Chester Grant DNR Shooting Range

Pretty nice public range. Hard to find info online about what to expect when you get there so it was a learning experience for a first-timer. You book a slotted time online and you have the whole range to yourself. There are three tables to shoot from at different distances and two wooden things that you staple your targets to shoot at.

Good range. Always use it to sight in my rifles before the season starts. Just wish some people would clean up after their done. Let’s not always leave it to the rangers to do our dirty work.

Close to the road, structures in place. Targets there but no port-a-potty for the lady shooters.
