I found Centennial Carstar Dartmouth to be very professional to deal with and the car looks brand new. The lady they have at the front desk was fantastic as was Jeff who looked after my wife and I. All I can say is that we were well looked after.

I really had bad experience with them. My car was there for fixing but they didn’t do their job well. Whenever I called them to check on my car, everything they gave me wrong information. They lied all the time. Front desk always gave me another information and Joey gave me different information. When it was supposed to pick up Joey told me that only cleaning or detailing of my car left. But when I came next day to pick up my car, it was totally mess in the car. When I dropped my car the interior was totally nice and clean but now it’s all dusty and dirty. The car seats are covered with layers and layers of dust. When I showed Joey that this is what you guys say cleaning and detailing of car then he started making excuses “ I will ask my detailing guy why he didn’t do that…. ”” How could any business deliver a dirty car to a customer after almost 2 months of fixing it?
