Stop in this morning the employee was very ignorant and rude. I read the reviews and many other customers have experienced the same yet you continue to employ him, this store has a rating of 2.6 if you feel that it is a good rating then you as a Manger and company are just as ignorant for not caring if your customers get good service Shame on You

Don't use it. It won't clean your car. The soap will be left off on the top right side of the car. The blower is a joke doesn't dry at all. I have subscription but I go to different locations.

There is a guy working at night shift here who doesn't know how to talk to a customer. He keeps door lock (I understand that it’s for safety) but I buzzed 3 times yesterday and he was standing there but didn’t open the door until I knock on the door another 2 times. What’s the point of keeping the store open at night he owner wants to keep this kind of employee at night. I can see many comments here about same employee.
