Absolutely amazing staff. They were fabulous with the first cat I brought in but I was extremely impressed with my last visit with another cat I have. He is an extremely nervous cat due to ptsd. They were so kind and patient. I've never seen him be comfortable around someone new so quick. The vet wad able to have all 4 paws clipped in minutes even with his extra toes! He didn't even squirm. I am just so over the moon with the staff here!

Dr. Webb and her veterinary technician are extremely compassionate and accommodating. They squeezed my hedgehog in for a last minute appointment last week and have continued to provide a fantastic level of care.

The doctors here are arrogant and pushy. Every appointment feels like you're talking to a vaccine salesman, rather than a doctor. You can tell they make a good portion of their profits from vaccines by the way they constantly try to push them on you.

They also try to sell you things your dog doesn't need, and their walls are littered with posters trying to scare you into buying medications for things.

If you like to do your own research and have a say in your dog's healthcare decisions, this is not the vet for you. The doctors here expect you to do what they suggest and keep your mouth shut, or else their friendliness quickly turns to arrogance.

I've had the same experience with multiple doctors here and it won't be happening again.

I am very disappointed and upset with the service I received … got charged $239 when I brought in my parakeet because she was losing hair around her eye, she was losing feathers, scratches a lot and it all pointed to signs she was sick. They told me she was fine there was nothing wrong and to not be worried it’s just a cyst and that they removed a feather from her eye that bothered her they said to just apply eye drops and in 2 weeks if it the isn’t better then she was born with the cyst but she would be fine it just might bother her a little … 3 days later I found my parakeet dying suffering in the bottom of the cage I picked her up and she died in my hands 30 seconds later … my other parakeet has now not eaten since then and won’t move at all since his mate died. Now remember they charged $239 only to remove a feather from my parakeets eye (which didn’t make a difference) and to give me eye drops to use for 14 days and my parakeet died 3 days later. Absolutely disgusted and disappointed with the service and diagnosis.

With my cat Jonas, Dr Cambier was the most amazing vet I could ever ask for. If I had any questions at all, I could call her directly and she would ease my anxiety. When we had to put him down, they gave me a button to press for when I was ready to leave and were extremely amazing. Today, I brought my 10 year old guy in for kidney failure after a trip to the emergency vet last night. EXTREMELY insensitive. Was more worried about payment and getting us out of there more than the fact that I just lost my best friend. I understand you’re running a business & need the room for other appointments, but I believe there should have been a place for us to go to grieve for more than 10 minutes. Dr Mitchell came in 3 times within the 10 minutes to ask when we were heading out, and to “take our time” but it was clear he wanted us to leave. Unfortunately will never be back with any animals, even though I truly love the front staff and Dr Cambier

The staff at my dogs vet is amazing helpful, caring, and they know their stuff. Very accommodating when it cones to billing and short notice for urgent pet issues.

Our experiences there weren’t overly consistent. Our cats can be a bit difficult, we know.but they don’t seem t want us to bring them in, and I think if you’re a vet.you should be able to handle animals of different temperaments. They wanted us to drug them
up before bring them in for a check up, despite one of our cats having a heart murmur and they originally advised against high doses of sedation for him. So, we opted to change vets after our last appointment.and we have had the total opposite experience else where. I do want to give 2 stars though, because the front staff are always so pleasant and helpful. We liked the foods they provide and it isn’t overly priced for services

Took my pup in here the other day for a sore leg, what a great experience.staff is kind and helpful.

This is not my usual veterinarian practice but I went there given information that I could possibly purchase veterinarian prescription food for my pet. The young woman on the desk could not have been more helpful. She was kind, thoughtful, patient and offered suggestions that I had not considered. Thank you.

We’ve been taking our greyhound there for 9 years. She has seen every vet in the place at one time or another and all are very knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t have a favourite they’re all great.

Salem is 14 years old. We have always received excellent care for him at Clayton Park Veterinary Hospital. Now that he is older and needing a more than usual gentler and loving hand they are right there, respecting his growing needs. We feel he is loved and this means a lot. Thank you Dr. Abrahams and all!

Annual visit was extremely pleasant with all the staff. The OPA, Leah, was very knowledgeable and answered our questions about our cat's diet and other questions we had. Dr Abraham is extraordinary. He spent a lot of time with us going over concerns we had and was also reassuring about those concerns and the treatment he gave our cat. We highly recommend him.

Clayton Park Veterinary Hospital has always taken wonderful care of my schnauzer. Dr. Stapleton is absolutely phenomenal not only in her "bedside manner", but also in her knowledge and explanation of pet medical needs. She goes beyond ensuring that you understand the issue at hand and all of your options to treat it. I am sad to be moving and having to leave them. Thank you so much for taking care of Kingsley!

Booked and appt but didnt get in. Was told my appt was 3 days later. Receptionist didnt believe me it was booked for the day I was there. Had to play her the message from my phone confirming the appt. They couldnt squeeze me in. Had to go to another vet.

