Thank you forever, I will see you guys on the 10th of Novemeber. I hope I can pop in for a visit for scent wise and familiarize Clementine with a new environment with a new wonderful vet.

It's obvious that they overbook themselves to earn as much revenue as possible at the customer's expense. Experienced about a 2 hour wait. Staff gave no explanation and were unapologetic. At least inform the customer about the wait, is that too much to ask?

We have had our large parrots.cat and dog looked after by Carnegy Vet. The vets are great and the staff helpful

I would highly recommend Carnegy Animal Hospital! This clinic is filled with such caring and knowledgeable animal lovers and I know my dogs are in good hands here. A huge shoutout to Dr. Lindsay for giving the best care to my two Boston terriers. She performed an enucleation surgery on my boy Billie, as well as, a double enucleation revision surgery on my girl Willow when she faced a problem after her initial surgery at another clinic. I’m so grateful for this clinic and appreciate their quick responses to emergency appointments. Thank you so much Carnegy Animal Hospital!

My partner takes her pets here regularly! She loves the place and they love her pets. It never feels like I'm going into a vet's office when I go to pick up medications. The staff are always extremely friendly and kind. The response times are extremely fast and the care offered is always based in science and compassion!

Been a client for fourteen plus years. Brought my Labrador Retriever in with an eye infection and was told it would be (4) four months before they could see my Labrador Retriever. I'm at a loss to understand

Great staff and vets. Provided advice and care for our puppy and senior cat. Explains fully the paths of treatment and best choice with cost associated.

Friendly staff, great service, short waits for appointments. I had to update information about my cat and get all the files printed for another cat, and I just asked during a normal visit and it was absolutely no problem to do immediately.

The staff is friendly and helpful but beware of their quotes for services. I have been using this veterinary clinic for over 10 years and not once have they quoted me proper prices for medical services rendered for my pets. They have always been on the pricey side for services and purchases. With that said, they do give a 10% discount on products and medicines for return customers.
Still a great place and I feel my pets are safe while in their care.

Our dogs get great care at the Carnegy Animal hospital, the staff are almost always helpful and friendly.

Have spent more time here than I like to think about. But every time I go, I am sure that this is the right vet practice to be at. They care not only about the pets but the families too. After spending a lot of time out back, I am impressed at how well everyone works together.

Excellent, caring Staff from Drs. Carney and Lindsey to Michelle the best groomer in the HRM and the front line staff.
Personally have been dealing with them for 40+ years and can honestly say not on issue

Got my little guy fixed here, very friendly staff, my boy was very well cared for and he recovered very quickly.

Dr. Kevin Hodgson was recommended by a friend of mine. After a few disappointing experiences at other vet clinics, I was beginning to think that perhaps my standards were just too high.
From our first appointment with Dr. Hodgson, I can tell you that he has exceeded these standards. He has been knowledgable, patient, and compassionate with my Lily every step of the way. The level of care he has provided for us is next to none. I can't express enough how impressed we are with him. Highly recommend!

Rapid & thoughtful care & service for my cat.

However, expensive ($280), without a quote prior to conducting tests (ultrasound & urinalysis). This seems to be the thing these days with us caring about our pets so much - no quote, no management of expectations on the financial side.

TERRIBLE customer service and even WORSE veterinary service.i have bean bringing my cat to this vet for over 6 years and he has developed a rash on his neck.they prescribed him with creams and steroid pills. The rash did not clear from their treatment but did improve from the pills.i went back and asked for more steroid pills and was told no he needs a strong injections which has an extremely high risk of developing diabetes.they always insisted this was the only way to treat the rash successfully. As i was not ready to allow my animal to develop a health issue.so i took him to another clinic where scrapings were done and i was provided with more steroid pills and also antibacterial medication.i was also informed if these steroid pills do not work this time that the rash can be surgically removed with absolutely no risk of diabetes.i am absolutely horrified that they were ready, willing and pushing to give him an injection that could cause him to become diabetic for the rest of his life.i was also shuffled off more then one time with my little dog.they have so many customers at this location being around for so long that they do not care like they should for their patients.very very disappointed and i will never be back.

Big busy place were you are a number. You wait for ever on the line just to book an appointment. There is a good vet there, the young tall gentleman is a good vet and is a natural with animals, not so much for the lady vet we had to deal with. She also has magic finger apparently where she guesses weight by just touching without consideration for height and size. Lots of better places with a more caring and personal touch in HRM. She struggled to get through the exam which I had never experience in my life before with any dog I ever had. Enough that I had to intervene to get the dog calm and allow her to do what she needed. She didn't like being shown on to keep a dog calm for an exam.

Staff are always friendly and the vets are really good and kind to animals.price is reasonable. It's in a convenient location. Thanks Carnegy Hospital.

The people who answer the phone is really bad attitude and no respect. Shouting on me like a psychotic. Go somewhere else. Never go back again.

Amazingly friendly staff, very reasonably priced, veterinarians try to save you as much money as possible.

My last 2 vets charged 300$+ each visit due to the flow of medication and ointments they pushed. Each visit here has been around 150$ and each time the vet has recommended some alternatives for minor things to help the animal be more comfortable or heal faster without breaking the bank!

Straight shooting vets. They understand that we love our pets but we cannot afford everything. Very refreshing. Weekends and evenings can be very busy but it is certainly worth waiting for. Dr. Carnegy and his excellent colleagues have saved us a lot of money on expensive diagnostics by taking a balanced approach.
