Bright place.ordered Taiwan mango qq. Was nice flavour of mango and worth buying for mango lovers

Disappointed. Ordered many sorts of drinks from this brand so far, bubble tea taste bland, dry n grainy. Fruity drinks are made with concentrated syrup but the price is worthy of fresh fruits. Dont waste money on it, turn the corner to mcdonalds youll get higher quality smoothies.

It's good to grab a cap of cool bubble tea from here when you are wandering around the Spring Garden Road.

Everytime I've gone to chatime, there is always one drink in my order that isn't correct but we only realize it once in the car. The staff is friendly and it can be because of miscommunication. And it's a great price. I highly recommend the brown sugar milk tea.

Consistent flavour, great location next to the public gardens, and following safety protocols. For first time bubble tea tasters, please note that for most drinks, they will ask for your sugar and ice level. I recommend trying the basic Pearl milk tea with 50% sugar for your first bubble tea experience as you can get an idea of what bubble tea is without being overwhelmed by the options and flavours.

My order wait time was ok and fair. However, I noticed couple delivery guys came before me and they still do not get their order. They got ignore from staff when they ask and the staff prefer to make peole who come in and order. Terrible service and stereotype. Definitely not come here anymore.

One of my favourite and best bubble tea spots. This specific brunch never disappoints! They have awesome and fast service. Their drinks are tasty and customizable. I can never get enough. I love their milk and fruit teas. Decent prices too! Must check it out!

Love this place as it is a location I use often. Staff are friendly and service is always quick. They recently changed their inside to be more Covid friendly. Great spot!

My other fav bubble tea place closed! This place replaced my honeydew melon (milk tea) bubble tea to my taste buds content! Adjustable sugar & ice levels! Def going back!

Service is always very fast and everyone is very nice. The drinks are amazing. There are tons of options to choose from and all of them are delicious. I wouldn't go anywhere else other than chatime for bubble tea. The location is great.

Love their drinks ~ some of the staffs are helpful. I always go here for bubble tea. Although, two of the staffs are pretty aggressive (one of them just grabbed my card very hard and has an attitude) and the other one doesn't seem welcoming. But overall, great bubble tea!

Great atmosphere. The arcade machines were SUPER CUTE =^. ^=. The staff were very friendly and they had a huge menu to choose from. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space.

Their boba is always great and fresh. The tea flavours are so great too! So many choices ️ I have been going here for ages and love it so much! Plus now they have cute crane toy machines!

I had the Honey Oolong Milk Tea, they gave the option for how sweet I wanted it and also how much ice I wanted which was great.
The girl behind the counter was friendly and gave me a suggestion for how much sugar and ice to add. I really enjoyed it. I would recommend if you're around the area to try it out.

Somewhat quick service along with a great product. Recommend if you enjoy bubble tea/ boba/ Pearl tea.

I come here almost every week. Staff are very friendly, order is very fast recently. Wintermelon is highly recommended!

Just a regular chatime. Same as the one in my city. A bit pricey, but they make good bubble tea! Roasted milk tea with qq topping is always a good choice.

So much variety! Size and price are decent and you are given the option of how much ice and sugar you want which was nice. I had the mango green tea bubble tea and it was great, tapioca bubbles were sweet and quite soft compared to others I had.

This was my first time ever at Chatime, before I had normally only ever gone to the other large chain in the industry. I was pleasantly surprised. Prices and portions were a bit less then other places, which is good for me! You get to choose your base, then your toppings, which makes it super easy to pick what you actually really want! It had okay atmosphere, kinda dingy but honestly not a huge deal. They were playing Hayley Kiyoko music the entire time, which was definitely good. Great place for boba lovers.

Wow. This place is really unique. A lot of options and flavors for your order. If you want a cold and different beverage maybe this is the place to go.

Had the milk tea, no ice, add sugar. It was quite good, tons of tea flavor. Being from BC my standards for bubble tea are quite high, thus the snobby 4/5 rating. For Halifax this is top!

Not that many bubble tea options in Halifax that I am aware of, it seems it can get busy. I have had it in other cities and like it. Ordered a strawberry green tea, it was tasty but overwhelmingly sweet (I asked for 30% sweet so I think they messed up). Will give another shot.

Such a cool experience. I highly recommend this to anyone, especially those native to Nova Scotia who haven't tried something like this. It's a great twist on tea and highly addictive! Fast service, cool atmosphere.

If you're new, start with a purple star item on the menu, and venture from there. I recommend something from the milk tea section. Get the tapioca pearls and take recommendations from the cashier on what toppings to put in and how much sweetness will taste good in that flavour drink. The sweetness is not universal like coffee and tea at Tim Horton's, so it's good to ask for a recommendation.

Love the mango smoothie! Overall not a bad tea shop! I just find it a bit overpriced so I don't come as often.
