Cineplex Cinemas Sydney

Went there to watch new spiderman, got about half way through when the lights started flickering. They then kicked everyone out and gave us 2 tickets as compensation. That alone was annoying but during the movie there was too many kids who wouldnt shut up. If you’re going to bring ur kids to the movies make sure they know how to shut their mouth, keep there feer away from the back of chairs and to not throw popcorn at people

You can never get through to speak to an actual person. Website is very complicated to go through and understand. Can never find out ticket prices.

Absolutely disgusting. Theatre was filthy but that didn't even compare to the foyer of the theatre. Looked like it hadn't been swept or cleaned in days and we went to a mantenee.

The manager went above & beyond for me tonight! Employee ended up printing off the wrong tickets maybe because he could not hear me with all the people around ordering… but I didn’t even realize then when the movie started I had realized it wasn’t the one I wanted to go & see & I could not even get into the mistaken movie it was just such an uninteresting movie so I didn’t continue to watch it, told the manager about the mistake & he had given me courtesy tickets 2 each for me & my man so now we have two free date nights & told us we could still stay to watch the mistaken one if we wanted too He was really professional about it & I am happy I will still get to go & see the movie I originally wanted to see at no additional cost! Thank you so much:)

Everyone is very helpful. The theaters were very clean and the food was excellent. Would definitely go again!

Expensive as hell.
I spent an arm and a leg for a regular popcorn and a ticket. I've gone to jewelry shops cheaper than this place. It is abhorrent how much it costs to see a film on the big screen.and the volume was loud enough to burst both of your eardrums within seconds.

While it is the only film theatre in the CBRM, it does a decent job of being a part of a national franchise. In my many years of being a film goer, I can think of a few hiccups I've experienced while watching a movie and it does tend to overlook smaller, independent films. However, staff work hard there and most of the time, I come away content with the overall experience.

Always a good spot to go see a movie. Only taking a star off for the cleanliness of the theater rooms.

I didnt actually go to the movies - I took my grandson for dinner at KFC - the food and service was great

We had a good experience here. The theatre was clean, as were the washrooms. We did not purchase and concessions as we had just come from dinner but the lines appeared to move efficiently.

Girlfriend threw up, I had to run to the toilet and heard 2 other people also got sick on the popcorn or the so called butter, definitely not butter. Not a good experience. Staff are good, but now I just stay away from the popcorn.

First movie in a long time. Top Gun was great! A must see. Theatre is clean and staff are accomadating. Prices are a little higher since my last time attending. But everything has gone up. I enjoyed seeing the movie on the big screen like it was meant to be viewed.

Honestly it's a typical movie theater. Service is great, but I'm from Ontario and the seats there are far more comfortable. That's honestly my only complaint. My leg and hip were on fire on my left side.
