I went to get caramel color hair highlights. It didn’t even gave color to my hair. My hair is having volume but can’t see the color.only some hair had color. Hair stylists told me after wash it will give more caramel color but after reading other people reviews it feels that’s common thing paid $160+plus tip for what. No doubt customer service is great but hair service not good. I dont fight and argue with service provider but feels like I wasted my money and time. I will never ever recommend anyone this saloon

Chatters was very accommodating when I called to make a last minute appointment this afternoon for a hair cut.
Velda did an amazing job with my hair and was also so lovely to chat with! By the end of the appointment I felt like we were old friends. I will absolutely be back!

Went in for a color correction for my medium brown hair to be lightened and dyed my root color which is a very cool toned light brown. The stylist told me several times she would be able to get my hair to a cool toned brown and I left with warm blonde hair. 1 week later my hair was orange. I explained all of this to the salon and sent many pictures.the girl who talked to me on the phone was extremely rude and already had an attitude before I even told her my complaint. I explained I was promised a service I did not receive and now my hair is orange and damaged and I have to spend more money to fix it myself, even after I paid $350 for the appointment. They refused me a refund and said they could tone my hair to which I explained I did not want to come back and she refused to accept that answer. She then proceeded to blame me and told me that I seemed “happy enough” after I left and that my towns water probably did that to my hair. She also told me that they already gave me free products and were very helpful to fit me in that day. Which infuriated me because the reason they did was because they cancelled my appt 3 TIMES already! They were beyond unhelpful and unprofessional. They also never apologized once. I will never come back here and I wouldn’t even give it 1 star if I had the option.

Thank you Chatters for being able to fit me in. I was on a cruise and knew I needed a hair cut, the system for making the appointment was very easy to use and it did a follow up to confirm my appointment. The stylist was wonderful, she did a great job, very competent. Thank you from your New Zealand client, I would come back but its a bit far to travel every 6 weeks.

No star if it was possible. Very dirty salon, I saw no certifications on wall. My hair cost more than quoted, probably because I must have had at least 30 plus foils. I ask for 6-10 just a bit of blonde. Hair came out literally Yellow. My bangs were cut middle of my forehead. Disaster, I regret paying for it. I made a complaint no one addressed it. So very unprofessional.

I visited to pick up products I was running low on and got some helpful advice from the lovely person at the checkout. It is always great to learn about new products coming into the store.

The salon is filthy dirty. Needs a deep clean and esthetic update in Lighting, Furniture and Paint. Cheesy salon. Come on.you are hair designers. Do something interesting in the back that uplifts your stylist and energize them. Right now it's depressing.

I find the employees here to be incredibly helpful when I am looking for a product. The other day I went in with only the vaguest description of the product I was looking for, and the sales associate was able to find it within minutes. Other times I have gone in with a hair concern and was recommended a product that I would never have bought on my own but indeed worked perfectly.
