This place is really helpful and the employees are so friendly and if you have any problem they always help to find the correct solution of it

This is my first time apply to a loan and I feel nervous at first because my credit is not in a good spot as I’m receive EI also while waiting my new job and Emily is really help me in the paper work since I try to apply online but don’t know how to do the last step. Thank you.

Malcolm, the assistant store manager has 0 people skills. Doesn't listen to the customer, doesn't know his or western union's company policy, lacks deductive reasoning and critical thinking. Got through at the other location with no hassle but every time I go to this location its a problem. If you can't solve something as simple as a money transaction pick up without raising your voice and appearing as a bully you need to find a new field. Customer service is not for you. The point of management is to think outside the box. Malcolm needs serious training.
The company probably doesn't make much money on WU transactions, if that's the case remove yourself the list of WU agents if ppl like me are such a bother.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Took the time to explain what they could do for me. What my options were. How best to achieve what I wanted to do.

Malcolm was a very effective, kind, communicator. My loan was granted without a prolonged process.

Been borrowing for years, never had a problem with them like I did with Money Mart.staff at the Robie street location are friendly and very helpful.
