My truck broke down on a vacation from Ontario, Canso ford stayed open late and tried to fix my truck that day. Everyone in service and sales was so incredibly kind, they even gave us a “loaner” car for the weekend. The service was so kind we decided to trade in our old truck and flip it for a newer one. We can’t say enough about this shop!

Terrible experience. They told me over the phone that the amount of miles I had would mean that my visit to parts and services would be covered. Unfortunately I forgot about the conversion of miles to kilometers. Still, the woman at the front desk should tell me it's not covered before I gave her the key. I asked them twice before I came if it was covered and they told me yes. My car charger was not working and I told her it was in the backseat and she acknowledged this. So later the mechanic calls me and says that his charger is working fine and I told him to try mine. He replies that it's not in the trunk. I told him it's in the back seat, just like I did to the woman. Long story short they charged me $177.00 to tell me that they thought my charger had a short in it. Well, I could have figured that out myself. I will never buy another Ford again, nor go to any of their dealerships. It's no wonder my friends are all buying on Carmax and Caravana now. I hope this dealership goes out of business soon. They have no right robbing customers left and right. Very expensive lesson for myself!

I leave a 4 for Canso Ford, but for Ford Truck quality a 2,2011 Ford Platinum Eco Boost, full of glitches for a well kept low mile truck, example, Tech had no known way to clean valves, heat fan fail, 4x4 fail, sunroof fail, abs fail, and for this NO PARTS AVAL, and an expensive rate tp replace, if they could fix? My advice think twice buying F150, not like the old ones at all.

If your looking for a buying experience, go where ever but if your looking for a great car buying experience, these guys are the best! Chris, Blaise, Mark, Cody and the rest of the team go above and beyond to get things right. Extremely knowledgeable on everything from product to finance and once you visit, you’ll know what I’m talking about. They have their Diamond dealership status for a reason.

Had my wifes vehicle in for service and the customer service I recieved was like no other. The workers make sure to go above and beyond to help with everything from explaining every little detail to offering transportation to wherever you need to be. They go out of their way to each customer to make sure the experience goes as smooth as possible. Will be returning to Canso ford for all work done on my wifes vehicle.

My 11 year old SUV had two major failures and had to be replaced on an urgent basis. Blaise was the hero and found me a beautiful new Ford Escape Hybrid in one day! I test drove the competition including the RAV4 Hybrid earlier and I prefer the power train, handling, styling and tech of the Ford - also the price of the Ford was better.
