Cineplex Cinemas Dartmouth Crossing

Nice venue to see a movie, but seating was not spaced out for social distancing. Had to move as people filled in the seats.

Very expensive, took two kids to a movies both movies and refreshments are overpriced. Concessions are cash grab

They are doing an excellent job with social distancing during movies right now. An unforeseen bonus is no children kicking the back of your seat and you can't hear people talking during the movie!

Theatre is always freezing! I know it's cheap night but 7 bucks for the movie and 22 bucks for a pop, popcorn, and nibs? Nice to be back at a movie!

Our first trip back to see a movie and we were impressed with the attention to detail regarding Covid. Thorough check-in at the door of our vaccine information and everything appeared to be cleaned often from the food counters to the arcade area. Bathrooms were also very clean and cleaners were visible both before and after the movie.

So, this is our first theater experience since Covid…20 minutes of previews, 30 minute wait for treats, cloth seats…

I think I prefer to stay home…it’s just such a hassle to come to a theatre. I don’t pirate, but if I had the option to stay home with my theater system, I think I would.

It’s funny the things we look forward to. I’m disappointed, and I don’t think I’ll be back.

Really glad we still have movie theaters with this pandemic. Love to see any action movies or Marvel on the big screen. Very clean theater and staff was very friendly.

Just a suggestion there is a movie name chal mera putt punjabi movie its already rocking in other cineplex so if u can play this movie here it will going to be very profitable as regarding the Indian population in NS

Wow just impressed with the service they have. They greeted us well and even directed to the studio.

First time in a theatre in 18 months! Staff were super polite. Everything was clean and spaced appropriately.

They changed their clam batter.it wasn't great like normal. And to much sugar in the normally phenomenal cole slaw

First movie out since covid. We went to a matinee, everyone was distanced, wearing masks except when eating and drinking. Felt very safe. You should book your seats and tickets online if going in the evening when it may be busier. Limited snacks until restrictions loosen.

Great on-site customer service! The snacks line was long but went super fast. Theater was clean and the best thing was: seating places are spaced out. No more people slurping their drink behind me, talking or kicking my seat. Best experience ever!

First time since the Pandemic going to the Theater. COVID procedures to keep movie goers safe seem good.

Overall nice experience.missed the theater for sure. The fact that you can't redeem more than one gift card on line is annoying. Should be way past that by now.

The supervisor on duty today at the food display was great! I had an accident with my popcorn and she replaced it for free. I was very happy with her response to my mistake. Considering the popcorn os $10 a bag. Plus the movie Space Jam was great!

The space was clean and orderly! They brought back the efficient single queue for concessions! Movie-goers we’re in their proper seat and overall a great experience.

Deserves less than a star. Before the pandemic, when we visited this place it was easily a 3.5 to 4. It USED TO BE clean and friendly, now it is not.

First visit the online purchase of tickets was only working for some movies, then when we waited in line for only tickets because they don't have a ticket purchase line they rudely and without any compassion for my daughter told us it was sold out.

Second when the ticket sales became fixed we purchased tickets for the movie online in advance we went in to purchase concession and they somehow were out of large bags. They gave us two smalls but the young man serving us with a poor attitude and dirty hair told us that they were sold out of most of the sodas including sprite. Then after he was finishing up I watched a trainee use a different machine to pour a sprite for a customer.

Post pandemic start up problems aside.this place is not worth visiting again.

Movie was great, selling seats in DBOX right behind us wasn't that appreciated. I thought movies were more socially distanced, but I guess money talks? Will just stream going forward.

So glad to see a movie after 2 years. Buy your tickets together if you want to sit together otherwise you'll sit apart. Set up for social distancing

Clean theater. 50/50 chance of friendly staff vs complete incompetence. Only offering popcorn and candy during the pandemic (Even though the website explicitly says that any food offerings that are not available will be listed on the local website, and we'll, their website has nothing about the limited menu). I understand it is a pandemic, but we traveled an hour to celebrate a birthday with a movie (we got the DBOX seats) and we didn't want to have to eat elsewhere and risk even more potential exposure. Just a really disappointing experience and the staff working the food counter were even more disappointing. Just utterly disappointed. Will not return for a long time, if ever.

Could have safely had more seating. At least this time the pretzels were fresh. All in all a good evening out.

I do love Cineplex.but the prices are outrageous. For 4 regular tickets (2 adults 2 kids), two med bags of popcorn and 4 bottles of water it was $74.00! Not happening often for sure.

Refills discontinued, no longer have a reason to watch a movie before disc releases. Managment lies to employees who told me cineplex never had refills, whichive gotten during ghost in the shell and new star wars movies. Watched a 3d movie tonight and it looked slightly out of focus.

Bathrooms are almost always gross, although to their credit when I report it someone normally cleans it right away.
Also they got rid of the bankers style line up, why?

Well designed. Just not sure how you justify 4.50 for a bottle of water and 5.00 for coke.

Prices ridiculous.
However, I had fun watching my movie with my friend.
There were barely any people around, so no long wait time for the snack counter or movie ticket kiosks. That seems weird as it was a Friday.
The movie theatre sound was so loud!

Bathrooms were filthy, my 10$ popcorn wasnt even warm but the seat are comfey I guess. 2 stars for the seats.
