Waited half an hour in line for a teller, there were staff hanging around but unfortunately not helping. When I went to open a joint bank account with my husband they also didn’t activate my debit card which resulted in another trip to wait in line. Each visit has resulted in poor or slow service.

1 teller between 3-5 on a Tuesday. Staff incompetent, bank manager didn't seem to want to help the kid at the desk out. Glad I don't bank here, came in to pay out my car loan.
