The finance guy is super rude and ignorant. He assume I don’t have enough money to buy a car and try to scare me with big interest rate and wouldn’t listen to us. But shut him right up after told him I have $15,000 down payment but a little too late

The owner and staff were great! Helpful, fast and efficient with the the whole process I was able to trade my truck in on another truck in the matter of hours. Staff was knowledgeable on the vehicle and the owner even gave me top dollar compared to anywhere else on my trade in as well as a $500 cheque and $500 donation for being a veteran. I plan on bringing my truck there for all my servicing after seeing the way they do business and the appreciation they have for veterans. Thank you for everything!

I wanted to share my excellent experience of buying a used car from Car R Us. This has been a great experience with excellent people. Right from walking in meeting the owner, Gary, then getting to meet his son the general manager, Brodee. I'm ex military, and from what I experienced, I would highly recommend any military members, former and current, to give the place a try. I would encourage anyone wanting to purchase a used vehicle to come in to Car R Us. Ive recommended alot of people as well. You will not be disappointed. All concerns and issue were handled quickly, and to great satisfaction. I've had service done as well, and again great service. A special thank you as well to Jamie Lynn, who was great at explaining all warranty coverage, and the final sale of my vehicle. Very friendly and approachable to everyone who comes through the doors. Our son, who lives out of province, was looking for a great used car, and tasked my husband to find one for him. Thankfully, with Larry and Craig’s help, he found the perfect car at the Clearance Centre in Lower Sackville.

We can’t say enough about Craig and Larry. They both went above and beyond to make the purchase seamless.

When we picked up the car, it was so well detailed that it looked like it had just come off the factory floor. The transformation was unbelievable. The detailer did such an amazing job!

We can’t thank Larry and Craig enough for their professionalism and superb service, and highly recommend them, and Cars R Us in Lower Sackville, to anyone looking for great service and a great deal on a used car.

My impression was, they seem to realize we are all on this planet together as a large family.and treat one as such.
Again few years later, things are the same.

I traded in a vehicle and purchased a vehicle at Cars R Us this was my first time purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. Gary and Jmie-Lynn were amazing to do business with. Honest, and helpful and my vehicle upon pickup was spotless inside and out.

Had a couple of problems with the car and Brodee took care of everything without any question or quibble, providing a loan car while mine was being taken car of. Seriously good customer service.

My husband and I bought a few cars over the years from Cars-R-Us and we always got a great working vehicle and great customer service. Also, the sales team have a no pressure attitude which is top notch!

Horrible service. Came with a family member who got service on their car. My family member received rude service. Myself who checked out cars on the lot because I am actively looking to finance, was not spoken to once. I watched several sales men talk amongst themselves and help other customers. Not one would ask me if I needed help. Poor service, judgmental sales representatives.safe to say neither of us with be back.

We recently purchased a 2020 Colorado from Cars R Us. We dealt with Brodee during the transaction. Our experience was positive. We were able to negotiate some things into the purchase agreement that gave us the exact vehicle we were looking for. We had a few follow up concerns and they were promptly addressed. I would recommend Cars R Us to folks looking for a vehicle.

Went there for an alignment. Tried to con me into buying parts I did not need in order to get it completed. A week after my own mechanic (I didn't go here as they don't do alignments) looked over my whole car and said it was good to go. Do not suggest to anyone

They stand behind their vehicles even when they don’t have to.
I’m not an emotional buyer so I buy what I need and do my research online on pricing and conditions of vehicles and I always end up coming back to them.
I know that they will not give me a bad functioning car and they always negóciate prices and been very flexible and honest.
I don’t like to been push for a car and here I had not had that experience with the sales man who been very reliable and honest on disclosing everything about the vehicles.
The owner of this dealer it is also very honest and flexible and I must said that I have the impression that he genuinely cares about his clients.
There are my place of option when buying my cars.

Cars R Us is the best car dealership we have ever experienced, we went online and found the vehicle we were looking for 2016 Ford Explorer XLT and it so happened Cars R Us had one in stock the color and interior and accessories we wanted. Arriving at Cars R Us we met Tony and told him the SUV we were interested in. After we went for a test drive we were convinced this is the SUV we were looking for. After 4 to 5 weeks we had some issues with the SUV at which time Gary told us not to worry he will have the Explorer repaired at the dealership. Both Gary and Tony and the staff @ Cars R Us are top notch professionals. We have heard so many horror story's about used car dealerships but we can say Cars R Us does not in any way shape nor form fall in this category they are the most professional group of people we have encountered and we will be buying our next vehicle from the crew at Cars R Us. Very expensive dealership not flexible enough when you like a car their shop around for a better deal somewhere else they have very pleasant sales staff but very rigid in bargaining

The experience I had at Cars R Us is absolutely the best I’ve had at any dealership new or used in Nova Scotia. From the no pressure, relaxed, friendly, professional sales experience with Tony, to the ease and transparency of pricing and options available with Amanda in the Business office and the simply outstanding pre-delivery prep from the detailing team, everything about my purchase with CarsRUs was perfect.
