Captured Escape Rooms

We escaped from Distress Signal and it was the perfect difficulty. Easy enough to not get frustrated but hard enough to feel challenged. Staff was also very kind and the room was beautifully decorated.

My wife and I did our first escape room at captured. It was very challenging. We had a wonderful experience and will return.

Horrible experience at this escape room. The AC was broken and the room was extremely hot, we were all sweating horribly while trying to solve the puzzle. The hints we were given were not helpful as some of the stuff we had already completed. The staff was not paying attention to what we were doing in order to help us with the hints. When we asked for a hint for a part we were stuck on for a while the lady working came in and said very rudely “that’s what we’ve been trying to tell you guys for the past 20 minutes”. For a pricey activity that was supposed to be fun it was a very bad experience for all 3 of us.

We played all the rooms at captured and had so much fun! The puzzles were brilliant, the rooms looked amazing and the staff is friendly! 100% recommend!

Such a fun escape room and the staff were awesome! The room was one of the best I've done and we will be back again!

We booked an escape room in advance but when we arrived the person suggested another room because we brought along our two young kids and she said they’d enjoy it a lot more, and they did! Great family activity on a rainy vacation day.

The website said they were open. They were definitely not open. Tried going up the stairs rather than the elevator. Tried going to the street above to access the building which did not work. Very unimpressed with their website details.

Took on Distress Signal with the old man- awesome immersive experience (no spoilers, they have a real plane)! Priscilla was lovely

Attempted “The Study: Scalpels and Saws” but sadly wasn’t able to complete it! Overall the room had an interesting concept. Lots of variety in puzzles that suites different individuals abilities. Staff were really friendly. Would consider doing another room here if they open up more rooms for 2 people.
