I purchased a vehicle from out of province and was able to pick up the vehicle quickly. Emily and Shiv were great to deal with and made the entire process easy and fast while processing a trade-in vehicle.

I did however encounter a problem when arriving to pick up the new car as it has received some minor hood damage while sitting on their lot. Emily and Shiv were quick to apologize and assert that this damage would be repaired quickly, however since I was from out of province and planning to leave with the vehicle that day, there was no time to fix it. I was able to have the vehicle repaired locally where I live, to which I submitted the bill for reembursement from Carson Exports with no issues whatsoever. I received payment for the bill within days of submitting it to them.

Its easy to get a positive review when everything in a sale goes perfectly, it's harder when something goes wrong and has to be corrected. Nonetheless, Emily and the team at Carson Exports managed this deal perfectly and I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again.

Todd Ashby at Carson Export sold me my BMW X5 and it was the easiest and streamlined process I have had when buying a car. Todd is genuine and family friendly. I will always buy my cars from Todd. As well Jessie in garage and maintenance at Carsons was amazing too. Very patient and friendly and took care of my vehicle maintenance needs.

Highly recommend Carson Exports, great service from Emily and Shiv. They are very approachable and did their best to assist me in getting my first ever car. I inquired for an Audi Q5 and Emily got in touch with me on the same day. She did her best to get the car ready for viewing so we can see it the next day. Car is of high quality and we really love it. So we did the paper work and got approved SAME day! Overall, it was a very good and smooth experience. These guys are awesome!

Had a very good experience at Carson exports purchasing my used car in July. Dealt with sales rep Jason Hill, who was very easy to talk with, knowledgeable, and kind. Jason took the time out of his day to walk us around the show room that displayed many vintage cars and told us lots of fun facts about them. Even when I had just come in for a look. I was apprehensive about my whole car buying experience and even walking into a dealership, but Jason made it such a breeze. Very content with my purchase and the whole experience!

If you buying a car for first time I recommend to not go to carson exports. As there main focus is to make more commissions and misleading you.

I had seen a car on the website called about it and it was sold but Emily made sure she found me a car better then what I was looking for she had amazing customer service and I probably wouldn’t have bought the car without the transparency and amazing help Emily provided. Bad Experience!
I bought a car from the seller 6 months ago. The consultation was very pleasant and neat so I believe the dealer.he explained everything to me in detail except the hidden problems. I bought a used Chevy Cruise, and the car looks fantastic. It drives wonderfully at the beginning. After 10 to 15 days the engine lights on due to the hidden issue. I took the car to the nearest workshop and they told me that the sensor had a defect already and can expect damage at any time. After 6 months the sensors showed hesitation while accelerating and the car is not in running condition.
The most important thing is that the car is having so many hidden major defects which they didn't tell me and can’t identify in prime observation. I used to spend money almost every month on workshops.
