Uncomfortable seats, way too cold, main screen is not big, it's just old. Popcorn is decent though.

When I call them, I want to speak to a person it doesn’t have the zero button option no more to speak to someone. I don’t know if they’re doing construction on the Scotiabank centre so I don’t know if they’re playing or not. That’s what someone told me.

Staff are always friendly and go above and beyond.
I was late for a showing with my wife, so she went in ahead and the ticket checker held onto my ticket at their suggestion. I arrived and mentioned who I was and was able to get in, no problems.

Went to the 4 dollar movie day. It was such a great experience to watch a movie in a packed theater. I missed that. Felt like a normal pre covid movie experience. Hopefully they will do the cheaper movie days more often to allow more ppl to come and enjoy the cinema.

Went to see Strays. The theatre was very cold. As for the movie - I wasn't quite sure what I expected, but I didn't expect so much swearing.

Closed whenever I go in the evenings.sometimes I just go to buy food and the parking lot is full and the door are locked.

The personnel is very friendly and polite, location is very convenient, a lot of parking spots. I wish the screen was bigger.

Theaters were clean and staff was friendly but prices are getting a little much at the concession stands.

We went for the march break special, $2.99 per ticket, but $10 + for popcorn. Bring your own food. Personally, I wish they would turn the volume down it is way too loud, especially for little kids.

Not a new theatre, a little rough on the outside, but still clean, comfortable and has good sound.

Slow service, and the inside is dated and showing its age. As well if you're bring a bunch of kids to watch a movie, then be responsible for them, don't let their behavior and lack of manners spoil the movie for others, and don't wait for others people to tell them to "Shut up" or "get your feet off my chair". I paid to watch a movie not to listen to your kids or have to babysit them.
