Over the last 7 years I’ve had to get 3 auto body repairs done with two different vehicles, I chose Chapmans from a friends referral not knowing what to expect. I can’t say enough about the work and professionalism. Flawless work every time down to the finest detail. Friendly and helpful staff on every visit. You can tell they take pride in their work on repairs. 10/10. Would recommend to anyone

Not only was repair done early, but the car was returned impeccably detailed, way beyond expectations. Fantastic service!

I went over a curb and tore out my front left fender liner. I called Chapmans and the lady (Ana) who answered said she would check and see if anyone would be available to check it out. After a couple of minutes she came back on the line and told me to bring the car in and they would see what could be done. I took the car in and Nolan and Ana checked out the problem and said the could fix it.
15 minutes the fender liner was reattached. When I asked for the price I was told this repair was done as a courtesy and there would be no charge.

I had minor damage to my car and arrived for a repair quote without an appointment. Rebecca at the front desk was friendly and quick to help, and less than a half hour later I was leaving with my car repaired! I would highly recommend them!

I had my Ford fusion in and they did the repairs just fine, but they had to take two rain guards off and I had to go back and get two more put on which they had supplied but they are different than the ones I have on now an and they do not stop the rain at all. Totally different than the ones I had on and much cheaper so that’s what I get I guess.they are supposed to leave your vehicle the way you bring it in.

Picked up a Tesla there, no discussion of how charging and differences in adaptors work. Really poor handling of introductions to a new vehicle. Left to head home without adapter and had to turn around half way. Just a continuation of other nightmares of picking up from them.

Went to "Other" shop to get a quote for pretty straightforward body work (scratch along roof).
Could not believe how awful the service was.
They had to be poked multiple times including driving there to remind them in person, the staff were blaming each other, the prices absolutely nuts with no guarantee as to the final cost, no friendliness, no personality, not human.
When they handed me the paperwork I wisely hesitated and called Chapman's
TOTAL OPPOSITE experience.
Professional estimate the next day delivered in my email before I got home (I live 5 mins away)
Accurate and very reasonable price.
They took the car in on date promised, kept me up to date with texts and emails,
and then delivered my car back to me one day early.
It was exterior body work but they cleaned the whole interior for me.
I went back into the shop to tell the whole staff how awesome they were - I was just that impressed.
Almost forgot, paint work -seamless results.
Hope I never have to see them again. But if I get into trouble, they are likely my only call.

I would not recommend Chapman’s at all. Better take your car to dealership than to them. They had my car for 2 months for repairs and when got back it wasn’t fully repaired. The job they forgot to do or couldn’t do, that was blamed on to the dealership. So save yourself some time and money.

Top quality job and going above and beyond - I had my car in for a window replacement and the whole experience was 5 star. The rental was available for the day the car was going in, the quality of the repair was really high and cant even tell there was a repair done. They also did a complementary cleaning of the car from the inside and a wash on the outside, the whole process of dealing with them was a breeze with great communication from their side. Would recommended 10/10.

Some of them are pretty professional, some of them are not. However at the end, it worked out well. I would recommend this body shop.

This is the top body shop in the city. They do excellent work. Very professional. Your car will come out looking like brand new.

My only criticism is their location is very cramped and inconvenient. It's very difficult to find a parking spot and to maneuver around. They should probably move to a more appropriate area such as Kempt road.