They do $10 nail trimming for cats on Friday afternoon and I usually save my own flesh by bringing my beloved fur ball. Very friendly, gentle staff. The cat doesn’t seem to complain, and was totally calm when he was returned to me after his trim. Your animals are in good hands here:)

This was a very good experience for my very sick dog and myself, the staff were so very kind to my dog and made him comfortable being a very nervous and sick dog along with his stressed owner. Top quality and trusting care for my dog all the way, special mention and thanks to Dr Tim Farrow and the great staff at Clayton park vet hospital also have a peaceful day from my little buddy, Jaxson, GOOD BLESS

Just had my new little girl in for first check up and everything went well, we adopted Ni Ni from Save a life, she came from a kill shelter in Texas and is blind in one eye this does not matter to us we love her even more, everything went excellent with her check up I highly recommend this hospital I have to say over poor old guy Jaxson passed away peacefully, the wonderful dog I mentioned above and at home with the help from Clayton Park vet, thanks for everything guy's, excellent care

Thank you to the team at Clayton Park Veterinary Hospital for anther very enjoyable veterinary experience. Everyone on staff there is so friendly and truly happy to see my dog when we come in and of course takes great care of us each and every time.

Knowledgeable and very friendly vets, Technicians and support staff. Was very busy Saturday and they took time to make an area for us to sit in waiting area that was away from barking dogs and more quiet for our one upset cat. Bandit made herself at home once in vet room and out of her carrier. Up to the sink for a drink and then watched proceedings from the counter. Her Sister had to be pried from her carrier, but Dr Wambolt and tech were both very patient and gentle with them both even with busy day happening outside the doors of the room.

Staff was great, gemreeted promptly and shown to the room. Vet was also very detailed in diagnosis. All in all a very good spot for emergency vet service.

My pet had an issue which I thought was extremely serious. Even though I did not have an appointment, they went above & beyond by squeezing us into there busy evening. Thank you very much from us. You guys rock!

First time cat ower, and the staff at Clayton are ao informed, polite, friendly and clearly care for the pets they see. Im so happy that they will be taking care of our little furbaby

They helped me when my hamster Mishoo had something wrong with her eye found out it was glaucoma and had to give her eye drops and medicine for the pay. Also helped me when I had to put Mishoo down cause of a broken leg

The friendly and caring nature of both frontline and everyone behind the scenes was what left me with that feeling of ease and reassurance after I took my pup to the clinic after a worrisome health issue. They got me in same day and truly listened to all of my concerns. Dr. Farrow was exceptional in explaining everything thoroughly and I left feeling confident that Hux was in good hands. I'm so grateful for such wonderful care!

Let's start by saying that the doctors are amazing, in fact I left a 5-star review last week after my visit for my dog's yearly check up and vaccinations. However, I came back this morning for a technician appointment for a prepaid Bordetella vaccination and unfortunately the experience was not that great. I asked to take a look and trim my dogs nails as well if needed. So for this I was presented with a bill of just over $26 (just for the nail trim). When I expressed my surprise for the price, the girl at the reception told me that on Thursdays they offer the same service for $10. So, why wasn't I informed about this option beforehand? I actually could bring my dog in next Thursday and clearly a nail trim is not an urgent procedure (so much so that the technician mentioned that they trimmed very little). Not a big deal, but I expect a better customer service, also considering that I spent quite a bit at the clinic in the last couple of weeks. Also, when they returned my dog after the nail trim the harness was all in disarray (literally displaced) and fortunately I noticed and fixed it before leaving the clinic. I decided to leave 2 stars instead of just 1only because I respect the doctors.

We brought our dog, Swisher, here initially for urinary issues. I was so impressed by how friendly and helpful the staff are here. They diagnosed my dogs problem, made some suggestions, and were not pushy with what I chose to do. They even called a couple weeks later to check up on his wellbeing! We visited the vet again yesterday for our annual shots and was greeted by the same friendly staff. The ladies at the front desk are so organized and can answer any questions regarding appointments, products, and services. Swisher sees Dr.wambolt. She is so good with him! He can be snappy at certain people but she makes him feel safe and we have had nothing but success at both appointments. Besides being good with our dog Dr. Wambolt always debriefs with me in language that is understandable. I always leave this clinic feeling like I got the best care for my dog!

Friendly and kind staff. Very patient with my dog who is a bit of a pain when she’s at the vet. I also appreciated that the prices were reasonable and they did not try to sell me a bunch of expensive “extras” as previous vets had done. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

My little pup, Aayla absolutely loves Clayton Park Vet! She literally runs from our car to get inside (you can't go wrong with friendly staff cuddles and treats)! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming, and Dr. Samm is so incredible with her patients. She always makes sure to provide us with as much information as possible regarding everything decision we make. I feel incredibly confident with the level of care my pup receives here. Very highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and overall fantastic vet!

Warm, friendly, thoughtful and they love animals, always seeing someone giving cuddles. Dr's are knowledgeable and treat animals with respect.

Very friendly with pets.very understanding with my new puppy help with the fleas on my new puppy talked about the best food for my new puppy.we talked about my older dog and recommend a vitamin for him. We are so please with our vet tytyty. Highly recommend

Absolutley amazing staff. Dr. Walmoblt has a wonderful bedside manner. I have been going there for the past 8 years. Fantastic service. Front desk staff are kind and very helpful. Highly recommed.

The staff here are truly amazing. Every time I have called or been in the clinic they are so welcoming and friendly. I have yet to find a vet clinic that I have felt totally comfortable with the care they are providing to my dogs, until I found this one. They are all very knowledgeable and wanting the very best for your pet. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing a vet. An A+ clinic for sure!
