I'll give 4 stars. Would have given 5 if the wait time wasn't so long when you call. 15 minutes in so far. Like trying to get through to the government.

I bought a tonneau cover for my 2016 GMC Canyon from Caps Plus and had it installed there. The staff are very friendly and they do excellent work. That’s why I just ordered a trailer hitch for my 2022 VW Tiguan. I like the service and would recommend them any time.

I had ordered a tonneau cover for my pickup truck. After placing the online order it became hard to track but it didn't take long for the tonneau cover to arrive. I would highly recommend Caps Plus, they have everything you need or could ever want to accessorize your vehicle!
Update: Caps Plus came through again. Couldn't find Axle seals for my trailer at 3 different spots in Lower Sackville. None of those businesses even seemed to know what the correct replacement part was. Took the folks at Caps Plus about 5 minutes to get me the right seal and they provided me with the part # for future reference. Great service!

They trouble shoot and fixed my trailer electrical hook up on my car in minimal time and for an excellent price.

I had a better experience here than at others recently. The staff was friendly and Improve their little dog friend!
We got our hitch installed on our Caravan and they did a beautiful job. However, even though they double checked with me, they sold me a 1.78" ball instead of a 2" like I had asked. We didn't realize until we were home and they were closed, and our trip was delayed until we could buy another. That was a bummer and I'm not sure if the employee just thought a 1.78 was good enough or if he picked up the wrong one.
