I purchased a vehicle here almost 2 years ago. Since day 1, one of my headlights did not work. I called several times and showed up in person also, always being told "it would be taken care of, parts are ordered". This never happened. Recently I had some work needing to be done under warranty, and it took 3 months for parts and multiple times leaving my car there for pictures to make sure it was covered. During this time, I called frequently to ask about the status. My calls were never returned. I felt like because it was a warranty situation, it was left on the back burner. My regular mechanic said he could have ordered the parts right away. Since purchasing, I feel that after spending the money (which I did not haggle on at all, paid full asking price) I was left in the dust. Not impressed. Would not recommend.

Service was able to get me in on extremely short notice (25 minutes) to fix a problem that arose with a loose heat shield. Tyler was especially very helpful.

The ladies at Century Honda made the agony of buying a vehicle bearable. Nikki and Melissa are friendly and straight forward and we navigated the litany of paperwork quickly. All of the dealings were done via text messages before I ever set foot into the showroom to pick up the vehicle, which is exactly the way I like it. So no complaints at all about the overall experience. However, I can only give the dealership four stars, and their complete refusal to negotiate in any way is the reason. I offered a slightly lower payment, they said no. Winter tires…no. Set of wheels…no. Floor mats? You guessed it…no. They said inventory challenges make it impossible to offer any incentives, and to that I say “no”. If a dealer wants to give a little something, it certainly can do so. The real reality is that they just don’t want to. The four stars were earned by Nikki and Melissa, and the sales manager scores negative one star.

Service was okay… there was a couple things I wasn’t overly impressed with, one that stood out the most was when I asked about the “brake pads for life program” advertised on the website. The salesperson laughed at me saying no brakes pads last for life and no program exists.
I don’t disagree that brake pads don’t last forever, however I’m continuing to get emails from Honda advertising this brake pads for life program. I won’t buy another car from them.

Great experience! Nikki was my salesperson and went above and beyond to make sure I'm happy. Answered all of my questions with patience, explained everything and not to mention how friendly and professional she is!
When she found out I don't have a ride to go there to pick up my new car, she managed to send me someone to pick me up.

Sarah in financing helped me a lot to make a decision with my warranty choices. Very professional and nice as well!

I would suggest them to everyone

Not happy.wanted things checked before warranty was up they said nothing was wrong the little noise I was hearing was from the brake plate, a brake service would fix that.so I go for my safety at my regular mechanics a mere 4 months later and guess what the bearings need to be replaced.not happy this should have been picked up by honda. That noise I was hearing was the bearings the whole time so I called, and was told they couldnt see into the future.seriously?
If you had picked this up in august I wouldn't be scrambling to try and find 400 bucks right before Christmas, You could've at least offered to replace the bearing if I paid labour.what you should've done was the the honourable thing and say sorry please come down we will honour your warranty even though it's now expired.
