that I'm here to pick up my package. The clerk had absolutely no Idea what I'm talking about. So I say Canpar set up pickup for my package here. And the clerk says that they stopped being a Canpar pickup point over 6 months ago. So on Canpar's website they still have this business listed as a pickup point, their customer service representatives can still select this business to be a pickup point, and my notification said that my package was available to pickup at this business. So at that point I have no clue where my package is, it says that it has been delivered, but I have no idea where. I only found out where my package was by clicking a link in the text notification sent to me that my package was at a completely different business over a 20 minute drive away. I only found about this new pickup place in a link in a text message. The actual text message itself said pickup was at the business near my house, so if I didn't click on the link I would have no idea where my package was. So Canpar not only has pickup points on their website that are outdated, but their reps can select them and they don't explicitly let you know if your package is going to a different pickup place.

This was utterly unacceptable. Do not use Canpar for your personal or business use and if a company that you shop at uses them, let that company know how bad Canpar is.

Canpar in Dartmouth location has the worst customer service ever. I arrived to that location 5 minutes before the posted closing time and the doors were locked and the light was shut off, even though there was a lady working on her computer inside and I managed to drag her attention and I tried to show her my prepaid package that I was carrying on my hand that needed only to be dropped off. She started screaming at me telling me that they clsoe 5 O'clock. I showed her on my phone that it is not 5 yet it was exactly 4: 56 (4 minutes before closing time). She got so angry and started screaming again. I am a small business owner that has business account with Canpar and I would not recommend the Canpar office ththat is located at 495 Wilkinson in Dartmouth crossing/ Burnside to any business at all.

Horrible delivery service. Said they came to deliver package but no delivery notice left. So I reviewed my cctv and sure enough no one came to my door let alone at the time stated online. Canpar is a total SCAM. Zero stars for you

They have several pickup locations near me but they are holding my parcel in the farthest location available, in another city 10km away from me!

Dear Canpar,

When paying for two day delivery, one would expect 2 day delivery. 7 days later I am still waiting for my package. Is the slowdown a solidarity action with the Canada Post strike? Somehow, I don't think so.

Further, when providing an electronic signature and instructions to leave the package at the door on your website for my shipment, once would not expect to find a delivery knocker on one's door. I did. After speaking to the local delivery company (Loomis Express), I just might get my package tomorrow. 8 days later.

I've instructed the vendor who I have purchased from about my "amazing" experience shipping with you. They have told me that they "are working on switching to Purolator exclusively. "

Their "designated" drop off areas, do not match up. 2 different packages delivered to two different "designated" drop off areas and the employees of each store confirmed they are not Canpar locations.
